Прекрасный большой дом нас приятно удивил. Жилье соответствовало фото, но по ощущениям дом был даже больше. Ремонт новый и свежий, всё было чисто. Vy была внимательна, дружелюбна, быстро отвечала на сообщения (даже оперативно привезла новую плитку на кухню, когда она у нас сломалась). В ванной было много принадлежностей, всё было расставлено очень внимательно. Белье и полотенца были свежими. Было очень приятно получить от Vy в качестве подарка на Новый Год вин. Также при заселении Vy предложила фрукты и воду. Vy, спасибо большое за заботу и то, что были на связи! Жилье нам очень понравилось!

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, einige Tage in dieser wunderschön gestalteten Villa zu verbringen, und unser Aufenthalt hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Lage ist perfekt: Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, und dennoch nur eine kurze, etwa 10-minütige Autofahrt nach Hoi An. Ein besonderes Highlight war der tägliche Frühstücksservice. Das Team war unglaublich aufmerksam und erfüllte alle unsere Wünsche – von lokalen Spezialitäten bis hin zu individuellen Vorlieben. Auch der Shuttleservice von und zum Flughafen war hervorragend organisiert und verlief völlig reibungslos. Vielen Dank an das Team!

We had a great stay. All of January. The house was totally unique. Not for everyone, but we enjoyed very much. An Bang beach is a great place to enjoy HoiAn.

Notre séjour a été magique ! Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. Huong est très soucieuse de notre bien-être et très réactive. La maison est idéalement située à 1mn a pied de la plage et est tout à fait conforme aux photos! Une dame vient tous les jours faire le ménage et préparer le petit dejeuner: elle est infiniment gentille... et le repas un régal ! Je ne peux que recommander!

Our family of 6, Grandparents, our son and his family with 3 children under 7 years old stayed here at the end of our Vietnam/Laos adventure. It was absolutely perfect for us! Hanh was so helpful and flexible. The home is really beautiful and owners have thought of so many extras to make you feel right at home. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all loved the beach that is just steps away. It’s a quiet, peaceful, extremely friendly and safe area. Be sure and rent bicycles…we rode all over the area and so much fun and felt so safe. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you Hanh! Thank you Hoi An!

Prachtige villa. Het heeft een bijzondere bouw. Het is groot met een mooi zwembad. De villa is zeer rustig gelegen. Je hebt wel vervoer nodig om ergens te komen. Het centrum is 15 minuten met een Grab. Het is op loopafstand van het strand dus met mooi weer is dit een geweldige locatie. Zo kan je rust en drukte met elkaar afwisselen. De villa is zeer schoon en de schoonmaaksters zijn erg aardig. En de hosts zijn fantastisch. Zulke vriendelijke mensen. Reageren snel, geven veel tips en regelen alles voor je. Wij raden deze villa dan ook absoluut aan.

새로지은지 얼마안된 숙소라 깨끗하고 사진 그 이상으로 훨씬 넓고 좋습니다. 이런저런 문제가 생겼을 때 호스트에게 해결을 요청하면 빠르게 도와주셔요. 위치가 시내와 좀 많이 떨어져있지만 프라이빗하게 가족들과의 시간을 즐기기에 너무 좋았습니다.

The house is really beautiful and private, my family had a wonderful weekend night at Khue's house. She is very friendly and supported us very well during our stay. Because it is a private house, you will be given a key. Everything is clean, the swimming pool is also very nice.

Absolutely the place for design lovers. This architecture is truly outstanding. And the house is well kept. The team around the host managing the house is very service oriented and super responsive! Of course like mentioned in other reviews, the ground floor is outside, so you have to live with nature. We didn’t see this as a negative point. Absolutely great place to stay.

Had a great stay here. The room was beautiful and it felt very zen inside. The pool was beautiful and the staff were very attentive and kind. Only minor thing to note was the karaoke bar nearby was loud - but that was all finished by around 10pm. Highly recommend this place! Super central. Would definitely stay here again!

Hannie is friendly, helpful and responsive right from the start. She has helped to make arrangements for transfers, making us travelling with old folks a breeze! As we were travelling with senior family members, we had alot of queries in the amenities available at the property. Hannie was very patient and clear with her responses. She also provided suggestions on places to visit and where to eat! BBQ night was the absolute highlight. Chefs came to prepare as early as 4pm and dinner was ready by the time we got home. Food was cooked to perfection and all of us had a good meal. Property, needles to say, was absolutely stunning. True to pictures and just love the space and deco. This place is an absolute gem find! Highly recommended to stay. Just 10min away from all the action!

Hele familien hjalp til for at oppholdet skulle bli bra. Familien på andre sida gata gjorde rent og serverte mat. Vi hadde kontakt på engelsk på Messanger med et annet familiemedlem som var behjelpelig med å skaffe skredder, taxi, utflukter, sightseeing, taxi osv. Han fikset alt i løpet av noen minutter. Villaen, som er stor, ligger perfekt mellom gamlebyen i Hoi An og stranda. Vi tok taxi inn til byen og syklet til stranda.

Ha is very friendly and proactive. He forgotten bottled water and we had exhausted our shampoo sachets and he immediately sent them over, without delay. He went to pick and send my family from airport too. Super grateful and comfortable with his hospitality!

A great value. Great accomodations and a great host! Check in was easy. As soon as I was inside the gate I was greeted and got offered help with my bags. The whole compound is private and gated in with someone on site 24/7. The bungalow was clean and exactly as pictured. The host Bao is extremely accomatdating as well. I was only able to book one night through the app last minute, but was able to stay for a few days longer as Bao offered me to stay in the room for the same rate for as many days needed. I really appreciated that. I arrived at night on the eve of the holiday so there wasn't much open. The host offered to cook some dinner for me. I also had some hot coffee on the house as well. Over all a great stay, I will definitely stay here again when visiting the Hoi An area. I would recommend to people who like a bit of privacy and not too much hustle and bustle of tourist areas. If you have a motorbike old town and all of the tourist places are just a 10-12 min ride away.

I absolutely loved this place. It’s spacious, a lot of light, a nice view of the river. It’s clean and comfortable. The internet is very fast. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly and responds very promptly. I highly recommend.

Nice location near the rice fields. Lots of options for the breakfast and wine. Especially we like the cuisine offer in the house. The kids really like the house. The manager HOA is nice and offer good suggestions and help us book the local restaurants. The pick up service is professional. Really recommend to stay here for the holiday in Hoi An.

모든게 다 좋았습니다. 조용한 동네 딱 좋앗습니다. 마트는 걸어서 5분 커피숍 걸어서 5분 바닷가 호텔 쪽으로 가면 술 파는곳이 있지만 맛은 보장 못함 호불호가 있을거같습니다 주위에 즐길거리는 없으나 수영장과 바베큐 해먹을수 잇어 좋앗습니다. 그리고 수영장 화분에 불개미로 추정되는 애들이 죽여도 계속 겨 나옴(주위) 다음에도 여기로 정하겠어요^^

Chuong is such an amazing host! So friendly and helpful with local recommendations. She offers a delicious complimentary breakfast by the river in the morning. Chuong helped me arrange a private fishing charter with a local captain, then arranged to have our catch cleaned and cooked for our dinner at the restaurant nextdoor! The location is away from An Bang by just a 5min Grab ride, but quiet and quaint. It is rght next to the river and beach which is nice. Great value for the nightly rate!

Stayed at Quynh’s place for almost a week with my four year olds daughter. We had an amazing stay, the bath is gorgeous, the lanterns outside you can see from bed or sitting outside where we had dinner delivered a couple of nights (great tableware that feels nice to eat from) and amazing having washer and dryer. Quynh is responsive and genuinely cares for her guests experience in An Bang/Hoi An, and was very gracious in answering my many questions. Highly recommend.

i stayed here 2weeks. i cooked, sleep well in big bad, hot water was ok. there is frypan and stuff, james also gave me chopstick, some drink.. (and informations i needed, when i ask something, i could get a fast respond from him. ) coco house apartment is like small village surrounded by beautiful bine and greens, flowers. you can also meet neighbours in other room when you stay. i enjoyed the cricket sounds at night, sound of chicken at morning, a bird singing at night too. i had motobike, took me my an, city center 20min. i had lots of time, so i enjoy riding around my neighbours at night. sometimes i could see cows in the street. haha to beach, you can go tan tra beach , quite and nice only 5-10min. theres a gas station near home. small local stores and cafe near home. no yellow lights in room, candle was nice thing to bring. its nice place to enjoy your time quite&slowly. there's also stone table/sit outside you can drink beer or coffee.. recommending this place! picked up by james from airport with 10$! he was helpful and friendly, good at english too. had nice time in da nang :D
