1. Nice access to the beach. The beach is quite clean and relatively not as crowded as the ones in Anyer, or even other nearby Carita beaches. 2. Outstanding view from the balcony, the sound of the ocean is just relaxing. 3. Since it is located on the third floor, we won't be bothered by the local peddlers trying to offer us things. Which means, more privacy and way safer. 4. The place is clean and more maintained than others in Kondominium Lippo Carita. 5. Value for money, compared to others in Kondominium Lippo Carita. Most importantly, the host is helpful and responsive. Thanks to Mas Fajar for hosting us.

nice apartment..we stayed with 4 elderly, 2 adults with infants..the owner made some adjustment to the balcony so the common space and master bedroom becomes larger..aside from the owner description, 3 extra matress is available..though the water seems to run very slow, overall it was a nice stay..many thanks pak Irwan

Tempatnya bagus walaupun bangunan nya cukup tua..wifi kenceng.bisa netflix android tv nya ok banget.anak2 habis berenang di pantai bisa makan sambil nonton....fasilitas ok.air kamar mandi lancar.ada alat masak ckp lah...tapi kompor listriknya kadang suka error.. hanya 1 ac kamar nya gk dingin.kamar yang satunya dingin bgt... suasana nyaman ... pantai bersih ada petugas yg bersihin klo pagi2.. banyak yg jualan.cukup agak maksa...tp gk apa beli seperlunya bantu bantu ekonomi mereka..pijit bayar 20rb 30mnt...mayan buat ilangin pegel semoga bu indy dan penjaganya pak zaki bisa memaintenance dengan baik. kami pasti balik kesana lagi.anak2 suka. bgt...

host sangat baik... komunikatif dan sangat membantu. lokasinya bagus untuk berlibur langsung pantai dibelakang kondominium. mobil juga dibersihkan oleh team di kondominium. Hanya cat dari luar gedung kondominium yang perlu di perbarui udah terlalu kusam.... lainnya OK. terimakasih, InsyaAllah booking lagi.

Very spacious since it is actually 3 units combined. The actual condition is the same with the pictures. The helper, Pak Jaki is very responsive. Please note that this place is on third floor (2 level after ground).

Sangat nyaman untuk liburan. Area kompleknya tenang dan bersih. Untuk bangunannya sendiri baik, ada kanopi di garasi. Ada saung, kolam renang bersih namun masih ada sedikit partikel2 seperti pecahan cat tembok. Namun overall oke. Kamar bersih, nyaman. Tidur nyenyak banget karena sepi dan tenang. Ada tv dan wifi. Dapur bisa masak dan ada kulkas juga. Overall oke dengan harga yang affordable (-) Air bau karat/besi, namun sepertinya ini karena area kawasannya (-) Ac perlu dibersihkan filternya, karena dari luar sudah terlihat debu tebal, jadinya ada tetesan air ac ke bawah Namun overall tempatnya nyaman untuk berlibur di anyer karna kawasannya lumayan strategis, dekat ke pusat keramaiannya juga.
