There are plenty of restaurants and eateries just downstairs of the apartment. There is a supermarket and Guardian for any essentials. The apartment is very clean and new. The kitchen had all the essentials. The water filter machine was convenient.

The place looked exactly as advertised and clean. There was power outage on the unit the day of check in and we messaged Wong on the app and it was resolved within 5/10 minutes.

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and well organized. We would definitely stay here again.

The name speaks for itself. Jessie's unit is cozy and clean to accommodate 6 of us. The kitchen is well equipped, and the unit has smart TV with a working Netflix account. Thank you for accommodating us.

Great view, strategic location, worth the money.

Mr Wong’s place is beyond our expectations. The check in had a little glitch (I couldn’t find Tower A) but he gave a thorough check in procedure inclusive of video and pictures. Finally found it right next to Bar B Q. The unit itself as easy to find, they had lots of nice plants at the corner of the entrance. It is big, well equipped with everything needed. They even provided bolster. The assortment of shampoo and body soap was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was well equipped with quality cookware, plates and cutleries. We were even able to cook our own Christmas meal there. The Aircon was working perfectly as well. We had a great time with family there.

Yock Wai’s space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Host is incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Host did read our reviews and a washing machine is provided. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you Yock Wai

Great host, communication was easy and responsive. Unit is clean and all amenities are working fine. The dedicated parking slot is also very helpful as the area public parking gets very packed at night.

Great place to stay while in Sibu. Big family or group recommended. The unit have everything that we need inside and outside. Check in process very simple and easy to follow. Very responsive host. Big thumbs up. Lots of free carpark in front of the lobby and inside the building. Got Doremart and plenty of Halal eatery for your need nearby. Definitely will come back again in the future. Nice place to stay for up to 4 pax (2 in bedroom + 1 sofa bed + 1 mattress). Since this is my 2nd time staying at Hanns Residence, going through check in, finding parking, swimming pool and other ammenities was easy. Kitchen, fridge and washing machine is available. The host is friendly and easy to deal with 👍
