Tim and Teresea are the host and hostess with the mostest! We had 9 people at their lake house for the weekend and everyone was overwhelmed by how awesome it was. We would have given a 10-star rating on a scale of 1 to 5, if that were possible. Everyone agreed on our second day there to make this our annual reunion location. We have never had AirBnB hosts that were so proactive, attentive and accommodating. Kudos all around!

This home is beautiful! Great game room, tons of extra games in cabinets for kids and adults, more than plenty of space for the 14 of us, very clean, great amenities. Would definitely stay here again! Hosts communicated very well and quick to respond when asked any questions. Highly recommend!

Very nice place would definitely stay again

I loved this place so much. It was super clean and lovely. Everything had a place. The surroundings were beautiful and there is a lot of wildlife to watch. It was so peaceful and serene. My favorites were the giant bathtub and the fire table on the top deck. It's also very close to a wonderful winery and not far from Cookeville for great restaurants. I would love to come back for a longer stay to explore state parks and the surrounding area. Thanks Eric and Saronda!

My first time getting an airbnb and I say it was a success! I tend to be the cautious type of person so the idea of an airbnb was something I was effy about but since my family was there I was a bit more open! Jordan’s place was a pretty good match for me and my family since we had a few people that would be staying in! They had multiple bedding options and a comfy living room! If you needed anything (rags/towels extra covers, few kitchen supplies) it was there! Since it was extremely cold outside we couldn’t enjoy the outside but that’s okay! I honestly wouldn’t mind staying there again!

Hot tub is very nice nice coffee shop 1 min away that had great coffee but also had excellent steaks! Only about 5 min from safe harbor Jamestown marina.

Really wonderful experience. The house was incredibly comfortable and in a very beautiful neighborhood. The property itself was big, lots of trees, private, all fenced in - trails right outside for exploring. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our favorite amenity was the hottub on the back porch. We used it multiple times a day and sat out gazing at stars in it at night. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I loved our stay at the Lazy River Retreat! Such a beautiful peaceful location near the water, we watched nature every morning from the 4 seasons porch area. We were exploring the area for our next home and we felt so comfortable and welcome in the space. Victoria and Bill were very responsive and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. They had the pack and play set up in our room for our baby and Bill changed out the water filter for us without hesitation. Fantastic hosts and we would stay again, no question!

We had a great time staying at “A Frame of Mind” to ring in the new year with very good friends. Everyone loved the place, very clean, nice surroundings, comfortable beds etc. Jeremy and co hosts were super responsive and kind. This is definitely on the list for a return visit!

We had a fantastic time at Chrissy’s cabin! It was a cozy home base for our adventures to the nearby national parks. The garage games, though worn, are tons of fun! The fireplace was so cozy and the bed was comfortable. The hot tub was great for after hiking but does take awhile to warm up. Loved the lighting on the porch and spending time there reading! Overall, it was a truly fabulous stay. We had everything we needed to make food for Thanksgiving too! Thanks Chrissy! We hope to be back!

Excellent stay. Great communication with clear directions. The cabin is in excellent condition and definitely worth the price. Will definitely keep Sarah in mind next time in the area

Had an amazing time with the family. Was a good start to the new year relaxing and enjoying the scenery and walking along the river. Highly recommend no wake zone and would definitely return.

Had a wonderful stay.. the only thing that was a little disappointing was the “country store” being closed for the season.. we weren’t aware of this before our stay. Other than that.. it was a nice little staycation. Thanks Christine & Steph!

Really cute cabin with a lovely porch and fire pit area. Space was a little small, but it was perfect for a weekend getaway for two of us and the dog.
