The homestay was an amazing experience, host mom and dad both were too welcoming and all the arrangements made in the house made us feel like home. The place was so mesmerizing that we wanted to extend our stay as place is too peaceful and scenerie. Host brother Abhishek helped us in paragliding in Bir and guided us to all the best place to explore nearby. Thanks for such a nice time Abhinav and Abhishek

We loved our stay in Karuna retreat for 5 days. The place has warm and cozy vibes. The kids loved the media room in the attic. It was a different experience for them. Since we were traveling by our own vehicle, we enjoyed the best of both worlds, the calm and peaceful neighbourhood of Rakkad and the hustle and bustle of Mcleod ganj. Traveling to the Main Square of Mcleodganj took 30 mins. Karuna Retreat is very close to Norbulingka Institute which was a great place to sit and just enjoy some peaceful moments. Star and constellations gazing was our favourite thing to do on the terrace of our beautiful homestay. There were nice home run cafes nearby. A grocery shop was just round the corner. We loved the location. Our host Tenzin was an easy and proactive person to talk to, though we never needed anything as everything was just fine. We loved the collection of books there too. We really hope to come back soon and stay for a longer period of time.

Nice place surrounded by nature. Away from cities hectic life. Care taker is a nice guy and very helpfull.

This has to be one of the best stays that I had. I stayed here for 4 weeks. The hosts are amazing and it never feels like staying at Homestay. It’s like staying with family. The house while away from the hustle -bustle of commercial area is still close to ATM, grocery stores and some good village restaurants. The house is tastefully designed and has all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. There is lots of open space and the view from the porch is mesmerizing. The kitchen, though on ground floor has all the necessary utensils to help you make your own food. You can also eat at some good village food joints as well as order food from dharamsala. Availability of water is never a problem. Power supply is almost uninterrupted. The house owners are very friendly and affectionate. Every ready and willing to help you should you have any difficulty or need any support. I can, without hesitation recommend this place for families to stay and have a great time.

Beautifully built large apartment. Very private, with fantastic views of the mountains from the roof terrace. Rita was incredibly helpful & kind. We had breakfast & an evening meal at the apartment, all superb quality. Huge, spotless bathroom & plenty of kitchen equipment if you wanted a snack. The bed is huge & comfortable. The terrace is great looking over the plant nursery with so many birds to see. The apartment is an easy walk to the cricket ground, although slopes involved as in all of Dharamshala. We will definitely return next time we visit Dharamshala.

We are more than happy with overall experience we had here. Host is very helpful and guided us for multiple things. Taking back home some really good memories. Lastly, Thanks to Sushma ji for everything she did for my kids during our stay.

Kunal's Wildflower felt like home from day one. located in a peaceful corner of Upper Bhagsu, it was conveniently close to essential shops. The spacious and thoughtfully designed apartment featured a cozy wood stove for heating, adding to the charm. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and perfect for a long stay. Kunal was always available to help ensuring a smooth stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with easy access to triund and mcleodganj.

We stayed at Sandeep's place for 3 nights. Since the beginning, communication was clear and an exact location was given to us. The balcony view from this place for sunrises and sunsets is absolutely beautiful. The place is hardly 2kms from Mcleodganj. There are small tea shops that offer maggi, eggs and momos among other things on the main road which is a small walk from the bnb. There are places for breakfast and even ration shops in case you decide to cook as this bnb has rooms with kitchens as well. We faced a bit of issue in terms of utensils but that was it. Sandeep was kind enough to connect us to people who helped us with Triund Trek last minute. We were only able to get permission for the trek because of his help as we didn't know about the ever changing rules and regulations. Would definitely recommend this bnb. It's scenic and central to all the spots as well as economic.

I am very happy with the positive experience with Rahul and the booking. Right after selecting the place we were in touch with Rahul who was very supportive and accommodating. The house was neat and clean with all the amenities in place. The Caretaker Sunil ji is very sweet and soft spoken. and also a protip: He's a great cook. Ask him to make a chicken dish and you'll be left licking your fingers. The bathrooms are efficiently clean and a house keeper always comes once a day to clean. Though we had not much use of teh kitchen itwas well appointed and had all the necessary appliances. I don't think we could have found a more peaceful stay in Dalhousie.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The property offers a stunning scenic view of the mountains, making every morning and evening a delight. The fresh air, peaceful surroundings, and well-maintained garden area created the perfect atmosphere to relax. The swimming pool was crystal clear and refreshing, adding to the overall luxury of the stay. We loved spending time in the comfortable sitting area, enjoying the fresh breeze and soaking in the natural beauty. The property also had great facilities like a bonfire and high-speed WiFi, making it a perfect mix of nature and convenience. A special mention to the caretakers, who were extremely sweet, humble, and helpful throughout our stay. They ensured everything was taken care of and made us feel truly at home. The food prepared by the cook was delicious, giving us the taste of authentic, homemade meals. Overall, this was an exceptionally comfortable stay, truly a home away from home. Svetanjali is a beautiful property. We visited with our family for 2 nights and the place is gorgeous - even better than the pics! Spectacular views, tastefully done house and all small amenities taken care of. We went in end of December and were lucky to get snowfall. The staff had geyser and heater on before our arrival, making the arrival so cozy! Throughout the stay the staff was warm and responsive and we had some delicious food (we opted for all meals, at additional cost). Highlight for us was the bonfire and barbecue dinner. We will definitely visit again if in Dalhousie!

Come here to experience the best Vintage stay in Dalhousie. The place is mesmerizing with all the antiques, fireplace, ambience that you will feel that you are in a dream British cottage! Sabina is very helpful, kind and proactive with a personal touch. She was helpful throughout the stay and provided useful recommendations. This review is incomplete without mentioning the all in one superhuman Mr Rakesh! A great cook, soft-spoken, kind hearted super active human taking care of us in the cottage was so helpful and sweet. He prepared delicious meals and carefully took care of us in the harsh cold during our visit. It was very helpful of the team to bring our luggage to and fro our Cab. This was a very thoughtful arrangement by Sabina! Overall an excellent place to stay and enjoy! Thanks for everything!

Our stay at The Great Himalayan Mansion was awesome. It was a very clean and comfortable experience.
