The place is cozy and well-maintained, making it a great option for a stay with friends or family. Though the food options were limited, everything we ordered was delicious, and the staff was respectful and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and equipped with heaters, hot water, and electric bed warmers, which made the stay comfortable. However, there were frequent power cuts that occasionally affected access to hot water. Also, keep in mind that the property is located about 30 minutes outside of Srinagar, not within the city itself.

A beautiful property set amidst apple trees. The house is the same as shown in the pictures shared by the host, Shahnawaz ji, with ample garden area to play in. We found the house and the host to be warm and inviting. Shahnawaz ji was very helpful and guided us through our planning and traveling phase of this holiday. He is a gem of a person and quite helpful. Also helped us get in touch with someone local who helped in guiding us perfectly for the entire 10 days trip to the valley. This property is located around half an hour away from Srinagar city and they have only a couple of eateries around but not pure veg which is found only in main city. The kitchen , at the property,is stocked with basic cooking utensils and Shahnawaz ji has kept few spices and other essentials to help the guests in case they wish to cook their own meals. There is a RO unit fitted in the kitchen to get clean drinking water too.

We were a party of 12 returning from a trek and Khalid's place was the best choice for all of us. We felt right at home throughout the stay. Khalid had called me right after booking the property and informed about dinner and breakfast availability. I am glad he called because after an exhausting week, we were treated with great food and beautiful property. Our friends have bookmarked this property to share with their friends. I am grateful to Khalid's staff to have made us feel at home.

Staying here was such a heartwarming experience. Rahil’s family is incredibly sweet and welcoming. They never made us feel like paying guests, but rather like part of the family. From the moment we arrived, their kindness and hospitality stood out. It’s rare to find such genuine people who go out of their way to make you feel at home. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tahaam’s apartment in Srinagar with my family—my mom, my wife, and our three kids. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and care by Tahaam. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Whether it was assisting with local sightseeing, suggesting hidden gems, or sharing stories, his genuine care made our stay memorable. The apartment was impeccably clean, with hotel-like attention to detail. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was spacious and spotless, making it easy for us to prepare meals when we wanted. One of the highlights of our stay was the huge, beautiful garden. The kids absolutely loved playing there, and we all enjoyed picking fresh figs and plums. The garden was full of amazing flowers, adding to the serene atmosphere. The sunvilla is a great property to stay if you are in a group of around 10 members, 4 bedrooms with dining and hamam area with wonderful garden outside is a lovely experience, just 1 thing is missing there that is paid kitchen which i felt little disappointing as every BNB includes it but they clearly mentioned about that so not their mistake. Overall everything was great there and Mr. Faisal is friendly supportive man taking care of the guests very well.

We had a great stay at shalimar heights! Wamiq, our host was always there for us- at any hour of the day. He was very prompt, kind and caring! The bnb is also such a lively place to be at in srinagar. Located in close proximity to all the main locations of the city and yet far away from all the hustle of the city. It provides a great view and is always squeaky clean. Though not a lot of great restaurants available at walking distance- yet lots of options to order from swiggy/zomato which was very easy. And again, wamiq was a great host helping us out with all our needs!
