A wonderful place in Spetses, close to the beach, close to town and restaurants and a bakery. The house is spotless, comfortable and well appointed, with a beautiful garden and balcony up top. Sophie is a gracious host who gave plenty of information about the house as well as about Spetses. Thank you for a great stay!

Dimitra was an incredibly flexible and accommodating host! She made everything super easy for us, and we really appreciated her quick communication and willingness to adjust plans. The place was great, and the location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the start of the trail. Highly recommend!

We spent a wonderful stay at Emma's House. The house is very well decorated with excellent taste. Emma clearly pays a lot of attention to details and the place was spotless. The house is actually bigger than it appears on the pictures, wich was one of the many good suprises of the stay.

die Unterkunf lag super zentral. in der Küche hängt ein Plan für Restaurants, Bars etc in der Umgebung. um die Ecke liegt der Strand mit lokalen. Wir sind mit dem Zug auch nach Athen, das war auch super einfach. die Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen, sehr viel Platz, liebevoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man braucht.

John is communicative, friendly, very kind, he made us feel at home. He gave us a warm welcome and for our comfort, he offered a bigger apartment, very spacious and very well equipped. We appreciated the fact that it is quiet, the yard has a lot of green space, nicely arranged and with a play area for children. We would have liked to stay longer!

This was a great few days spent in this cute little rocky cabin. Fotine and Bob are two lovely people, so kind, welcoming and interesting. Their property is nice, calm, nestled in olive trees, with a little farms and about 10min from both the supermarket and the beach, that doesnt see much people. It's also close to Koroni and Kalamata. Highly recommend it, if you want to spend a few days relaxing in a different setting, and live a true Greek countryside experience.

Fotini kwam ons laat op de avond na onze vlucht verwelkomen en hielp ons met alles. Het huis is erg mooi, vooral de veranda met prachtig uitzicht. De locatie is erg handig, dicht bij vliegveld en ferry, en Zakynthos stad.

Enjoyed our stay in a great location. Spacious bedrooms, basic equipment in kitchen. Good Wi-Fi. Useful outdoor space. Flexible checking in and out worked well.

Saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man hat viel Platz. Kimo war immer erreichbar! Der Ausblick ist goldenwert :)

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The place is at least as good as the photos show. We loved the pool and the outside kitchen with a baking oven run with fire wood to make pizza and bread. The area is very quiet and the view on the surrounding hills very relaxing. Also, John is an extremely friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend the place!

What a beautiful place to stay! It's the perfect place to have a peaceful holiday.

The bungalow was lovely and great for our family of 4. It was clean and comfortable. The pool area was relaxing and the pool was big and clean. It was in very easy reach of the port and beach. The restaurants and bars were also a very short walk away. Costas and Marie were great hosts.

Villa Sandy has a very good location with a fantastic view. Kids loved the pool after coming back from the beach. Margarita was very flexible and kind. The apartment had all the necessary equipments and was comfortable for a family. We would choose again Sandy Villa :)

Beautiful house in a great location. Alex has done a great job to make the house comfortable and it is very well finished. The pool area is amazing, the BBQ facilities are great, and it is right in the beach next to multiple beach clubs. We hired a boat for the day from the beach which was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay in the farm cottage for three weeks and will not hesitate to recommend the house to our friends and other customers . We would like to thank all who took part - especially Thalia and our Host. He is a very charming person and offered us fresh and biological fruits, vegetabels for our desposal - and Thalia was always a kindly, competent and helpfully person with good suggestions. The area was quiet and relaxing but not to far away from the main sector. You will hear in the morning animals from the farm nearby like chickens, donkeys and peacock`s - we all loved them so peaceful and beautiful. Domino (and the other cats) we had immediately closed in our hearts . Thank you for your awesome paradies and the great hospitality we encountered. We are looking forward to come back! Vi havde fundet et dårligt hotel, men Eriko var hurtig på tasterne og vi boede i stedet for i hans fine, renlige lejlighed.

If you enjoy proximity to nature and total privacy, then this tasteful cottage is for you! The view of the sun breaking through the horizon in the morning is unique! Even in winter the yard overlooking the clifs and sea are very inviting! You can see the care with which Ioannis built his cottage. It is clean and has everything a couple needs. We visited over the Christmas Holiday and were blessed with wonderful weather, but the house is very warm and the firewood well stocked! Instant hot water and a usable kitchen were also very appreciated! In general you get the sence that Ioannis truly enjoys sharing his home with his guests! Thank you!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment in Spetses. Maria was a fabulous host- kind and responsive and very happy to help! The photos do not do the apartment justice - it has been beautifully decorated and has a very homely and welcoming feeling. Highly recommend staying here as the apartment is in easy walking distance of key attractions but is peaceful and quiet.

Schöne Aussicht bis hinaus über das Meer , wenig Lärm von der Straße, eher still. Toller jeden Tag Zimmer Service. Super Restaurant von der Besitzerin um die Ecke. Rundum hervorragend nur WLAN funktionierte nur vor der Tür. Sehr empfehlenswert!

La mia permanenza in questa casa vacanze è stata semplicemente fantastica! La struttura è situata in una posizione perfetta per chi desidera una vacanza immersa nella tranquillità e vicinissimo ai piedi del mare. Al nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con calore e disponibilità dalla proprietà che si è premurata di mostrarci tutti i comfort della casa. Gli interni sono puliti e arredati con gusto, offrendo un connubio ideale tra modernità ed elementi tradizionali. La cucina è ben attrezzata, permettendoci di preparare delle bellissime cenette in casa. La vera ciliegina sulla torta è stato il giardino privato, un piccolo angolo di paradiso che ci ha permesso di far sgambare i nostri cani in tranquillità prima di partire per l'esplorazione della bellissima Puglia. Sicuramente consiglierò agli amici questa casa e spero di tornarci ancora.

Cozy apartment with amazing views. Perfect for a welcoming place to chill out in the evenings after spending the day sight seeing. Great location, 10 minute walk from city centre/train station and beautiful views of the acropolis. Very clean and had everything you’d need in an apartment. Cute welcome gifts including personal hygiene basics (tooth brush, shower gel etc.) made settling in easy. Would absolutely visit again.

Η Χρυσούλη απαντούσε άμεσα. Όταν της ζητήσαμε ένα επιπλέον πάπλωμα, το παρείχε άμεσα. Μας επέτρεψε να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας σε ένα δικό της χώρο πέρα από την ώρα του check out έτσι ώστε να κάνουμε μια τελευταία βόλτα.

The host was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The accommodation was as expected and close to the city center and sea. Would be happy to stay again.
