Cythera : locations de vacances avec balcon

We spent one week in Athens at this apartment. The area is lively and very close to the subway, restaurants, bars and there is a park on the hill, which only takes around 20 minutes by foot. From there, you have a marvelous view to the sea on one side and the acropolis on the other. Athens is a great city anyways and spending some time in this area was perfect for our visit. The communication was very friendly and super easy going, helpful and flexible.

Toni’s house met our expectation. Location is ok, close to most of the touristic place, by walking 10-15 min max. Only I can say about location, you can see different kind of people around neighbourhood but we didn’t feel unsecured. If you plan to cook at home, equipment is not that muck enough I guess. Overall it’s ok. House is clean and funny.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα του Aris ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ άμεσα ανταποκρίνονταν σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις μας. Μας επέτρεψε ακόμα και να κάνουμε check out αργότερα. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ευρύχωρο για 6 άτομα, δύο ζευγάρια και δύο χωριστά άτομα, η τουαλέτα και το επιπλέον WC καθαρά, ωραία επιπλωμένο με όλα όσα θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε. Υπήρχε καφές , ζάχαρη, λάδι, αλάτι, πιπέρι, κλπ στα ντουλάπια, πολύ χρήσιμα αν θέλει κάποιος να μαγειρεύει...και η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Η περιοχή κεντρική, με κάποια προβλήματα, αλλά γενικά ασφαλής, με εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης και στα σημαντικά αξιοθέατα και το μετρό 1' λεπτό από το σπίτι....επίσης τρόλεϊ και λεωφορεία που σε πάνε παντού πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι.....Και θα το συνιστούσαμε αλλά και θα πηγαίναμε ξανά..... Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Aris!!!

Ev, resimlerde göründüğü gibiydi. Banyonun yenilenmesi gerekir ama yine de rahatsız edici değildi. Evin lokasyonu harikaydı. Her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Metro istasyonuna da çok yakındı. Balkonu şahaneydi. Keyifli zaman geçirdik. Yataklar, yastıklar çok rahattı. Ev, tertemizdi. Çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar aynı evi tercih ederim. Ev sahibi ile de iletişim çok kolaydı. Hemen mesajlara dönüş yaptıklar. Hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Harika bir tatil oldu.

We are a family of three and stayed for a lovely week at Daphne's apartment. It was perfect for us...we all would have been delighted to stay a month, not just a week. I would be very happy to use the apartment again and recommend it highly to others. The apartment is exactly as its photos... clean, modern and comfortable. Great selection of restaurants and local shops nearby. Location generally is excellent, walkable to many sights, easy bus and metro nearby and we walked or used public transport early, day and late night during our whole stay with no concerns. Daphne left detailed recommendations info in the apartment, emailed us proactively and replied quickly and in detail to our queries. It all made for an excellent first time visit to Athens for us all.... Many thanks!!!

Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sie hat eine perfekte Lage die Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe und es gibt sehr schöne Restaurants. Apartment ist so wie beschrieben sehr sauber und aufgeräumt und der kleine Balkon geht abends auch morgens zum kurzweiligen verweilen ein. Penny ist eine perfekte Gastgeber. Sie hat alle unsere Fragen super schnell beantwortet und uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. So etwas nettes haben wir bei Airbnb bisher noch nicht erlebt. Dafür noch mal vielen Dank

It’s a very well connected place and our host was very communicative! The neighborhood is not super touristy but not far from area connected to acropolis. We enjoy our stay a lot!

We loved our stay at this apartment in Kolonaki. It is exactly as on the pictures and is the best equipped rental apartment we have ever stayed in. Kolonaki is a very nice and safe neighbourhood, close enough to be able to walk to all major sights. Communication with Regina is effortless. She showed us great cooperation when we ran into a medical emergency, because of which we were unable to continue our sightseeing. We will come back to Athens to visit those sights and hope that the apartment will be available when we do. Thank you Regina!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Anna and her team were spectacular. They always responded to all of our questions quickly. They were helpful with anything we needed. The Airbnb was exactly what you would picture Greece to be. Great neighborhood. Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you for helping make our family vacation a memorable experience!!

What a wonderful week! George and Sofia were extremely kind and attentive hosts, giving us all the help and information we needed. As we arrived late, Sofia offered us some delicious stuffed peppers and had left us a bottle of wine plus stuff for our first breakfast, which we really appreciated. It’s in a great location with lovely views from the private terrace across the garden and olive groves to the sea. Although less than a mile to the airport, it was very quiet (only a handful of flights a day). There’s a small mini market up the road, and LIDL and Kritikos supermarkets are about 10 minutes’ drive away. Just 10-15 minutes’ drive to the capital Argostoli, it’s a great base to explore the island by car. There was tea, coffee and essentials like olive oil, salt and pepper and all the appliances you need to cook – we loved breakfasts on the balcony and dinner on the terrace as the sun set. If we return to Kefalonia, we would definitely stay here again. Many thanks, George and Sofia!

This chic home was in the perfect location for our week in Athens. Sitting in a peaceful pedestrian enclave in the “old” part of the city, only a moments walk from the Areopagus, Ancient Agora, Acropolis, Filopappou Hill, a wonderful variety of restaurants & so much more! Vasilis was our friendly and thoughtful host. He couldn’t have done more to make our visit to his city a happy & memorable one. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home & comfortable in this well equipped, spotlessly clean home. Our Welcome Hamper with cereal, fruit, milk, water, bread, biscuits & cheese was very much appreciate. We chose to spend part of every day relaxing on the spacious roof terrace. It really does have the most mesmerising views! It might be worth knowing however, that at the time of our visit, there was noisy construction work going on next door due to a house being built on one side and maintenance work being done to an adjoining house on the other side!

Todella hyvät ohjeet sisälle pääsemiseen, sijainti mitä paras kun haluaa yhdistää merta ja kaupunkia. Hyvät julkisen liikenteen yhteydet. Asunto vastasi odotuksia, pienen pieni yllätys oli mikroaaltouunin puuttuminen mutta hyvinhän tuon ruoan sai kattilassa lämmitettyä. Rauhallinen sijainti, ainoa "häiriö" turkinkyyhkyjen kujertelu aikaisin aamulla :D

Supermysigt boende i ett trevligt område med många restauranger. Nära till både tunnelbana och naturområde.

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.

Veldig fin plassering i forhold til gamlebyen, Plaka og akropolis. Smakfull innredet koselig leilighet. Litt vanskelig å finne parkering for leiebilen, men det ordnet seg. Vel verdt våre to netter i Athen. Anbefales!

El departamento es hermoso. Tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Con todo lo necesario para vivir, una cama súper cómoda y una vista increíble! Muy bien ubicado. Cerca de las atracciones caminando. Barrio muy silencioso. Gran anfitrión. Fue muy claro en todo y respondia rápidamente. Información bien detallada y organizada. Lo recomiendo al 100 %. Me sentí como en casa. Gracias!!!!

Πρόκειται για ένα καλαίσθητο και βολικό διαμέρισμα σε ένα απο τα πιο κεντρικά σημεία του ιστορικού κέντρου, δίπλα ακριβώς από το μετρό, με πρόσβαση σε όλη την Αθήνα. Σίγουρα θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή σε κάθε επίσκεψή μας στην Αθήνα!

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Vor allem die tollen Terrassen haben uns gefallen und das tolle Design der Unterkunft. Binnen 25 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Zentrum, aber auch in der Nachbarschaft gibt es eine Vielzahl an tollen Restaurants.

We had a lovely couple of days. Dimitris met us on arrival (after 11pm). It was fantastic having a bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival especially so late at night. He was so god in providing us with additional information/ places to eat for my birthday & directions / tips for the football. 100% would recommend this accommodation.
