가족단위로 2 개 레지던스룸을 잡아서 숙박 햇습니다 우선 호스트가 굉장히 빠르게 소통이 됩니다 . 룸 컨디션과 모든것들이 설명해준대로 이며 숙소까지 가는 택시도 부탁 드려 배정 하였는데 기사님과 소통도 완벽 하였습니다 어린 아이들이 있어 교통편 숙박 모두 걱정 하였는데 Huyen 의 친절한 안내도 아주 행복한 가족 여행이 되었습니다 . 제가 다녀온후에도 저희 다른 가족들도 4 월 11일 부터 16 일 까지 예약을 제가 해줫네요 . 적극 추천 합니다 . Brian is a great host as always. The room is clean. It is near the beach so we can walk to the beach in the morning. It is located in tourist area so you can easily find the shops or restaurants within minute walk. I will definetely come back again. Highly recommend to all guests.

Great stay overall, I booked knowing it wasn't a central location but if you have a bike or get grab you can be by the beach or town in 10 or 15 mins for 40VND. Wonderful balcony view with fishing boats and bridge and lovely atmosphere at front of the hotel where food trucks provide food and drink to many locals who sit up by the water around sunset. Best part for me was the pool, excellent rooftop pool, great size for doing proper lengths and great views around the city. Would certainly stay again, easy check in and out and great communication start to finish. thanks

Điểm nhấn lớn nhất của căn hộ là bồn tắm nằm ngay cạnh cửa sổ, cho phép bạn thư giãn và ngắm nhìn cảnh biển tuyệt đẹp trong khi tận hưởng những giây phút riêng tư. Tôi đã dành nhiều thời gian để thư giãn ở đó, cảm giác thật tuyệt vời khi được ngâm mình trong nước ấm, trong không gian yên bình và đầy cảm hứng như vậy. I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

매우 넓고 쾌적하여 2가족이 쓰기에도 좋습니다. 전자렌지,세탁기,건조기 쓰는데 이상없고 타올도 요청하면 바로 가져다 주십니다. 다낭에 또 오면 다시 방문할의사 있습니다

체크인 하는 과정에서 시타딘펄 직원분들이 계속 예약이 안되있다고 이야기 하셔서 체크인은 좀 오래걸렸습니다 아이를 데리구 간 상황이라 의사소통이 잘 되지않고 예약정보가 없다고만 안내하니 너무 불안하더군요.. 다행히 호스트님이 신속하게 호텔에 연락을 취해주셔서 다행히 체크인을 할수 있었습니다 체크인 하는 과정만 빼면 뷰와 가격 호스트님까지 정말 완벽한 여행이였어요 방2개에 저렴한 가격으로 훌륭한 바다뷰와 너무나 좋았습니다 다음에 다낭에 오게되면 이곳을 또 이용하고싶어요

Very nice and responsive host who tried to be flexible and allowed us to do early check-in and late check-out. The location is great and the ocean views are beautiful for both bedrooms. All the rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely recommend.

Suitable for a big family (15ppl) and still was spacious room wise. Beautiful scenery and not too far from the public beach. Brain was a great host with fast and great communication!

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The accommodation is located on a local street. It is a bit away from the tourist area, but it gives off a charming local vibe. The house itself is very spacious, unique and beautifully designed, featuring two bedrooms on the second floor and a dance studio with a sauna on the third floor. The rooftop view was refreshing and offered a peaceful spot to relax. The host was exceptionally responsible and very active in communication. I have never encountered a host who replied to my messages as quickly as she did. She was also very helpful and provided helpful information about the city, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped spot with a local touch in Da Nang, you won’t regret booking this accommodation.

Giang & Ngoc are excellent communicator, detail, very polite, and care for their client. Every time I reached out and I will get their response less then 30 minutes. this is awesome. This is beautiful house, a lot of space for a big group of people, prefect for vacation house, and it just looks posted pictures. I am highly recommended.

What a great place to stay! It was a family vacation celebrating my brother in law’s retirement. It met all of our family’s expectations. I’d highly recommend Tu’s place.

Жилье полностью соответствует описанию, вся мебель и техника качественные и новые, даже расположение предментов на фотографиях совпадает с реальностью. В санузлах дорогая сантехника, напор воды достаточный, температура воды также хорошая. В доме имеются отличные бокалы для вина, посуда, сауна и телевизор. Также имеется вместительная посудомойка. Хозяева дают четкие инструкции и рекомендации, отвечают очень быстро. Проблем с заселением и выселением не было, все очень понравилось.
