Near Hospital Putrajaya. Many eateries nearby. The apartment is excellent, low density and very quiet. The owner is considerate and helpful. The guards were polite and courteous. Parking space is separated from the condominium/apartment, a bit hassle on rainy days though there is a covered walkway. All in all, strongly recommended.

Was such a cosy apartment. Bed was really comfy and the location in the suburbs was perfect for what I needed. Sian was really responsive too.

Exactly how it is described. 10-12 minutes to the nearest Mrt Station by car. Near to tamarind square and can easily find great restaurants

We had our reunion dinner and cny gathering at Nana's place this year instead of going back to hometown. The homestay is exactly as advertised. The kitchen equipment are very complete for the preparation of dinner, and Nana also provided lots of games for the kids as well as the adult to enjoy! The beds are comfortable and everyone had a very pleasant time at the homestay. Our host, Nana is very friendly and responsive to any enquiries we had. Overall, we recommend this homestay!

Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

Great deal for me. I book right away when I see this place. And it turned out better than my expectations. The house is beautiful, large and the design is very comfy. Me and my friend all can gather around in the largest room to have some chat and played some games and we have a great time here. The owner is very responsive and immediately send someone to handle our issue right away and it turned out it's my issue that didn't switch on the Aircon power. Me and my friend did some cooking inside and the utensils and equipments are all there for us to use. I definitely will book again if there's a chance.

A place that feels like home, cozy and it’s very convenient for us to travel to LRT. Host is very responsive, friendly and provide suggestions of places to eat near us and other little details that we required to take note… Would love to come again the next time i come to KL….

Highly recommended! Our group of 8 had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Evelyn's property. We had plenty of space and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities of the new condo. Getting in at check-in was seamless and easy - especially appreciated as this isn't always the case with KL condo listings. 10/10 will stay again!

The host couple was incredibly hospitable and friendly. He ensured my family of 8 were comfortable with everything we needed. They were also very accomodating when we requested for early check-out at 8am. The amenities: pool and gym are plus points! The location is very convenient as its within short driving distance to the local supermarkets, mall and places of interests (i.e go-karting and sunday flea market). Overall, a perfect getaway from busy towns and crowds. No regrets extending an extra night stay. Very very nice people :)

Wonderful place to stay in KL. Kwok is an exceptional host and always responsive on texts. The condo was spacious, clean and just the same as it appears on the photos. Highly recommended!

The apartment is conveniently located for sightseeing and shopping. The building has a nice swimming pool. The landlord runs the rental business very professionally, responds to messages quickly. The apartment is airy and clean.
