Cusano Milanino : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Een heel fijn en groot appartement, in een buitenwijk van Milaan. Tien minuutjes lopen vanaf de metro. Giordano reageerde snel en had allerlei leuke tips. Verder kon ik tegen betaling later uitchecken, wat ook heel fijn was! Top appartement, ik zou het aanraden.

We had a wonderful stay here - the apartment was clean, spacious and modern. We also liked the location, away from the super busy Duomo area, yet still easily accessible to all the must-see parts of Milan. We traveled with our 6 month old baby and the host had the crib ready to go when we checked in. Overall, this is a great Airbnb with a communicative and helpful host!

The apartment was clear, and the landlord answered every question quickly. Everything was just perfect. The garbage collection outside the window was carried out at 7 am under the windows and on weekends on the street under the disco windows. Soundproofing (windows) lets in all sounds, greatly interfering with sleep. Otherwise, everything was great

Roxy è stata una host molto gentile e cordiale, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. L’appartamento era ottimo: pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort. La posizione era perfetta. Stra consigliato!

Impeccable du début à la fin ! Les restaurants et les bars à 200m du logement est vraiment un atout. La proximité du tram permet de de rejoindre les beaux quartiers de Milan sans difficultés. Je recommande !!!

Apartamento amplio, limpio y muy luminoso. Muy buena calefacción y agua caliente. La cocina cuenta con los electrodomésticos y vajilla suficientes para poder desayunar o comer. Gran armario. Ubicación excelente, junto al metro de Argonne para llegar al Duomo en 15 minutos. Cafetería junto a la entrada y supermercado y restaurantes próximos. La comunicación con Luca ha sido muy rápida y su información nos ha sido muy útil. Fernando nos informó y ayudó con rapidez durante nuestra estancia.

Gustavo was responsive and kind and this stay was great! very clean and private areas for each of us. Great restaurants and transit into the city in the area. The space even had a lovely terrace and winter garden!

L’endroit est très beau et c’est un côté du lac qui n’est pas victime de l’excès de tourisme. Il y à quelques petits établissements HORECA sympathiques à proximité. Deux petites remarques : pas de parking privé lié au logement ; le cloché de l’église est à côté du logement et sonne - bruyamment - dès 7:00… ce qui peut surprendre. We stay in the apartment for two nights during a business trip. And everything was fantastic. The apartment is exactly what we want and it’s a perfect place for friends, colleagues and a family. Mariagrazia organised it perfectly and we had no check-in issues after our flight delay. Mariagrazia was very helpful, answer quickly and was a perfect host.

Abbiamo alloggiato dentro un gioiello. La casa è stupenda, una torretta su tre livelli con una vista mozzafiato. In casa c’è tutto ed è tutto molto funzionale. Arredata con molto gusto, pulitissima, accogliente. La notte c’è un silenzio davvero apprezzabile. Il letto ed i cuscini molto comodi e la temperatura della camera era perfetta. Standing Ovation per la terrazza, sembra di stare dentro un quadro. Per raggiungere la casa c’è da fare una decina di minuti a piedi un po’ in salita (noi abbiamo sbagliato strada ed abbiamo preso il sentiero più difficile ma comunque fattibile con poca fatica). Bagagli leggeri assolutamente necessari. Io e la mia amica abbiamo passato un weekend super rilassante, torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Sara!

Excelente casa, muy cómoda todo estaba impecable. Increible lugar y la vista que tiene al lago es espectacular, desde allí pudimos ver los fuegos artificiales de Año Nuevo. Jennifer y Nico fueron muy cordiales y generosos. Recomiendo la casa Volvería sin dudarlo. inolvidable estadía. gracias!!!!!!!

Esperienza molto piacevole, ho avuto occasione di passare più di 10 giorni all'interno e apprezzare tutta l'assistenza ricevuta da Guido sempre presente e disponibile in ogni passaggio e per ogni necessità. Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere anche il proprietario, Alfonso, che presta grande dettaglio e dedizione alla cura della casa e di tutto ciò che la riguarda. Consiglio caldamente la permanenza in questa piacevole realtà.

Ich habe echt nichts zur bemängeln es war einfach eine tolle Zeit in Mailand dank der angenehmen Unterkunft. Das Auto wurde auch sicher in einer separaten Garage geparkt also könnten wir die Tage in Mailand ohne Probleme genießen. Diese Unterkunft ist definitiv zur empfehlen.

Wir haben 6 tolle Tage in der Wohnung von Matteo verbracht! Die Lage erlaubt es, sowohl Ausflüge mach Mailand, als auch an den Lago Maggiore (oder andere) zu unternehmen. Beides ist mit dem Zug direkt von hier zu erreichen. Hinter dem Haus erstreckt sich auch ein schöner Wald mit netten Wanderwegen. In der Küche haben wir ein paar Sachen vermisst, aber die Mutter (wohnt oben drüber, spricht nur italienisch) war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie leiht gern Sachen aus. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden!

David’s apartment was the perfect balance of spacious and cozy, comfortably accommodating four adults and one baby. Thoughtfully organized and easy to find, it was conveniently located near markets, restaurants, and a Metro station. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. David went the extra mile when we asked for a high chair. The apartment did not have one but David bought it and delivered it the next day of our check-in! Grazie mille, David!

Excellent airbnb, I'm glad I stayed here and I recommend it. The location is fantastic, a minute walk to the train station and boat ferry and like a 3 minute walk to the funicular. It's across the street from the promenade on the lake. The shower was great, the kitchen too. I was hesitant about the sofa bed at first but don't be as it's comfortable. Checking in was easy. Allessandro was a great host!

Wir haben zu viert (2 Paare) ein Wochenende in dieser hübschen Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist super eingerichtet, genügend gross und war wie auf den Bildern. Für uns war es super, dass die Wohnung über 2 Bäder verfügt mit je einer Dusche. Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem nah beim Bahnhof. Fussläufig ist alles zu erreichen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Küche sah auch gut ausgestattet aus (haben wir aber nicht benutzt). Die Kommunikation war schnell und sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen konnte ich mich jederzeit melden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
