Da Nang : locations de vacances avec terrasse

First time to Vietnam, Especially happy that I stayed in Da nang, the area is beautiful, the locals are friendly and helpful. The apartment was close to great food place, the beach which didn’t disappoint. The location made it easy to go to ‘the must see travel stops like Ba Na Hills’. I would come back and stay here again. Met some friendly locals and found a lovely place for breakfast which we visited daily. Check out this accommodation. No Regrets amazing place.

Ich war zwei Wochen dort wirklich sehr zufrieden! Mein Appartment war sehr hell, ich habe nichts von den Nachbarn mitbekommen, keine Baustelle oder so daneben und das WLAN gut genug, um Videocalls zu machen. Unten gibt es noch ein kleines Café, aus dem ich öfter gearbeitet habe. Das gesamte Personal ist super lieb und hilft sofort weiter. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

Отличный комплекс с апартаментами. Есть ресепшн, поэтому заселяться и выселяться легко. У нас была комфортная квартира с гостиной, кухней и спальней. Было всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, кровать удобная, мягкая, быстрый вайфай для работы, горячая вода. Также нам предлагали уборку раз в два дня. На крыше был небольшой бассейн и тренажерный зал. Единственное, если у вас нет машины или мопеда, то район не очень подходящий. Близко до пляжа, но далеко до интересных ресторанов и кафе.

후기에서 왜 이렇게 친절하다는 후기가 많을까..했는데 저 역시도 따뜻한 친절함을 느껴 여행내내 편안했습니다. 숙소 위치는 한인타운 근처로 먹거리,카페,술집이 많아 시끄럽지 않을까 했는데 소음에 대한 불편함도 없었고 보안도 걱정안하셔도 돼요. 저렴한 가격으로 여행내내 잘 쉬었다 갑니다. 한가지 굳이 불편했던점을 뽑자면 샤워기가 해바라기식이에요~~ 베트남 여행 특성상 샤워를 여러번하는데 머리를 계속 감을수가 없어서 그거 하나 불편했습니다 ^^ 공항가는 길에 주신 서비스 차도 한국오자마자 맛있게 먹다가요. 담번에 부모님이랑 가게되면 다시 찾을 것 같아요~~ 건강하세요.

Had a great month in this lovely, bright apartment. Man let me check in early which I really appreciated and he and the team were super responsive whenever I had questions or any requests. Nice bonus to have the pool downstairs, rooftop and secure garage below. I borrowed a bicycle whilst there (you will need some form of transport to get to the beach etc). Everyone is really friendly and make you feel welcome and at home. The shower is great and the bed very comfy. Thank you for everything, team Sala!

Locs apartment was a great welcome to Da Nang and Vietnam as a whole. Our first night his brother Minh who hosts the property welcomed us to a year end party with his friends and made us feel so welcomed. The location is perfect only a 15 min walk to the beach, ten min to the river and tons of food options a couple blocks away. Quiet street with no real disturbances the whole time we were there. Stocked kitchen to cook if you want and an in unit washer and dryer were a big plus. Huge bonus is Minh himself, always friendly and helpful who goes above and beyond for his guest. Our only regret is we only stayed 30 days.

다낭 처음으로 갔는데 정말 만족한 숙소였습니다. 해변도 도보로 가능 하고 근처 한국마트 한국식당 다 있습니다 다 도보로도 가능해요!! 정말 불편함 없지 잘지냈습니다!! 다름에도 또 방문할께요!

Locals were extremely friendly and patient with foreigners.

The place is great! The photos actually do it a disservice and make it appear smaller than it is. I think the city was a mismatch, and maybe Da Nang just isn't for us. Hanoi and Hoi An, heck, even Saigon feel better (more street food, feels like there's more to do and lots more to explore). Still, the place itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, so if you enjoy the beach, then this place will do the trick!

It was very convenient because it was near the beach and the mart and restaurants were close. I recommend this accommodation.

I had an incredible stay at Kate's house! The villa was spacious, clean and beautifully designed, with a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was great—right next to the beach and close to the top attractions of Da Nang and Hoi An. The villa was fully equipped with everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms with stunning views. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone looking for the perfect holiday. I can't wait to come back!

Vincent is a very kind host , he Vincent welcomed me personally , took the time to show me around the house and tell me the good spots/restaurants of the city , he is also super communicative if you need anything , The appartment is super comfy , beautiful , close to everything , beach , supermarket , I recommand and will come back ! :)

Me and 6 other friends stayed at Thao’s villa for 4 days. Needless to say the villa is exquiste, with tasteful decorations around the place. The view of the sea from the bedrooms are breathtaking with our own private pool to relax and cool off. I really felt at home with the plentiful amenties provided, from cooking utensils to washing machines and tvs. The butler was always responsive and provided assistance when needed. Other services such as room service, cleaning and barbeque were professional, which really made our stay more enjoyable. We did not spend a lot of time at the resort, but we did check out the gym and swimming pool, which is up to standard of what is to be expected. Overall, this is a place I would come back to with my family and friends when I visit this beautiful city called Da Nang again.

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

매우 넓고 쾌적하여 2가족이 쓰기에도 좋습니다. 전자렌지,세탁기,건조기 쓰는데 이상없고 타올도 요청하면 바로 가져다 주십니다. 다낭에 또 오면 다시 방문할의사 있습니다

Wir haben uns in dem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Die Kommunikation mit Tung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

I loved my stay here. The apartment looked just like the photos and had all the amenities for a long stay (laundry detergent, shower products, etc). The hosts reached out to offer weekly cleaning and were always super responsive and friendly. Music from the beach can be a little loud in the evening but always stops by 11 or 11:30 (obviously not the host’s fault, just something to be aware of for any early birds). Rooftop pool was gorgeous. Would happily stay again!

체크인과정도 아주 쉬웠고, 사진과 룸이 동일합니다. 신규 룸 이라서 세탁기, 전자레인지등 다 새제품으로 너무 좋았고, 생각보다 침대가 넓어서 아주 편하게 잤어요, 수영장도 너무 잘 이용했고, 버기도 잘 이용했습니다. 호텔이용객과 큰 차이가 없었어요, 청소가 매일안되는것과 조식제공이 안된거는 거지만, 저희는 룸에 다른사람 들어오는게 싫어서 오히려 나았고, 조식은 필요하면 요금내고 이용하면 되니까 괜찮았어요! 아쉬운건 와이파이가 룸에 들어오면 잘 연결이 안됬지만 그래도 가성비 아주 좋아요~ 다음에도 또 이용할거에요 궁금한것도 빠른응답해주고, 잘 쉬고 갑니다~^^

Kathy was one of the bests hosts we’ve ever had! She was so very helpful, kind and gracious. Her lovely studio condo is in a wonderful resort, with a very good restaurant on site. The bed is very comfortable and apartment had everything g we needed for our stay. The An Bang beach is peaceful and so walkable. We would take a morning walk, then walk down to the beach road (right before Four Seasons) and go for coffee drinks at Golden Coffee on the main road. Fell in love with their Coconut Coffees. It’s very easy to get a Grab and go explore Old Town Hoi An or any of the other sights. Can’t wait to return and stay again!
