Chypre : locations de maisons de vacances près de la plage

De villa is heel ruim! Het was even zoeken naar de vierde slaapkamer, die zit in een bijgebouwtje. We hebben vooral genoten van de tuin, veel verschillende plekken om te relaxen en voor onze peuter heel veel ruimte om veilig te spelen. De jacuzzi was heerlijk! Vijf minuutjes lopen naar een kleine baai met strand, en nog vijf - tien minuten naar een groter strandje waar de zon langer scheen. Voor ons als Nederlanders was het even wennen aan de strikte regels voor de boiler. Maar dat lukte ook. Lambros was vanaf het eerste contact vriendelijk en hielp ons de eerste dagen met veel geduld om alle apparatuur in te stellen. In het voorseizoen was er in de omgeving nog niet zoveel te doen. Maar daar staat de rust tegenover, voor ons een prima resultaat. En Agia Napia is niet ver weg en daar is alles.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Paphos, in der Eleftheria-Wohnung. Wieder sind wir sehr zufrieden. Gemütlich, nicht weit vom Meer und den Promenaden, wir mögen einfach alles in dieser Wohnung. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr gutmütig und immer in Kontakt. Diesmal baten wir um ein Taxi zum Flughafen, und da es sehr bequem war, reisten wir auf demselben Weg zurück. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können diesen Ort sehr empfehlen. Elena und Leopold.

beautiful house in an exceptional location with breathtaking sea views including the sound of the sea around the clock. perfect for relaxing and unwinding! warm welcome with a few supplies and drinks in the fridge. very easy to get to with the excellent digital guide. carrie is a very friendly and generous hostess. our only point of criticism: the bed (or rather the spring core mattress) - a bit worn out and everytime your partner turns in his sleep you get shaken up

Beautiful home in great location. Stephan the host was excellent answering any questions we had very quickly. There is everything you need in the property for a wonderful, relaxing holiday just don't park on the drive which we did when we first arrived & nearly damaged the car. Stephan does tell you not to park there for this very reason in the welcome pack! Lots of places to eat & drink within close walking distance & if you don't want to drive, the bus stop is just a couple of minutes away & just a short trip to Coral Bay or Paphos. All in all a great choice for our 1st Airbnb booking 😀

Maison très pratique pour un séjour en famille. Le nombre de salles d’eau et de toilettes étaient très appréciable. La proximité avec la plage était idéale, on y allait le matin, on rentrait pour manger et retour l’après-midi. Nous nous rendions au centre ville à pied, ce qui était très pratique. Ekaterina a été une hôte très à l’écoute et très réactive. Le seul bémol a été le montant de l’électricité que nous avons trouvé un peu élevé, 235 euros pour 15 jours, seulement une chambre sur les 6 a utilisé la climatisation. Sinon tout était très bien.

Just few words .Perfect host and easy communication with Lora .She gave us very detailed instructions and even though our check-in was at night it was not difficult to find the location.The apartment feels you like you are at home with all extras which you even think about. Next to local restaurants,coffee shops ,bus stops and 5 min walk to the beach . Usually when we return to the same place we look for a different place to stay, but next time in Larnaca we will be Lоra's guests again :-)

This is a fantastic stay in a great spot. If you’re looking for part of Cyprus, it’s close to nature and the villages, this is the spot for you. The house is lovely, right on the sea, and secluded enough that you can choose to be very relaxed, or close enough to two small towns that you can find restaurants and bars and coffee and other amenities. A great spot with responsive and lovely hosts. I’d stay again!

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

Lovely villa, clean with great facilities and fabulous pool, close to the beach which had lots of activities available.. paddle boarding, banana boat, jet skis & diving school. Great restaurants within walking distance, especially likedThe Bay tree .. great food/drink and friendly hosts and a shop with all the necessities.. loved our stay. Thank you ☺️

We stayed as a family of 8, for my 30th birthday. The Villa: We arrived late evening. Directions & key access were easy to follow. The Villa is located a minute walk from the main strip of Coral Bay. Although it is located next to the strip, it is on a quiet road. 4 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite. Kitchen well equipped to make breakfast and lunches. Beds are firm but comfy. The pool was absolutely gorgeous! So big, and the option for pool heating was so great. Inflatables and toys for the pool was an added bonus. Driveway access if you've hired a car. The Host: We met Elena the morning after our arrival. She was friendly, attentive to any questions & went out of her way to ensure we has a later checkout (our departure flight was late evening). She made our trip so enjoyable. I would recommend this Villa to anyone, and I cannot fault it. It is even better than the photos and it really was worth the money paid. Thank you and we will return.

Veldig pent og ryddig hjem. Høy standard. Verten var lett tilgjengelig og ga oss gode tips og råd til steder å se under oppholdet. Verd pengene. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Wir waren als 4-köpfige familie mit kids 5 und 7 jährig dort und das haus sowie die lage sind perfekt. der strand ist in unmitelbarer nähe und das wasser dort sehr klar und sauber. alle unsere fragen wurden von der gastgeberin sehr schnell beantwortet. wir buchen wieder und können eine klare empfehlung abgeben.

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

Pobyt w tym miejscu to była czysta przyjemność! Przede wszystkim – kontakt z właścicielem zasługuje na najwyższe noty. Bardzo miły, pomocny i zaangażowany. Wskazówki dotyczące dojazdu i zameldowania były niezwykle dokładne i przejrzyste, dzięki czemu wszystko przebiegło bez najmniejszych problemów. Sam dom zrobił na nas ogromne wrażenie – jest dosłownie wszystko, czego można potrzebować. Nawet jeśli o czymś zapomnisz, to tu z pewnością to znajdziesz. Ogromny plus za dostępne przejściówki do cypryjskich gniazdek, turystyczną lodówkę z plastikowymi kieliszkami i wkładami chłodzącymi – idealne rozwiązanie na plażę! Lokalizacja bardzo spokojna, na wzniesieniu – idealna na odpoczynek. Do miasteczka i plaży można dojść spacerem w około 20 minut. Na dole znajdziesz sklepy, restauracje i dużą, przyjemną plażę. Frederick was an excellent host—very kind and always quick to respond, usually within 10 minutes. The house was well-prepared for self-check-in, making our arrival smooth and easy. The outdoor area was a highlight, featuring a peaceful barbecue space and an exterior shower, perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend both this place and this fantastic host! We’ll visit again!

Our family is very grateful to Kylie and Nick for the attention and comfort, they provided us during our vacation at the villa. We vacationed with the whole family during the children's Christmas holidays - the hosts thought of all the little details, decorated the living room. Very nice and comfortable villa. We were there in the off season and it was very private and quiet. Close to many activities, beaches, restaurants, etc. during high season. Away from the crowded tourist areas but close enough to be convenient. In winter, many places are closed. We still managed to have a great time. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating.

Amazing location steps from the sea walk, easy to main roads for driving, or bus to walk. nice big kitchen, and 4 bathrooms. perfect for our family. Coffee and restaurants very close. owners very responsive.

An excellent trouble free holiday from initially booking to departure. Communication from Kris and Bianca was excellent including a very good brochure on the house and facilities, with ideas where to eat drink shop visit etc in the larnaca area.The house was exactly as shown / described on the site listing, in a stunning location right on the beach front. plenty of parking , and close by a bus stop for the main larnaca / airport bus. The house was very clean and comfortable and well furnished. kitchen had everything you could possible need. overall a very relaxing weeks break. would deffently stay again and recommend a stay here if thinking of visiting Cyprus

Behzad und seine Frau sind tolle Gastgeber sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie erkundigen sich regelmäßig ob alles in Ordnung ist und geben tolle Tipps zu der Umgebung. Unser CheckIn und CheckOut war problemlos(trotz das wir sehr spät angereist sind) Behzad hat uns Tage vor unserer Anreise mit den benötigten Informationen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liegt in einer modernen/ neuen Wohnsiedlung ca. 20min von der nächsten Stadt. Auch sehr ruhig. Sie ist mit einem Pool, einer Einkaufsgelegenheit, Gastronomie und Cafés ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich sicher, zuhause und geborgen. Die Wohnung ist mit der Grundausstattung verfügbar und genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Der nächste Strand ist gleich um die Ecke ca. 5-10min und auch sehr angenehm. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, ein generelles muss auf der Insel. Man gewöhnt sich schnell an den Linksverkehr. Die Stadt Yeni Iskele und auch die Wohnung hat eine gut Lage und eignet sich hervorragend für Trip's.
