Dakar : locations de vacances avec terrasse

I enjoyed my 5 days stay in this apartment. The apartment is as pictured: very clean, safe, equipped with all necessary things to cook with, has cable, WiFi, very comfortable and perfectly located near the center of Dakar, with nearby shops, restaurants, grocery stores, transportation near by. It is great for up to 4 people. Aminata was very responsive and would answer any questions quickly. The building is safe with a 24 hour guard stationed on the main floor near the entry way. The only complained is that there was very loud construction work being done nearby from 9pm-12am. However, the apartment and location are so awesome, I will absolutely rent this apartment again if it is available during my next vacation to Dakar.

Super séjour. Excellente réactivité de Firmine et très grande présence de Wladimir. Je ne peux qu’encourager tout le monde à y séjourner. Le coin est très calme à 2 mn à pieds du supermarché Auchan et 5 sea plaza. J’y retournerai sans aucune hésitation.

Words cannot express neither the beauty of this apartment, nor the responsiveness of the tenant and the cleanliness of the whole residence. It’s spotless, close to everything: shop, restaurants, Monuments and 15 minutes from downtown. The tenant’s representative Mr. Mody is a great man, kind, respectful, responsive and proactive. The apartment is just splendid and I deeply recommend it. Don’t hesitate to jump in and reserve. Mr. Mody thanks for your assistance and help.

Incredible stay! First, Ndeye is an extremely communicative and responsive host - was so easy to get in touch to reserve the apartment, and any questions she was quick to respond. The apartment is gorgeous, tons of natural sunlight, a beautiful balcony, clean and spacious living room, and pristine bathroom. The kitchen is well lit and all new appliances, with every cooking supply you could possibly need. Bed is comfortable and I slept very well. Great closet space with a clothes hanging rack too. Plus an enormous full body mirror in the hallway. You’re on the 7th floor in a nice and well known building in Dakar with security and comfort all around. Tons of restaurants, grocery stores, markets nearby, with the Corniche Est just 10 mins away with breathtaking views. Highly recommend and will be back for sure.

This is a beautiful, modern, clean, sunny place in a great location. There are air conditioners in each room, 4 bathrooms, and a great kitchen. A grocery store is right around the corner where you can purchase water (needed for brushing teeth, drinking, etc). It is easy to catch a cab or Yango from the main street. We were also able to walk to the beach (you need to cross the busy street) for a nice lunch and walk. A few notes: Our taxi driver had a difficult time finding the place (we arrived in the middle of the night). It took us a while to figure out which building because there are no numbers on the buildings. The road is also sandy/rocky (not a big deal) but bring shoes that are comfortable and can handle the terrain. We were also charged for electricity (about $25) for overuse. The owner makes the policy clear about use of electricity so just make sure you don't leave the AC on when you leave. We didn't but we were still charged. There are cleaners that came in twice.

Logement tres bien. Tres bonne accueil, La simplicité, la gentillesse, on se sent très bien. Il y a également le bar et restaurant pour bien manger et se retrouver dans un endroit familial, simple et convivial. Merci à vous las bas et au plaisir de vous revoir. 👍🏼

A Eva é uma anfitriã super preocupada e cuidadosa! Adoramos a recepção! O apartamento fica em uma localização muito boa e as moças que ajudam a cuidar da limpeza são maravilhosas! Adoramos nossa estadia!

Hôtes très accueillant, chaleureux et flexibles tout au long du séjour

Très bien accueilli par Diouma. Très gentille, elle nous a donné des conseils et nous a même préparé un excellent mafé !!!! 0n recommande cette adresse, pour un passage sur Dakar.

En prenant une semaine chez wihome nous n'avons pas été du tout déçu. C'est un grand appartement propre avec une grande suite parentale . Le détail qui nous a motivé à prendre wihome c'est les clims car on voulait bien dormir les nuits pour être en forme les journées. A chaque fois que nous avions une question la dame était toujours là (désolé j'ai pas retenu le nom) et pour monter nos courses, valises ou tout autres choses, il y avait Vincent à côté pour nous aider. Merci à tous les deux. je recommande wihome, surtout pour les familles nombreuses comme nous.

Séjour agréable au sein du logement de Falia, bien situé proche du monument de la Renaissance. Toutefois il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude durant notre séjour et l’environnement était bruyant car beaucoup de construction dans la zone. Falia est un hôte très réactif et arrangeant, je recommande son appartement.

Super, immeuble avec cour commune et toit terrasse accessible! Chambre en colocation ou studio avec balcon.L'ambiance dans l'immeuble est super, notamment grâce aux hôtes toujours de bon conseils et à l'écoute. Merci à vous, de cet accueil.

Nice apartment but not much natural light as it's north facing on the ground floor surrounded by low rise apartment blocks. But very convenient location to explore Almadies area for restaurants or Île Ngor, museums and galleries in Ngor. The beach on the island is much better than the ones along the coast. There is also Cop21 bar and restaurant for live music that is not so far away that we walked to. And there is local market and corner several corner shops close by.

Nous avons apprecié notre sejour dans l'appartement qui est spacieux, confortable et tout fonctionne. L'emplacement était un peu différent de l'adresse initialement communiquée et un peu plus en retrait, dans un quartier en construction. Cest tout de même proche et accessible des avenues des almadies donc cela ne nous a pas dérangé et je crois que l'annonce a été actualisée et reflete mieux l'emplacement réel. Alassane était disponible ainsi que le gérant sur place qui était aussi arrangeant . Merci pour cela !

Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour c'est au delà de nos attentes. Appartement impeccable et encore plus joli en vrai que sur les photos . Notre hôte et sa famille nous ont vraiment très bien accueilli toujours au petit soin et disponible pour nous. Nous avons eu vraiment un accueil digne de la teranga Sénégalaise. Un grand merci on reviendra (inchallah Allah) chez vous pour nos prochains voyages.

Très satisfait à mon séjour moi et mon mari on est bien comme si on est chez nous très bonne accueil propre calme plein activité autour je sui très bien à l’aise et mon prochain vacances je réserverai avec plaisirs Merci Albert

We had a great stay at Babacar’s, the apartment is a lot bigger and person. The balcony is beautiful after a long day and offers plenty of privacy. Highly recommended.
