Gayan é gentilissima, sorridente e sempre disponibile inoltre è una grande cuoca , le sue colazioni sono davvero ottime. L’alloggio era incredibilmente pulito e dotato di uno splendido giardino per godersi la natura . Siamo stati davvero soddisfatti di aver passato 2 notti da lei. Nb : Chiedete la posizione esatta perché a volte il navigatore puó portarvi in direzioni errate

Super séjour, je recommande ce logement. Calme mais pas très loin de la ville su jamais une envie de sortir vous prend. Notre hôte nous a fait de très bonne suggestion, nous avons passé de très bons moments. Merci

Super logement ! J’avais ma voiture donc à 20 min de lion rock! J’ai également fait le safari, j’ai vu pleins d’éléphants / crocodile / singes / oiseaux ! Vers 4m du matin un éléphant est venu dans le jardin de la maison, et ça c’était mémorable ! La petite famille est super mignonne, agréable, gentil ! Ils font tout pour que vous passiez le meilleur des séjours. Tout était parfait ! Merci encore !

Theese apartments are really comfortable and beautiful. The special location, the rooms and the bathrooms are nice and perfect. And the pool is amazing. And I would like to gratefully thank to Isanka and his beautiful family too welcomed us for her endless kindness and hospitality. They did everything to make us feel as good as possible. They made us delicious Srí Lankan breakfasts every morning, and a super tasty dinner with Kottu, noodle, rice, curry, papadums, sauce, etc... Mmmmm. :) And the tuktuk! They took us everywhere we asked. Thank you very much for treating us with such a care like this. 🙏 <3

Tharus Nature Villa was amazing. Tharu and her husband were super friendly and helpful with everything. They Even bought a Ball for us to Play in the pool After we asked for one. Also, the rooms were very clean and had modern equipment. We were also allowed to use the kitchen tharu normally uses for her cooking class. Even though the Location is quite off from the City, that‘s not a Problem as Tharu‘s husband drives you to activities you want to do. Thank you for this amazing stay!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Alles was goed verzorgd, het eten was goed en de eigenaren ontzettend vriendelijk. Ze gaven ons veel tips voor de omgeving. De accommodatie is heel mooi gelegen in het groen, weg uit de drukte. We hebben een safari gedaan via de eigenaar. Was allemaal goed geregeld en we hadden een erg goede gids. We hebben zelfs een luipaard gezien!

It's difficult to find words to explain how amazing our experience in Chamila's place was. We haven't been received as guests, we felt more like a part of the family. Chamila is very hospitable, polite and humble and she, together with the whole family, including Snowy and Scooby, made us feel welcomed, we learned a lot about Sri Lanka, we ate amazing food (!) prepared by her mother and Elena even had a chance to try on one of Chamila's beautiful saris. Not to mention that she helped us to arrange all the trips in the area (and there's much to see - Dambulla is exactly in the middle of the "cultural triangle") and that we received parting gifts which will make us remember the visit when we're back home (we would anyway!). I've been staying in hundreds of places over the years and this is definitely on my personal top three list. If you're reading this, stop looking for different accommodation. You've just found what you wanted and you will never forget this place afterwards.

Janaka , his wife and the little boys are a very welcoming family that hosted us beautifully for 2 days. We loved the food that Nisha cooked for us , it was wholesome and gave us a very authentic taste of Sri Lankan cuisine. The rooms are very close to the samba caves. For our trek to sigiriya lion rock - janaka came to drop us in his tuc tuk at 4am in order to climb it with no sun. Janaka arranged for us a safari ride as well as took us around in tuk tuk in reasonable rates. All in all it was a wonderful stay for my husband and I , and we loved how warm and caring janaka and his wife were!!! Highly recommend this place !

We had an amazing time at Lal‘s homestay! The hospitality of Lal and his family is absolutely great! You can have delicious homemade Sri Lankan Dinner -also the Kids loved it!! Mon séjour était parfait. cette famille m'a accueilli comme si j'étais des leurs. Toujours de bons conseils et l'envie de partager. Chamika m'a fait faire le tour du village et nous avons passé un très bon moment. De plus, il m'a été d'une très grande aide pour aller jusqu'à Ella et trouver mon logement. Sa maman m'a proposé de cuisiner avec elle et m'a appris à faire un Dal lentille. chaleureux et accueillant! l'emplacement est parfait car vous êtes à 10min en scooter de Sigiriya et à 30min de Dambulla. les balades en scooter sont sublimes et le logement se situe face à la savane avec une vue incroyable. le logement était propre et soigneusement construit en bois comme un petit chalet tropical! je recommande 100%

Subadra was a perfect host,we booked a homestay and got a home instead. The place was ozzing with love and kindness. She went beyond her way to address our concerns and gave a personal touch to everything she offered. Jagath is one of a kind. He was such a welcoming host and always had a good balance between being helpful and supportive without intruding your own space and plans. If you are interested he can explain a many things about this part of Sri Lanka. He has huge knowledge about history, traditions, food, plants and also current issues. Also the whole estate reflects his interests with a beautiful garden, historic artefacts and an excellent cuisine, we are still missing. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Maulie and her team were wonderful hosts in every way. The location is incredible, waking up to monkeys in the jungle and completely away from any noise and stress. The food is beautifully prepared, healthy and delicious. Maulie has reforested this whole piece of land and her commitment to the environment is inspirational. If you are looking for a special experience away from the crowds, time to reset and experience the real Sri Lanka this is the place to go. Thank you Maulie

Endroit paisible, chambre propre, bon petit déjeuner inclus et avec un léger surplus on peut prendre un autre repas. Près de tout en marchant qq minutes. Je vous recommande cet endroit, bon rapport qualité/ prix. Les hôtes sont vraiment gentils ainsi que le beau chien Labrador Léo🐾 Flexible pour l’arrivée, très apprécié surtout après un long voyage! il pernottamento da Thilina posso dire che sia stato unico. la casa si trova in mezzo alla foresta e si gode di una pace assoluta gli spostamenti sono facili grazie all'host molto disponibile ad organizzare al meglio le vostre giornate e gli spostamenti che desiderate. thilina è fantastico, si è sempre messo a disposizione per permetterci di goderci al massimo la nostra permanenza a sigirya. oltre a questo posso dire che è molto attento agli ospiti, infatti per esempio, ricordandosi che avessimo apprezzato un particolare piatto mangiato in precedenza, a sorpresa ce lo ha fatto cucinare per la colazione successiva. un gesto molto apprezzato. la casa si trova in mezzo alla foresta e quindi, considerando i nostri srandard occidentali, serve un po di spirito avventuroso per godersela al massimo.
