We had an amazing stay at this neat and tidy cottage — it was the perfect mix of convenience and peace. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, yet still wonderfully quiet at night. The real highlight, though, was the incredible care we received from Arlene. She went above and beyond to make our stay special — helping us get drinking water, organizing a scooter at a great price, arranging day trips, and even getting our sunglasses and sandals fixed for next to nothing. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made us feel extra special. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We only stayed there for one night because we mainly chose it for its location being really close to the port where you can get on the ferry to Bohol. To be honest we were a bit sad that we couldn’t stay longer, the appartement was really big, nice and clean with an outside kitchen, perfect for preparing a nice meal. Also, the owners were super friendly and made us feel very welcome, totally recommend and would always come back!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Hosts were really accommodating letting us check in early. Cirila was really helpful during our stay and made sure everything was ok for us. She provided plenty of recommendations. Scooter rental was available which is really handy.

very friendly staff, they took very good care of my family. It is very roomy so if you have A big family this place wouldn't be A problem to accommodate. the location is perfect not too far from the beaches & night Life scene just take A trike bike if don't have A car for like 40 pesos.

We loved staying at Flordelita’s place. If we go back to Moalboal soon, I will definitely book and stay at this place again. Private and very serene, walkable from the center of Panagsama Moalboal and near to everything. Exceptional communication as well with the Host, kudos!

Lala is such a wonderful host. She’s very responsive and accommodating. The place is also a very good place to stay, most especially for big groups. Tho the beaches near are not white/sand, they’re very accessible as you can all find them just along the highways.

the villa was actually even better than on the photos, very beautiful and spacious. great swimming pool and garden. there is staff on site if you need any help.

Best beach front accommodation. The beach is literally a few steps from the gate. It is also close to the turtle and sardine run (5 min drive). The house is perfect and has all the things you need. Rooms are quite big as well. We enjoyed grilling our food using their griller and they have all things you need. Ate Lisa the caretaker is a gem. The hosts are very responsive to my queries and very helpful. Overall a 10/10.

Have a nice yard. The location is not too central, and the road at the door is not very good. One of the toilets is outdoor and inconvenient (privacy)，The rest can only be said to be perfect! The price is right at the same time! Of course, the only drawback may be that the landlord's reply is relatively slow! Make preparation time in advance. I don't think this is a problem!

I kinda don’t wanna write this review.. because Luca’s place was so good, I want to keep it a secret! If it gets too popular and harder to book, I’ll be seriously bummed. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Panagsama Beach and all the main road restaurants. Both the upstairs and downstairs rooms were super comfy, and the bedding was really cozy. The aircon worked great. The water pressure was a bit low, but that seems to be normal for the area and it didn’t really bother us. The townhouse is part of a small complex with similar houses, and there’s a shared pool in the middle. Our little son was in heaven swimming there every day. Our friends stayed right next door in another unit, but even though it’s the same complex, the hosts and setup were totally different. One of our favorite parts of the trip was watching our kid swim with sea turtles and sardines every morning. That memory alone makes us want to come back-and when we do, I really hope Luca’s place is still available.

Excellente communication avec Thérèse. Lieu très tranquille et très bien équipé. Mona l’hôte est vraiment charmante, elle vous rend service sans hésitez et que dire des 4 chiens trop mignons qui vous accueillent, mon préféré était Tity la petite chihuahua qui n’arrêtait pas de mordre le golden !
