Absolutely charming, comfortable house filled with beautiful collections, every where you look something interesting to look at. Paolo is a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The bed and couches all super comfy. Stayed here a month and hope to be back!

This is the most wonderful villa and the word villa doesn’t really do it justice - the space both internally and the public areas are fabulous. All the bedrooms have sitting rooms with kitchen areas - the a/c worked beautifully and everywhere was sparkling. The swimming pool is large and the sitting areas are perfect - we were in Cyprus for a wedding and the experience of staying in the villa added greatly to the happiest time for us all. In fact, no one wanted to leave! Although this is called a villa I would describe it more as a small, peaceful hamlet where one can join in the activities and retire to the quietest charming mini apartments. I really cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Many, many thanks to the hosts for adding so much value to our visit. Absolutely worth every penny.

The location, of the house is a quiet, neighborhood (with local families), very close to supermarkets and places to eat. it also has good transportation to the city centre and nearby beach. The house is very clean, well furnished and well decorated. it has anything you need. the air-conditioning system is really good (something necessary for the weather of Cyprus). The communication with the host was excellent. Responsive at any time and always willing to help.

Thank you very much for helping to make this trip to Cyprus with our daughters and granddaughter so special. The home was exactly what we hoped it would be, and the responsiveness to our questions was prompt. Thanks again.

Nice place to relax. Sauna was big plus for us and we loved the garden. Theres cafe within 1 min walking distance, for some fresh juice snacks and ice cream. And decent cafe/restoraunt in 3 min drive. Small minus: wifi was slow, and no working place(table and chair) Not a problem for most but i had some work to do and used bed for working and mobile hotspot.

A beautiful country cottage in the mountains with a beautiful view of the valley. Everything was as described. I would only criticize one thing, and that is the very noisy and smelly gas boiler (according to the owner, improvements are in process).

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at this lovely place on the cost of Cyprus, close to Ayia Napa. The pool is large and beautiful, the sunbeds are comfortable and enough for all the guests. We liked the jacuzzi as well. The house could have been cleaner, but in the end for us it was good enough. The kitchen was well equipped and with all the appliances in good condition. The house is well suited for larger groups like ours, with each room having its own bathroom. The hosts were helpful and responsive. We appreciated the complimentary change of towels in the middle of the stay, as we had a longer stay. The overall experience was very positive and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing vacation close to Ayia Napa.

Great location for the beaching and diving. The house itself is cosy, clean, well organised and stocked with all the amenities - with a lovely open wild garden - and hot tub was fun. Thanks Alex

A wonderful place for a big family or a group. Many, many facilities in the house. Comfortable, spacey bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms. 2 very well-equipped kitchens. So many games and stuff to do. Was perfect for what we needed. When there was a problem, the host was quick to respond and send a solution. Important to know: the electric key turns all appliances off except one fridge when you leave the house. So if you have food in the second fridge, take note. Be sure to ask the host any questions; they are responsive and there is stuff you might not understand about the house without asking. The area is very peaceful, and secluded. But there isn't much to do in the immediate vicinity.

Stunning sunsets, sun trap out of seabreeze and lovely deck areas, perfectly heated pool and jacuzzi. Terrifically well managed a great host and really proactive to keep the property in top shape. The look out onto the orange and lemon groves is just bliss down to the beach. Sunsets are so special. Delightful starlight BBQ evenings, hot tub and private beach. It is one of the best holiday spots we have ever been to and a real treat. Plenty for all to do with evenings in with the downstairs pool table, table tennis, fuzball and air hockey. The place was so lovely and warm on the coldest night of the year and yet it still was cool when the temperatures were back up to 23C. The pool is a suntrap. Everything you need and clearly a greatly managed property. Definitely the best of the area and we are booking again already. Thanks Joseph!

This is an incredible mansion with privacy and amazing facilities. I would love to stay there again with friends but for longer! Definitely need a car, however once there you may never want to leave! The pool and outhouse sauna were brilliant! Thanks Vassos.

We had a great stay at this villa. It suited the needs of two young grandchildren, their parents and two sets of grandparents very well. It is in peaceful surroundings with sea views and beaches a short walk away. The villa was very clean and the pool and outside area were lovely with lots of seating areas. Getting enough shade was a bit of a problem, but the sun moved round very quickly. The villa feels spacious. It is pretty well equipped and the two items we asked for were got for us very quickly. The villa is situated at the end of a small strip with bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely beaches are not far away, but you really need a car to get to all these amenities. Overall, I would recommend it as a great place to stay.

Family of 12 (5m,1yr,3yr,15yrs - Adult). Extremely impressed with the service by Kyriakos(& team) easily contactable, answering/solving immediately. They provided baby items(monitors, gates, cots, steriliser etc)at no extra cost, arranging for pool to be heated for the babies. The villa was very modern/spotless with all amenities listed-something for all ages. The hot tub was my favourite, especially at sunset! The kids made use of the games room and pool table and there was plenty of sun beds around the pool/on the roof when the pool gets a little shaded. The kitchen was full of utensils, an air fryer, microwave,easy to use oven. Location is perfect, less than 5 min walk to mini supermarket/main strip, the beach a couple of minutes further. You are close to everything yet far enough away that it feels very peace. Check in/check out were easy with Kyriakos providing alternate accommodation until our late flight home. Highly recommended, can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you ☺️
