Spent the weekend celebrating a birthday with family, had a wonderful stay. Quiet and private with incredible views. Close to the beach which was easy to walk to, but up hill on the return. Would recommend a car if you wish to visit vineyards or town, or arrange for driver service. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

An amazing native Kauri tree stand surrounds this house and spa pool. If you want a truely NZ bush location, this is your place. The hot tub has wonderful lyrical babbling brook sounds which help you relax into this private, natural, setting.

Wir haben uns bei Cole sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, sehr ruhig und man war aber auch sehr schnell in Downtown Auckland. Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben vor allem der Außenbereich war traumhaft schön mit einem Kamin auf der Terrasse und einem Jacuzzi. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und die Gastfreundschaft.

Such a beautiful home! Had the best time with my family. Very well catered! House is spotless. Easy check-in! Sandy is such a great host! Rooms are big and comfortable. Enough space for a big family. Beautiful views from home, nice local restaurants & morning walks down to the beach too. Highly recommended. Definitely will be staying here on my next family trip! Thanks again Sandy!!!!!

We used Stacey’s home as a base for our wedding weekend. It is in a rural location but the home is easy to find. It was neat, clean and had stunning views. The home is fully equipped which came in handy. Stacey is also super responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Loved the house and the swimming pool. Plenty of space in the house and the beds were comfortable . Three bathrooms which was great for the 6 of us staying in the house, 2 were en-suites. Plenty of on-street parking and also had parking on the property. Short drive to the beach at Brown's Bay . Would be very happy to stay at this property again.

This was a great apartment to stay in, super easy to get in (very detailed instructions), handy to the Wynyard Quarter and the Viaduct. Great views, nice and spacious - fantastic for a group.

If you are looking to stay in a beautiful home with spectacular views, you have just found the place! As soon as we arrived, Lynne greeted us with a big smile and a bouquet of fresh picked flowers. She was so warm and welcoming along with little dog Lexie, who was so friendly. Lynne’s place is very spacious, clean and tidy. The rooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture. The bedding and linens were also top notch. The kitchenette was surprisingly stocked with fresh fruit, home made muffins, milk, water, cheese and crackers….and even a very nice bottle of wine! We stayed for two nights and enjoyed eating many of our meals on the deck, which overlooks the beach, which is less than a five minute walk away! Lynne’s small touches made our stay so relaxing that we hope to return again next year!

Coincidentally, I lived in Sarah's property about 15 years ago, so booking a stay was a no-brainer. It's ideally located for Mt Eden Village, Eden Park stadium, and on all bus routes into and around the city. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, with all the amenities you would expect. The bed was comfortable, and the smart TV has all the apps for watching local TV, or streaming all the usual services. Sarah was very accommodating, and responsive - probably the most responsive host I have had throughout the world. Would highly recommend Sarah's property.

Fantastic location with direct park access. The most wonderful deck with great views- a joy in summer. Please note: this place doesn’t have an oven or a freezer and the bathroom is tiny, but we managed to make this place our home for a month during renovations. It may not be the ritz but it certainly does have character and a super accommodating host (with the friendliest, loveliest dog- Ziggy is definitely a highlight)

We had a very beautiful stay. Gabrielle was a wonderful host and always responded to our questions. The place is beautiful! The view is gorgeous! Modern place with all the amenities. We loved the coffee and the sweet treats. We were able to walk on the beach and rinse off thanks to the outdoor shower. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms very clean and modern. Highly recommend this place. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Dave and Lindy were very friendly and helpful. Very easy check in with clear instructions. Suited our purposes very well in a quiet residential area. We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, clean accommodation. Would highly recommend.

This is THE best location in Auckland. The beach is in front of your home. The apartment is cheerful with loads of light. The beds were very comfortable & the sheets were an excellent crispy cotton.

We had a 6 day family Christmas Holiday here and it couldn't have been nicer. Daniel and Angela met us when we arrived and explained the various systems such as pool, TV, internet, etc. They were available nearby in case we needed them (which turned out we did not), but did not intrude in our privacy. The actual facilities were even nicer than the photos and descriptions provided in the AirBnB listing. One of the special things about this home displayed was the care and art that the hosts have put into it. Everything is amazing. It is ultra-private and it seems as if you are alone in the forest overlooking a beautiful valley. The view from the upstairs master suite is awesome. Our two grandkids spent hours each day in this nice, clean, warm pool. The pool - patio area was well done and relaxing for lounging between swims. . I would HIGHLY recommend this property and hosts.

This house was absolutely incredible! The photos honestly didn’t do it justice it was just massive and the pool with the stunning view was a dream. The projector was also such a great touch and our guests had a lot of fun watching music videos and doing karaoke in the large room. Daisy’s communication was great throughout the process too. My only feedback would be there wasn’t enough basic kitchen items such as larger plates and platters for cheese boards or any salt, pepper and sugar that we could see so would suggest bringing your own! But apart from that super minor inconvenience everything else was incredible and everyone had an amazing time! Would love to return some day!

Incredible location and home for a large group looking to spend time together. We were four adult couples and two toddlers. The space was perfect, having a bunk room and separate lounge for the little ones with enough bathrooms and privacy in different zones around the house. Direct beach access, quick walk to the local shop, cafe, playground and surfclub. Can't wait to come back!

We had the most beautiful stay at Shaileshs place. The views are amazing, epic sunsets and sunrises. It’s super peaceful with the sounds of nature all around you! We held a family event at the property and everything was perfectly set up for entertaining. Shailesh was a wonderful host, they super responsive and helpful, and even left very thoughtful touches which made our stay even more special. Would definitely recommend this property and host!

What a stunning house and location - the view was undeniable and dominated our experience - it was enough in this place just to look at the views !!! The house itself is beautiful, whimsical, well-appointed and evocative of every pleasure you might want on a vacation. Daytime is drenched in sunlight through the floor to ceiling windows. Evenings are intimate and warm, inviting conversation and laughter. The expansive decks and outdoor seating are perfect for relaxing, reading and eating outdoors. The hot tub was an added delight. It is a short but steep walk to the beach and village - takes about 5 pleasant minutes. This is one of those places you will never forget. We are really grateful to the hosts for providing this magical home.
