Hello, Me and my family, came to visit Florida for a family gathering. I was pleased with the house I rented from Franka. The house was family friendly spacious and very clean. The host was very polite, responsive to any concerns I had. I really enjoyed the game room it has over 60 games of pure fun. Close to the store for all your shopping needs. Also the house came with more than enough space so everyone had there own space. I am in a wheelchair and I was able to move around the house and wasn't restricted on where I could go. The pool lift was a plus . I will definitely going back to stay there if you're looking for a wheelchair accessible home I would definitely recommend this house. Thanks again

lots of things to do, love that we had the hot tub & im glad that I planned to heat the pool for our march trip. having a bathroom in every room was helpful too when you have 5 kids ! we hope to return soon.

Our family had a great stay at The Pelican House. Donna was very responsive and friendly. The house matched its description. Very clean, comfy beds and close to all the parks. Thank you for the outstanding stay.

My family and I had a great stay ! My two small pets were welcome which was great because leaving them at home would’ve made us worry. There are many restaurants nearby which is amazing! There is an aldi’s, Walmart, and Publix nearby as well ! The house is ever big and spacious ! There’s a half bathroom downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs as well as 3 bathrooms upstairs. The upstairs is carpet. We had a great family vacation ! There are some cameras outside in the front and back, but we felt very safe and like we had our privacy ! Truly a great host thank you !

Great house and host was very friendly with clear instructions on check in and check out. Pool was clean and well maintained.

We loved this place. The location was great. It had the private pool which we enjoyed. It was very clean. Had lots of amenities. The kids loved the game room. We were able to take our fur baby which was important. It had lots of room for our family of seven. We had a great time here and are planning on coming back here next year.

This was our second time staying at David's place. It is just the right location for visits to Disney and Universal and there are enough restaurants and stores nearby. The house is very comfortable, even our dog felt right at home! Plus there is a great dog park not too far away. The street is very quiet and the backyard is peaceful. We'll be back again!

Our stay at Marlana’s was great. We have two young boys that were able to play outside and enjoy the pool. Everything was provided down to the small details inside - dishwasher pods, laundry soap, etc. The location to Tigertown was PERFECT. So many awesome parks nearby and a beautiful path along the lake to walk made this stay that much more enjoyable. We’re hoping to book this each year we’re back for Spring Training - hopefully the main house next year!

The best location for a trip plan to Disney world . under 28 minutes to the parks

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and heated to our preferred temperature. Our host could not have been any better. He always responded to our questions and concerns within a short period of time. The one downside of the location was the traffic noise. Very noisy. Other than that it was a wonderful trip.

What a gorgeous home! There was so much room! The pool was beautiful! Renay was responsive and accommodating.

Our stay here was great! The home is big and beautiful, the yard is spacious and great for dogs and kids. We had so much fun playing games in the outdoor room and watching movies at night. The kitchen had a bunch of pots and pans easy to cook meals. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us!

Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour 3 nuits pour profiter des parcs à proximité, et notre sejour a été idéal ! Le logement était extrêmement propre et beaucoup de petites attentions ont été très appréciables ! (Café et thé à disposition, guide du logement et des activités alentours, jeux de sociétés...) Nous recommandons ce logement +++!

Host was responsive and clear, the house in our opinion looked better than the photos. Pool area was exactly what it appeared to be on the photos, not too big but also not that small. Check in and out was an absolute breeze. We absolutely loved the upstairs area, the neon lights were a great touch. If you book this house and see a hot water feature for the pool and think you don’t need that, it’s Florida. Yeah we did too and immediately asked the host for the feature once we touched the water. And it was the best thing we could’ve done. It was 80°+ degrees outside and the water was amazing.

Great house, very clean and also a great location. However there was an odor coming from the central air system and the pool was dirty. They did come clean it. The host was very polite and communicated frequently. Overall ait was a Great stay.

My family enjoyed our week stay! Best sleep we’ve had in months. Clean space. Large eating area for entire family. Loved it . Booking agai this summer for sure

I recommend this place. It was easy to find, easy check-in. Host always responsed to my texts, even the silly ones :) The apartment is specious. It was very clean and had lots of towels.

La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de los parques de Disney y tiene un Publix y Walmart muy cerca. El apartamento estaba limpio y con suficientes toallas, jabón de lavandería y de lavavajillas.

We enjoyed our stay at Andy's home. It was perfect for our family vacation to Universal. It was about 15 mins away. Located close to food, grocery stores, and shopping. Will be saving for our next trip to Orlando!
