Stavros was onsite and really helpful with everything, getting us in to the stunning Rotonda restaurant, and arranging a second car; no problem. Once we realised everyone did use the amazing pool all day and we could walk to the beach in 15 minutes, and walk ten minutes to windsurfing lessons, everyone was happy! We struggled slightly getting everyone comfortably around the outside table but Stavros helped extend it, and when we were 12 for a couple of nights we used the upstairs terrace. Overall a really lovely stay. Thank you Stefanos, and thank you Stavros!

Quiet and beautiful country villa. This home is perfect if you're looking for a place to unwind and relax. It's surrounded by an olive Grove and is somewhat secluded. Although you can walk to the nearby town of Marmara (about 20 minutes) a vehicle would be an asset.

Cagatay was very helpful and responded fast to our enquiries. The house was located in a quite area which we suited our family well. The walk to Çiftilik center took about 5 minutes. The beach at Çiftilik was ok but you need a car to get to nicer beaches which were about 10 minutes drive by car. We taught that the house was somewhat small for our party of 8 adults. 2 of the beds are bed soffas in the living room. Cagatay fixed an air mattress at our request which helped with our sleeping problem. The house was well equipped. Cagatay fixed most of what we missed in the kitchen in a day. I would highly recommend Cagatay as a host and his house in Çiflitik, if you are looking for a quiet and secluded accomodation in the Çeşme district.

Extremely satisfied! Went beyond with a stocked fridge and special homemade treats and specialty items in the bathrooms. Definitely need a car so don’t hesitate to rent as travelling on roads no problem (even if busy). Area not easily walkable and is a bit removed - if you want a busy/nightlife/touristy area this is not the place - very quiet (in a good way). Can’t say enough about Konstantina who was readily available to assist with recommendations and bookings. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending and returning.

Nice place to relax in Around 10 min. to the down town (by car) Nearest supermarket is within 7-10 minutes by car as well

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It is in a good location, very peaceful, and has a great view. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. I never managed to use the pool because my stay was during the winter season, however, I would definitely consider renting it during the summer. The host was very friendly and responsive and helped make our stay even more pleasant.

Excellent séjour au sein de la villa qui offre définitivement une vue à couper le soufflé sur Sérifos et aux autres îles. Alexis est un excellent hôte qui se montre très réactif, et nous a prodigué de nombreux précieux conseils avec son très joli guest book dans la maison. Je recommande cette villa sans problème 😊

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié que Anastasios vienne nous chercher au port. Très proactif lorsque l’on a eu besoin d’informations sur les déplacements par bus ou pour localiser épicerie ou site à visiter. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour.

Charmante maison au calme et à proximité du petit centre ville et de la plage. La grande terrasse est particulièrement agréable, avec vue mer au loin. J'y ai séjourné 1 semaine, en télétravaillant (excellente connexion internet). Je recommande le logement !

A wonderful host in a stunning place...

Una casa preciosa enfrente del mar, a tan solo unos pasos te podías bañar. El trato de Marina fue excelente, muy amable y receptiva. La casa estaba impoluta, vinieron a limpiar a media semana , cambiaron sábanas y toallas . La cama de matrimonio muy cómoda , las de mis hijos un poco menos ya que son pequeñas para la estatura de ellos , si viajas con niños están perfectas . La terraza es muy agradable con unas puestas de sol maravillosa. Tienes aparcamiento en la casa y está a 5 minutos de Parikia. Estuvimos muy cómodos, ideal para pasar una semana en Paros. Y el restaurante que está debajo justo en la playa muy bueno. Todo muy recomendable.

We had a great stay with our baby. Yiannis is a great host and welcomed us directly at the harbour despite the ferry being late. He also gave us great recommendations for the region. If we were travelling to Ios again, we would book here again. Thank you for everything.

Wir haben unsere fünf Tage im Häuschen von Despoina und Ioannis sehr genossen. Schon der Weg dorthin, an Mastixbaum-Plantagen vorbei, ist sehr schön. Das Haus befindet sich oberhalb vom Vroulidia Beach mit außergewöhnlichem Blick in die Bucht und auf das Meer. Der Strand ist auch schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Ort ist klein und ruhig, es sind wenige Häuser in der Gegend und die Nachbarn gegenüber der Straße sind super nett. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind toll zum Verweilen, das geräumige Einraumhaus, mit einfacher, aber gut ausgestatteter Küche und separatem Bad, schön eingerichtet. Despoina hatte sogar für viele leckere Aufmerksamkeiten für den Start gesorgt. Auch die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr freundlich, und schnell, sie gab viele Hinweise und Tipps für das Haus und die Umgebung; auch vor Ort in einem hilfreichen Manual zusammengefasst. Die Gegend ist wirklich toll: Pyrgi, Mesta, Avlonia (zu Fuß möglich) usw. Es lohnt sich wirklich sehr!

I can’t believe we stayed beach front for the price we paid. Amazing views. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Angi was very responsive. She even provided us with a beach umbrella. Highly recommend to stay at this Airbnb.

Séjour parfait, la maison est très belle, bien décorée, très fonctionnelle, et très propre. Vaggelis qui nous a reçu, et son papa que nous avons croisé régulièrement, ont été très attentionnés. Encore merci! Un séjour vraiment très agréable! Prévoir d'être véhiculé car un peu à l'écart des commerces (6-7 min en voiture), mais très bien situé pour visiter tout le Nord de Milos en quelques minutes de voiture.

Le logement que propose Alexandros est très bien situé, à l'entrée de Fira, dans un lotissement privé très calme tout en étant à quelques minutes à pied des commerces, d'une gare routière qui permet ensuite de rejoindre facilement en bus les autres villes de l'île . L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, et la literie est très confortable.

We felt right at home as soon as we got in. It was really quiet and peaceful. There was a nice little beach bar with a beautiful beach and an amazing pool. The host were really helpful and we never felt like we were bothering them. I recommend this Airbnb to everyone who wants a secluded stay not to far from Naoussa. We had an amazing time. Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

A fabulous apartment and aptly named “Home Sweet Home”. Great communication with Amanda and she is extremely kind. Amanda has provided absolutely everything you need to live comfortably and relaxed. We loved the view from the balcony and it is a quiet area. We slept well in the super comfy bed. Everything in Amanda’s apartment is top quality! We hope to return sometime. Could definitely have stayed longer! Thank you Amanda.

J'ai adoré ! Vasilis et Costis sont des hôtes extrêmement bienveillants, serviables et adorables, j'ai l'impression d'avoir quitté des amis en partant! Je me suis sentie comme chez moi. La maison est un peu à l'écart du village avec une vue mer époustouflante sur l'île de Naxos, Naoussa sur la gauche et Piso livadi sur la droite. Environnement très calme, loin de la foule. L'accès n'est pas évident mais possible en scooter. Le village de Kostos est à 5/7 min en scoot et après tout est environ à 15/20 min. C'est très pratique. La maison est bien organisée, très bien équipée avec des appareils et matériaux de qualité, et décorée avec goût. C'est exactement ce que je recherchais. Un grand merci à Vasilis et Costis ☺️

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans le duplex de Periklis que nous n avons jamais rencontré ,mais avec qui la communication a été aisée. Nous avons apprécié la situation au calme, à 20 minutes à pieds du port et pratique pour rayonner dans toute l île. L appartement est spacieux, au style très épuré à l étage, sans trop de charme, cosy au rez de chaussée, belle terrasse sans vis à vis. Ustensiles de bases dans la cuisine très limite . Propreté irréprochable de l ensemble.

We had 6 of us staying at this villa. It was exactly as pictured. We loved the location, it was perfect for our group. It is about 1/2 hour from the airport. We did rent a car, which I think is absolutely needed in this area. The roads are very interesting getting to the house from the highway. And we loved it. Lavrio is about a 15 minute drive and we went there almost daily. There is a grocery store on the way to the house from the airport, that Mario suggested to us. We drove to the airport and parked there for the day on two occasions and took the metro in to Athens. It worked out wonderfully and was so easy to figure out where to get off and on. I would highly recommend Mario and this house. It was peaceful, secluded(ish), plenty of room and you cannot beat the views. Mario met us at the house, he asked midweek how things were and provided some information on things around the area. There are some lovely sandy beaches nearby. Highly recommended!
