Our family of 8 had the most incredible time staying at Upul's beautiful beach house in Negombo. The property is stunning, located just a few meters away from the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. It’s hard to believe such a gem is so unbelievably affordable! The house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a family getaway. A special mention to the caretaker—she is one of the sweetest and most hospitable people we've ever met. The meals she prepared were absolutely delicious and added so much warmth to our experience. Upul, the host, was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations and left us with cherished memories. A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing stay at Heritage Villa near Airport in Negombo! From the moment we arrived, Chandrika, our host, was incredibly supportive and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The property was in excellent condition, exactly as described in the photos. The beautiful and spacious garden was a highlight, perfect for an evening walk and relaxation. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The beds were extremely cozy, allowing for perfect sleep, and the washrooms were spotlessly clean. This villa is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, and we would especially recommend it for long-term stays. Maybe the best AirBnB property I’ve used? Lovely and spacious home with dreamy outdoor lighting when the sun goes down. So much natural light by day! It was perfect for our meetings and our host + property manager were so gracious. We found out we could purchase meals during our stay and it was certainly the right decision. The food was amazing, delivered on time and servings were generous. Highly recommend!

This house is really confortable and beautiful. The kitchen was fully eqipped. We got filtered clean water, and towels, everything. The rooms are nice and perfect. And I would like to gratefully thank the lady who welcomed us for her endless kindness and hospitality. She did everything to make us feel as good as possible. On the last morning, she even made delicious Srí Lanka pancakes for us, thank you very much for treating us with such care. 🙏 <3

We had a great time at the villa. It is very close to the airport and was a great place to settle in to our Sri Lanka trip. The caretakers are super helpful and the food they prepared (to order) was wonderful! The pool is well maintained as well. Highly recommend!
