This rustic retreat provides a private 1,200 sq foot dock with 2 kayaks, 2 hydrobikes (rides like a bicycle but floats), a full size canoe, optional pontoon boat rental, and a metal firepit for sunset S'more sessions.

Cottage is complete with 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin Sofa Bed, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace, deck w/outdoor dining table, gas grill, outdoor fire pit, and 8-person hot tub. Resort amenities include 2 outdoor pools, indoor heated pool, rec center w/gym, arcade, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, billiards, mini golf, etc. Enjoy tubing, kayaking, fishing and swimming on the river!

Enjoy your stay in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage that lies only a “stone’s throw” from the lake! From the large, shaded front porch to the back, screened in porch there are so many opportunities to relax and enjoy peaceful living both in and outdoors. King sized bed in the Master, two twins in the second bedroom, a sectional sofa and blow up mattress available. Easy and beautiful 20 min drive to downtown Chattanooga and 10 min walk to Pine Harbor Marina + Steve’s Landing lake side food.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

Huckleberry's Cottage, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths located in a secluded gated setting overlooking our pond. Our cottage guests enjoy sitting on the porch overlooking the beautiful pond, taking a leisurely 1/2 mile walk around our pond or sit on the dock fishing, or just listening to the fountain sounds like a waterfall. We invite you to join us at the pond for some bass and bream fishing, please bring fishing gear and enjoy catch and release fishing at your leisure. Angela and James Superhost

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, yet close to town center...only 2 1/2 miles. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our screened in back porch overlooking the pond. Go fishing in the private pond and take out our kayaks. We also have a 4 person inflatable dinghy you may use along with 3 fishing poles and life vests. There are 2 lightweight kayaks for pond use only. We just purchased a 4 man paddle boat. Life jackets are required when on or in the water.
