I thoroughly loved my stay here and I'm coming back soon.. Bops and his stay are just perfectly harmonious. He's an incredible person who has built a classy space for anyone to feel comfortable and find peace. The destination is located in a coffee estate and you will also find a village nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked with yummy local home food that will leave you so full you'll need to walk. Bops can also help you understand the local landscape of you have any interest in understanding the nearby sights and views as well as the coffee making process. I will definitely be back.

The serenity of the place is absolute treat. imagine a place where there are no people's and machine's noise, only sound of gushing wind and hundreds of bird chirping. Since there are no mobile network you will digitally detoxed starting here amid of the lush green. Don't forget to visit Devaramane and Etin bhuja and have maps downloaded.

It was a wonderful stay at the Samruddhi Homestay in Devagiri estate. Their coffee plantation is extensive and the campus is beautiful to walk around. They made us feel very welcome in their and their uncle's home which is next door - we stayed there and were fortunate to book at the right time to get the whole house for the 4 friends we were. The food was one of the most delicious ever and the hospitality was top notch. Would highly recommend this place. Just the road leading up to the place is in bad shape and ofcourse since it is in the middle of the nature, there are insects. We sat at the top of the roof on chairs in full moon light and the breeze was cold which made it like a dream.

What a place it is, awesome, amazing are few adjectives. Nestled in midst of coffee plantation with lots of greenery and away from all the city hustle. The 18th century architecture of the property is mesmerising. The day could be started with a small hike in the coffee plantation or sip coffee at sitting area overlooking plantation and could be ended with hot coffee and bone fire. The hospitality of the entire staff was commendable. The local food served in the breakfast and lunch was very tasty. The place is big enough for the kids to play small games like badminton or football. They also allow pets hence you can bring your furry kids with you. Cherry N Bean is a quiet place away from all the madness.. Right in the middle of coffee plantations this ancestral home of Suman and Rashmi offers a great weekend getaway.. They were terrific hosts and especially the home cooked meals were yumm.. Do try their home made wine as well..

Lovely place in a beautiful peaceful area away from the city. There’s a coffee estate which is nice to explore in the morning, even has a water stream and a little waterfall in it. The caretaker is very helpful, made us feel right at home. The food prepared was delicious, both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian. The coffee served with homegrown beans is amazing. The homestay itself has lots of open space to walk and do other activities like Bonfire, play Badminton and for pets to run around. Host is wonderful, she gave us lots of recommendations for sightseeing and has a great knowledge of the family owned coffee estate and the process of growing coffee. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying again.

Sarita is a wonderful host. We had a great experience staying there. The place is very beautiful with coffee estates all around and luscious greens surrounding the house which is soothing and very different from hustle of the city. We felt as if we were in our grandparents house as Sarita and their staff didn't treat us like strangers and were very friendly and homely providing insights about the place.

The stay was serene, away from the hustle bustle; nested in the estate in the lap of nature. We had a great time with lots of things to do around, hiking, campfire etc. Very beautiful in little gardens and natural aesthetics that add to the beauty of the place. Vinod and Ashwin are great hosts and offered local recommendations, and took us around on hikes, safari, and off beat places around. Felt like we should have stayed more, but will definitively stay again longer. Much recommended!

From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by this incredible property. The antique collection is truly breathtaking, and the meticulous attention to detail in the house's construction is evident everywhere. But it's not just the house itself; Mr. Jagadish, the owner, treated us more like family than guests. His warm hospitality, from his humble nature to the delicious and abundant breakfast spreads he prepared each morning, truly made us feel at home. We were also fortunate to visit another of his properties, which was equally stunning. This has been one of the most memorable stays of our lives, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique and unforgettable experience. We can't wait to visit again and see Mr. Jagadish once more.

Just came back from a stay here and it was An extremely beautiful property. The hosts went beyond our expectations. The food is home made and extremely tasty! They took us to an offbeat hill in their own vehicle for the most beautiful underrated sunset point we’ve ever seen. The ride up there was so adventurous. They even set up campfire in the night under a sky full of stars. It was everything perfect. I would suggest anyone to call up the hosts before booking to understand the package better, but dw no hidden charges were there. The place was extremely pet friendly as well! This place is a true, hidden gem. The views were great. This is an estate stay amid a huge coffee estate. From our room, on all sides, we could see only trees as far as possible. The place is very quiet and calm, away from the city. Yet we had access to restaurants, pharmacy, shops at around 10 mins walk. So we get to enjoy both. Also this is a great place to work. We could get good wifi connection uninterrupted. Suitable for vacation as well as workation. Madikeri town is around 14Kms from here. So we could do sightseeing as well as work. The host, Ashwin was very good to us. They arrange food if we inform them a bit ahead. The food and stay overall was very peaceful and enjoyable. On the last day, we had private campfire setup for us amid the woods. I would recommend this place to anyone be it a short relaxing stay or a long work stay.

The drive to this place is adventurous. The host and the caretaker are very prompt in informing the location and the way to reach it from Madikeri. The ascent from Madikeri is not very risky. It will actually be good because of the bitumen road all the way till the property. The highlight of the stay will be Mr. Sunil the caretaker. He speaks english and hindi fluently. He put all efforts to make us feel at home. If you are planning to reach this place from talakaveri then you are in for a slight offroading experience. It was very good. But plan your travel before dawn, else it will be a bit scary. The only couple drawbacks i found were that the room i stayed (no.3) was not very clean. It had some stains on the wall. additionally, the hot water was a problem as well. In the early morning when the weather was very cold, we only received luke warm water which was not sufficiently hot.
