Ashley and Jeremiah’s place was perfect for our needs. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Ashley was very responsive and quick to communicate. They’re very thoughtful hosts. Highly recommend!

Your treehouse was a delightful surprise! We loved what you did with the little space above it all. It was magical, romantic and full of moonlight the night we were there. And the homemade breakfast quiche, muffin and caramel roll were wonderful.

This was the 3rd time we've stayed at The Sanctuary in the past 2 years. It's comfortable and welcoming. The linens are outstanding and offer a great night's sleep. Marcus is an Iowa small town where you feel safe and welcomed. Jeff's Grocery Store although smaller than a Super Walmart has an amazing selection of items to pick from. You'd have to be pretty picky to not find what you need there. The place is very well stocked with kitchen ware and utensils. As I said, we've stay there 3 times and plan to stay many more in the future (if it's available - if you find an open time slot you better grab it!)

kris was such a great host. she was super flexible around schedules and was super kind throughout it all. She was super quick to respond and get back to me and always gave the most helpful answers. The house is super clean and well set up, she has a booklet on the counter with everything in it! Things to do, checking in and out steps, cleaning before leaving, etc. Kris is such a kind host and would 1000000% recommend her place to anyone.

This was such a a well-renovated old home that was the perfect location for a girl's weekend away. Highly recommend staying here!

Our week-long stay was wonderful. The cottage is super comfortable and just like home, and the location is peaceful and beautiful. Kris was very responsive to any questions we had, but we had complete privacy. We would love to stay there again.
