The apartment was perfect for sharing and very convenient. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Fantastic place. We were a group of two couples and this place is perfect. Lots of positives. Location: Wow - so easy to walk anywhere. Clean and spacious. Great communication. Great service. We used the car service from and to the airport and it was great. The gentleman (I forgot his name - sorry) even took us up to the flat and showed us around. Safety: completely safe. Negatives: none Highly recommend for first time visitors to Athens.

very nice apartment well designed and equipped with latest technology. clean with lots of essentials. gym wasn't equipped though and stairs smells like insecticide is used often. parking is difficult here.

Konstantinos is a fantastics host and his place is extremely cosy, well located in a nice, buzzy, safe area in the centre of Athens. The place feels very homely, it has all needed amenities and is located in a great area. There are so many shops, cafes, restaurants, literally just outside the building. It's located in walking distance from Athens' historical centre. The place has three working stations and great internet speed, making it ideal for people working remotely. Konstantinos was such a good host, always super communicative, thoughtful and accommodating. I would 100% recommend this place and Konstantinos as a host.

Great host! So friendly and helpful with lots of recommendations for local restaurants, etc. Apartment is spotless, and we loved the balcony. It’s a great location to have some quiet in the middle of Athens, but still be in close walking distance of good bars, coffee shops, restaurants, etc.

Our recent stay at Christos's Airbnb in Athens was nothing short of exceptional. The flat itself was absolutely perfect. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable – a true home away from home. We immediately felt relaxed and settled in. The location was also ideal for exploring the wonders of Athens, being just a short and pleasant walk away from the magnificent Acropolis and other key historical sites. Christos went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and felt completely welcome. It felt like we were being hosted by a kind friend rather than just a property owner. His warmth and genuine care made a significant positive impact on our trip. The comfortable desks and chairs, coupled with the reliable Wi-Fi and pleasant atmosphere, made it the perfect workspace. Vasiliki is a great host and greeted us with a lot of goodies in and outside the fridge!. The flat is a split across two levels, ground and first floor. Very well equipped and cleaning was absolutely spotless. The hosts have put a lot of love into it. Internet worked very well, used it for video calls with work. There is a gym on the ground floor! Heating functioned perfectly and hot water was available at the flip of the switch. The area is very quiet and building felt safe with cameras positioned outdoors. Parking close to the flat can be quite challenging during morning and noon but much better later in the night. Hope to visit again.

To było jedno z najpiękniejszych mieszkań jakie widziałam! Bliskość stacji metra zarówno lini zielonej jak i czerwonej bardzo ułatwiało komunikację po mieście. Gospodarz bardzo szybko odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania. Serdecznie polecam każdemu to miejsce na pobyt!

Апартаменты находятся в очень хорошем, тихом, безопасном и историческом районе Афин. До главных достопримечательностей пешком 10 минут, как и до станции метро с помощью которой можно легко добраться в другие точки города. Сама квартира неплохо оборудована, находится на первом этаже, потому немного сыроватая. Рядом есть все необходимое.

Nice compact apartment located Jan quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the nearest metro station (10 min ride to the city center). It has all the amenities one may need while traveling, it was clean, easy to Access and with the added bonus of a nice balcony and spacious balcony. The hosts were very friendly and understanding. 10/10 would stay again

I loved this stay for its privacy. The location was great for the metro and was 3 mins walk from the yoga studio. I spent 15 nights there and was really comfortable. Constantinos is responsive and extremely helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment hosted by Anastasia and her father Pablo. The apartment was beautiful with a large terrace with great views out to the mountains. Everything worked and was just as in the pictures. Apartment was easy to find. Just to keep in mind that it is on the 4th floor but lift serves until 3rd floor only. On the day of our arrival Pablo helped us with our luggage into the apartment. When checking out, we did not ask for help but quite sure Pablo would have helped. The apartment is walkable from a couple of metro stations (15 mins approx.) connecting to central Athens. Nice places to eat and grocery shopping are also available in the similar walking distances. Pablo and Anastasia recommended a couple of places and also drove us to a restaurant once - which was a very nice gesture. Finally, Anastasia and Pablo are very nice people - easily approachable and quick to communicate. They made our stay great. I can recommend this place with a doubt. Best Wishes.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and my family and I had an incredible time staying over. We especially enjoyed how clean and nice the pool provided was. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Greece.

Ideal apartment in very central location. Demitros went above and beyond in helping get us to the ferry on time and then going back to get our passports that we stupidly forgot. He modestly used the term Philoxenia in acceptance of our huge appreciation.

What can I say the apartment was lovely and George our host was amazing! Our first night we were sent dinner and some Beers! A lovely welcome. Given the time of year, George kindly dressed the apartment for the Christmas festivities, which was well received by the whole family. In terms of accessibility you can’t beat it. Five minutes to the metro station which is a super efficient way to travel around Athens. We would recommend staying here to anyone you won’t be disappointed! Thanks George and Happy New Year!!

We had a beautiful stay at Stamatis’s. The rooms were comfortable, the views were breathtaking, and we were welcomed with an incredible list of local recommendations and a stocked kitchen on arrival. The donkeys ride past multiple times per day as well and the apartment is easily walkable to the main parts of Thira. It was quiet and a nice escape from all the tourists. Tholoto has a great breakfast and aressana spa is nearby for a facial + massage. Stamatis arranged easy transfers to/from the port and airport as well. We absolutely would recommend a stay in this space. Thank you so much!
