Great apartment near every store known to man, and an easy 20 minute drive into downtown Des Moines. The terrace and fire table were great as well. Cayden was very friendly and responsive. Definitely would stay here again!

Great place. Perfect for what we we were looking for. Lisa was in contact with us even thought she was on her own vacation. There was a small bar with some liquor that we could drink. Also a pantry with snacks. I would be surprised if we didn't try and stay here again!

Very clean and the furniture was simple but comfortable. The area was quiet and I felt very safe. I often travel with my kids and visit family in the area and I will stay here again! The beds were firm but so comfortable.

The condo was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Large refrigerator and washer/dryer made it feel like home!!

It was extremely close to the place that we needed to get to so that was a definite plus. Our GPS was not very helpful in finding this place at night, and it was a bit of a haul to get the stuff upstairs. There isn't an elevator, but it is right around the corner after 1 flight. It's by a school so allow for extra time o. the morning. We had a need for a few items, and she brought them pretty quickly. Little toiletries are there to use. It's also a pretty easy check out. If we have to come back, we'll definitely look it up.

This was my first time using Airbnb. And Midwest hospitality did not disappoint. I had a lot of questions and he answered every single one of them politely and quickly . I was there for a quick stay over the Thanksgiving day weekend and it was so easy to get in and out, and the apartment is exactly as described. I definitely will look to return!!

This airbnb experience was great! Immediately after walking in I noticed it smelled fresh and clean. There was a hand written note from the host and he had left me and my boyfriend champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge as a little surprise for our mini get away weekend, as we are a long distance couple & we just happened to have celebrated our 4 month anniversary so it was perfect timing. Great linens on beds, loved the kitchen, the cute sayings on the coffee cups, the view from the balcony! It was a very comfortable place to stay and the host was so nice and highly responsive in messages. 5 stars! We would stay here again. Thanks so much Jake!

Very nice home, spacious, was everything we thought it would be from the listing! Beds were super comfortable! I was kind of dreading going back to my own bed tbh :) Quiet neighborhood, very roomy, and kitchen was very nice. We would definitely love staying here again when we are in town!

We are so happy we were able to be hosted by Ashlee for a wedding in town! The home is absolutely beautiful - truly a treasure with so much original character and charm from the home’s early life with modern comforts to keep you feeling right at home. Ashlee is also a super responsive and helpful host!!

Cassi's home was FANTASTIC! There was plenty of space of 6 other adults and myself. Having 3 1/2 bathrooms was super convenient for all our guests and there was plenty of space to lounge if you plan to be in the home a lot. Great communication. Great location. 5-star experience and would definitely recommend to people! We stayed in so many airbnb's and this one is one of my favs!
