It is a beautiful place located in a peaceful area. The property has beautiful trees and many birds which add to the Beauty of the place. The host is amazing and was very responsive to all our queries. She provided us with Apple saffron jam which is worth trying 🙃

We had a wonderful experience staying at Basharat’s place. The flat (2 BHK) was exactly as described—clean, cozy, equipped with everything. Rooms were stocked with heaters and bed were comfortable with electrical blankets. We didn't feel cold in room. Two bathrooms equipped with water heaters. Kitchen didn't had induction/gas stove, but we didn't needed. There was an electric kettle. Bablu (helper) was polite, always there to make snacks/tea anytime. We had breakfast only everyday which was good. Mr Basharat was an outstanding host. He was friendly, very helpful. He made sure that we had the best experience and memories in Kashmir, also ensured we feel like home there. He and his wife recommend kashmiri foods and shops which we tasted and enjoyed. Location was peaceful. 10 km from airport, 1 km to some restaurants and small shop and park nearby. I'd recommend staying at this place and would definitely return if I’m ever in the area. A very beautiful stay. The caretaker and the host were very caring and made sure they made us feel at home. The property was super clean and hygienic.

Ahmer’s place was just perfect. We were 5 in our group and had a 3 bedroom apartment - all with air-conditioning and heating and attached bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the apartment very warm and cozy. On check in, the young boys who are caretakers welcomed us and helped with the luggage. Our apartment was serviced daily with change of towels and bath mats. We were never left wanting. Mushtaq the manager assisted with taxi bookings and helpful information. Ahmer’s wife Mahek popped by on our last evening and we had a great time chatting. They really are such lovely people and made us right at home. I would recommend this apartment as your choice for a visit to Kashmir. You can’t go wrong!

Prithvi's place is centrally located in Srinagar, giving easy walking access to Jhelum Zero Point bridge. The home is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are squeaky clean. Every morning we enjoyed the breathtaking views of the Zabarwan mountains from all the balconies! Prithvi is a super host who is very responsive. He attended to all our needs quickly. He even offered to arrange a pick up of our dinner the first day as we were reaching late and most of the shops were closed due to Eid. Which host does that. His mother Ritu ma'am, was welcoming and made hot kehwa for us. The day we were leaving she and Prithvi's father specially came to meet us for taking feedback. We experienced Kashmiri hospitality first hand all thanks to their warm and welcoming nature! We will surely vist them again. My advice to all my fellow air bnb members, pls book Prithvi's place without thinking twice when visiting Srinagar. It will make your stay memorable :)

The place was amazing we felt right at home, it has all the necessary amenities and the garden is a big addition. Few things they can improve is on the lights outside which they turnoff after 8/9 it should be well lit. And drinking water if an RO can be arranged thats great

We stayed at Aamir’s place in July 2024 when we visited Kashmir for the first time with our families. Aamir, Muneer and Aadil made the entire experience extremely comfortable. The very day we arrived, we were upgraded without asking for it as they saw that my mum in law can’t walk a lot so we were given the rooms close to the entrance. We arrived quite late (around 10pm) because of flight delays and had no idea where we will find food from at this hour but they made sure that we don’t sleep hungry. They prepared a full meal this late in the night and for all days that we stayed there, even if we needed something at 1am in the night, they were all happy to help. The place is beautiful and very nicely maintained. They have a beautiful garden just behind the rooms where we had breakfast and made some core memories. Aamir also recommended some places to visit and helped make transport arrangements. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. This was home away from home.

Great place to stay with family. Good peaceful location with all the amenities nearby. They have a caretaker who makes great food and the host is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!
