Very comfortable apartment. There is everything necessary for life. The apartment is spacious and quiet. There are several convenient supermarkets nearby. You can get to the city center by taxi in 15 minutes. The metro station is nearby. Liana helped us a lot with everything. An incredibly accomodating hostess!

Благодарим за отличное проживание, быструю коммуникацию с хозяином, чистоту в квартире. Дома есть все необходимое, нам было комфортно жить. Рядом есть большой торговый центр Далма. Красивый вид из окна на стадион. Сама квартира уютная и стильно обставлена, все вокруг было красиво и удобно. Вернулись бы еще, спасибо!

It was a pleasure staying at Nara’s place, the house is situated in a vibrant location and Nara itself was helpful all the time, we asked for early check in and as this winter was colder that usual she provided us extra heater which was really appreciated!

Интересное жилье, особенно оценят творческие люди. Подробная и заботливая инструкция по заселению! Не пугайтесь, что рядом школа и парикмахерская: шума нет, ночью тихо, зато хороший ориентир, вы не заблудитесь в незнакомом городе, легко объясните такси/курьеру куда ехать, легко найдете дорогу домой после прогулки. Рядом хороший ТЦ Rio (минут 10 пешком). Спешелти кофейня - 5 минут. До важной достопримечательности Еревана (Каскад) неспеша дошли минут за 40.

Super helpful host, cute place.

The place is the same as the pictures and is very clean. Everything that you need is there. Utensils and even cleaning supplies and vacuum and clothing rack in case you need to hang your clothes. Vahan is also very understanding since our flight was very early and was supposed to request early check in but then our tour guide suggested to just use the time and start the tour so we ended up checking in around 7pm and they are still very accommodating. Overall, the stay in their Airbnb was good and have reached my expectations. The only downside was there's no bidet in the toilet so If you want to book the apartment, I suggest for you to bring portable bidet. Anyhow, I still highly recommend this place. Its cheap yet anything you need is there. It is also few blocks away from SAS Supermarket and Pharmacy. There's also a small supermarket on both sides of the street from the hotel in case you need to buy anything without walking a little bit far.

Нуне и Артак гостеприимные хозяева. Квартира на цокольном этаже. Чистая, свежий ремонт. Есть горячая вода. В квартире есть кухня, возможно приготовить еду. На кухне кофе, чай, сахар. Хозяин может отвезти в магазин, чтобы купить продукты. Нас угостили свежими фруктами. В квартире есть стабильный интернет. Квартира рядом с аэропортом, хозяин встречает в аэропорту и отвозит обратно бесплатно. Хозяин всегда отвечает на вопросы по заселению, встрече. Мы остались очень довольны.

Our stay was excellent — we felt like we were at home with family. Everything is brand new and fresh, and the owners are so warm and hospitable that we didn’t want to leave. It was truly a great stay, one of the best we’ve had in Armenia. The house has a beautiful terrace with an amazing view of the mountains and the city — a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The area is peaceful and quiet, but just a 10–15 minute walk brings you to a large supermarket (Yerevan City) and a very affordable restaurant (Vega) — our personal favorite, though there are other good options nearby as well. It's also worth mentioning that there was one day when the area had no water due to an incident, but the owners provided us with stored water and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

Отличное жилье и очень отзывчивая и предупредительная хозяйка! Нам с мужем повезло забронировать это жилье в последние минуты перед прилётом и мы остались очень довольны! Тихо, есть все необходимое как внутри апартамента , так и во дворе( зона отдыха, барбекю, вход во двор по коду ). Рядом великое множество магазинов , где можно купить еду ( что важно, по карте , если у вас нет налички). От аэропорта 10-15 мин , в зависимости от загруженности дорог. Ева , хозяйка, очень дружелюбная и видно, что она любит и знает свое дело! Рекомендую однозначно!
