L’appartement loué ne correspondait pas à celui réservé car il y avait un problème de climatiseur. Mais notre hôte nous a aussitôt proposé un nouveau logement avec une aussi. belle et incroyable vue ! Il manquait un matelas gonflable, nous avons contacté Gary qui a fait le nécessaire aussitôt pour nous en mettre un en place dans l’appartement . Rien à dire toute son équipe est vraiment très réactive. Merci encore.🙏

The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for three people. It featured a microwave, plenty of cups and cutlery, a balcony with a simple laundry rack, and three private closets. On the 37th floor, there was a large outdoor swimming pool. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well, and the location was great for visiting nearby markets on foot. Check-in was easy, even when late. You simply show your passport, fill out a check-in form, and receive two keys for the facilities. The host also provides the digital door lock password through Wha😊ts or Airbnb messages. Luggage storage is available for a small fee if needed. We are a family of five and often fly to Malaysia, staying for a few months each time. This apartment exceeded our expectations with its luxurious feel and exceptional cleanliness. We were extremely happy and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The highlight for my wife was undoubtedly the kitchen—it was equipped with high-quality tools, far superior to what we’ve experienced in other apartments in Malaysia. For a long-term stay, this has been the best apartment we’ve stayed in so far. The host was always available and incredibly helpful with all our requests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. While there isn’t much to do within walking distance, the building itself is impressive, and the people here are genuinely nice. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank You!

We had a great stay! Kids enjoyed the pool very much. It was just next to Lalaport mall, very convenient. We walked around the neighbourhood too, lots of eateries and restaurants around!

Nur Jannahs Unterkunft ist perfekt für alle, die einen Ort in Flughafennähe suchen. Wie angegeben liegt die Entfernung bei rund 15 - 20 Autominuten. Rund um die Unterkunft findest Du einen Minimarkt, einige Restaurants sowie Waschsalons, so dass Du Dich grundsätzlich gut versorgen kannst. Das Apartment ist hübsch eingerichtet, mit Küche, Wasserkocher, Kochplatte und Geschirr gut ausgestattet und außerdem mega sauber. Das schöne Extra sind die beiden großen Pools und ein Fitnessraum, so dass Du Dir prima die Zeit vertreiben kannst, ohne das Gelände verlassen zu müssen. Die Kommunikation mit Nur Jannah bzw. Juan läuft einwandfrei. Direkt zur Buchung erhältst Du einiges Infomaterial sowie später detaillierte Check-In-Infos. Es ist wirklich ein guter Ort, den ich Dir nur wärmstens empfehlen kann.

The place was absolutely fantastic. It was well decorated and had all the amenities, and it was very clean as well. The view was great as well. The host was very friendly and helpful, was also very responsive. Would keep this place in my fav list, my family loved it a lot! Definitely worth the price.
