Stephanie’s house was absolutely amazing!!!The house was clean, her attention to detail and all the amenities were greatly appreciated. She had a gift for all of us when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. The house is in a great neighborhood and not far from stores. Stephanie was very helpful, friendly and responded very quickly every time contacted her. I have nothing negative to say. If you are in Sioux City and need an air bnb, Stephanie’s house is the place to be!!!

We were in town for my Grandpa’s funeral and it worked well for our family to be able to stay together.

Great place, great host and comfortable home. We hope to stay here every time we visit Iowa.

Jessica was an exceptional host!! She responded quickly and was helpful when we got snowed in during our trip! I would highly recommend this home as it is very spacious and clean. I will definitely stay here again when I visit the Sioux City area this summer!

I ended up enjoying this stay more than what I expected. I was in town for work and initially had other plans for the few days I was here, until mother nature decided differently. A small snow storm came through and plans changed a bit. I was still able to work remotely from the house. I loved the simplicity of the home. Very organized. Very clean. Quiet/peaceful neighborhood. And Alexa was very accommodating and thorough with instructions. The next time I come to town, this will be the first place I check availability for, as an option to stay.

Monica helped me with cancelling a previous stay when I had Covid, and since she was so helpful, we chose her Airbnb the next time we were coming to town. She was very nice and accommodating, even when I asked if there was a chance for early check in for my wife; she made it happen. I would recommend her house to anyone with a family.

Lynn’s place was everything we hoped for our little weekend getaway. The views were very beautiful. The place had everything you needed for from extra towels, laundry detergent, cooking utensils, coffee - Lynn definitely thought of everything. We also absolutely loved the alien theme. Super fun. We frequent this area so definitely would come back!
