Perfecta la casa para pasar unos días maravillosos con tu familia,excelente lugar,la casa nos encantó,limpia,cómoda y con todas las cosas necesarias,la anfitriona dejó todas instrucciones,sin dudas volveríamos nuevamente.

Que du bonheur !!! Notre famille de 5 personnes a adoré séjourner dans cette jolie maison spacieuse , parfaitement propre et équipée et située dans un quartier calme et sécure . Nous ne pouvons que recommander à la communauté Airbnb d’y séjourner . De notre côté , ce passage chez Juan Pablo a contribué à nous faire passer un excellent séjour étape durant nos vacances et découverte de la Floride .

The house is beautiful and very comfortable for larger groups. We enjoyed the open floor plan which made congregating for group discussions around meals very easy and enjoyable. The sea shore decor is well done and the back patio/poolside is relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking your own meals to save money. Check-in and out was very easy, and we had no need to ask for help during our stay. I will definitely repeat our stay and recommend it for anyone.

Host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. If someone is looking for a great place to stay at a good price I would recommend this home.

We had a great mini vacation with our dogs enjoying the water and pool/spa. The place was very spacious and close to everything we wanted to do. Phong was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back.

This is a great place! Heated aalt water pool was awesome! Location is great as you can walk to many restaurants and bars. Had a problem with the furnace in the house. Andy had it repaired within a few hours. ALL GOOD👍👍👍

Great house. My 2nd time renting it because I used to own a home in this neighborhood. Simple, but has everything you need. Great location, close to beach & many great restaurants.

This luxurious and immaculate home lacks nothing, both inside and out. My dog and I stayed only one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. The ambience from inside, carries itself outdoors, where I spent the evening relaxing with a glass of wine, while my dog enjoyed the large fenced in yard. Neighborhood was very safe and was easy to access all parts of Cape Coral and Pine Island. We would definitely love to return!

Carter was an amazing host, the apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the gated community was lovely with great amenities. For a 3 bedroom the common space was a little small for 4 of us but we'd def stay here again.

This is the second year I have stayed at Connie’s. Everything is always top notch. Always feels like home. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. no better place to stay. Until next year.

This place is beautiful. The whole area is breathtaking. Loved looking at the boats go by from the back porch. Nicely decorated and the area has beautiful homes all around. This place is worth it. Host is wonderful and flexible. Will stay again. Thank you for for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful area.

We loved staying here for our vacation time in Cape Coral. The location and neighborhood was great and felt very homey. There was shops nearby including grocery and walmart. We even checked out a great local homemade ice cream shop. The unit was spotless and equipped with everything we could’ve needed including stuff to use at the pool/beach, stuff to use the grill, and more. The pool was very private and enclosed which was very nice. I loved the comfortable outdoor area and there were even some kitty residents we were able to visit with which made me feel at home. Thanks Lourdes for having us!

Nach anstrengender Reise durch die Deep South States, war diese Unterkunft eine wahre Oase der Ruhe und Erholung; eine Wohltat für Augen und Seele ! Ich reise seit 40 Jahren, in Europa, USA (Nord/Süd), Asien und Australien und war selten so angetan von einer Unterkunft, wie von diesem Appartement, Garten mit großem Erholungswert. Besonders was Geräumigkeit, Effektivität, Sauberkeit, aber auch wohl durch- dachten Annehmlichkeiten für den Durchreisenden,( aber auch, und besonders für einen längeren Aufenthalt ) angeht, - perfekt für 2 Personen mit kleineren Kindern. (Gerade diese Empfehlung des Gastgebers finde ich sehr passend). Die beste Wahl für ein gehobenes, dabei erschwingliches, ' American way of good Holidays` Gefühl, ,-)). My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Yenny's place. It was beautiful and very comfortable to live in. Great location - close to many restaurants, grocery shopping and the beach is only 5 minutes away by car. Yenny answered our questions promptly and was very helpful. We highly recommend staying at Yenny's place and we would definitely stay there again.

The condo has been recently remodeled and is beautiful and very clean - one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The kitchen is very well equipped, with many thoughtful touches, and we cooked several meals during our stay. King bed was comfortable (we did not use the other beds). Being so close to the beach was fantastic! This was our first time on Sanibel and we loved it, in spite of being there during unusually cold weather. Definitely hope to return and would love to stay in this condo again!

We can definitely see why people want to come back to Cynthia & Roger's place. The location was perfect for our needs. Their home was immediately comfortable and relaxing. The big windows, view and amenities were fantastic. We loved seeing interesting photos and the decorative touches. They put extra thought into routine necessities that people forget to bring, like bug spray placed by the back door, an umbrella by the front door, kleenex and hand sanitizers in a central location, etc., etc. So many "little" things that show thought and caring. What a wonderful, relaxing visit. Thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Conrad's place. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Highly recommend- beautiful community, nice people, pool nearby. Lots to do in and out of the community. Condo was well stocked with everything you need. Susan was helpful and quick to respond with everything. Wish we could stay longer!

We loved our time at in Fort Myers Beach and this space made it even more enjoyable. Ed was so helpful with everything we needed, highly recommend this spot!

Wished the pools would have been open , but Rose provided full disclosure. Loved the beachy atmosphere and decorating and being able to walk across the street to the beach! She was so friendly and greeted us and was very attentive to our every need. Lots of natural light , fully equipped kitchen and the closets and storage were great! Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella since we flew. We would surely like to come back again! Thanks Rose and Philip for your welcoming hospitality!!
