Exceptional hospitality! The accommodations were great, but what really made this stay different was the hospitality. From meeting us with fresh cooked brownies to making sure our kids got to feed the goats - this wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience. Next time we hope we can stay longer!

For us, Geri's place was an experience stay. it is very remote in exceptionally beautiful country. We were in the area to visit a relative and enjoyed our stay. We did have a problem with the door lock in the evening which Geri promptly responded to and corrected. Overall our experience was good. The king size mattress was very comfortable, although it would benefit from some nicer bedding. For example, there was no mattress pad and one of the blankets was an old electric blanket (with no cord provided) which was scratchy/uncomfortable. We encountered a number of crickets and other bugs but this could be in part from the air conditioner units not being sealed around the edges. And it's a farm/rural area, so some bugs would be expected. I think groups of hunters might really enjoy this property. (We loved the remoteness and the cute kitty who hung around the house.) Can't leave enough compliments! Mary Lou and John were very friendly and accommodating. Loved the care and detail put into furnishing/decorating the work shed and little pieces of familial history. I wish I had more time to stay and visit.

Beautiful property. Would love it for a large family gathering. I was surprised that there is no grocery or restaurant anywhere near the home.

Was in town for a family wedding, we had 7 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 infants (both <6 mo). Everyone had enough space and was comfortable. Kirsten was helpful and responsive, I’m glad we stayed here!

House is older, small town. Local recommendations were great! If I were to pass through Sargent again, I would stay here again.

Bonnie was very accommodating during our stay. Friendly and helpful. Took the kids horseback riding and was always friendly and responsive.
