place was as described. when we arrived check in was easy and the view out the window was good as well. would recommend others to stay here!

숙소가 굉장히 정리가 잘 되어 있고 :) 숙소 근처에 밥집과 카페가 많아 좋았습니다! 제일 인상 깊은 건 서랍마다 뭐가 들어있는지 상세히 적어 놓아주셔서 불편함이 없었고 세심함을 느꼈습니다:D 다음 수원 일정에서도 꼭 머물고 싶은 숙소 입니다:D

세심한 배려덕에 정말 잘 쉬고 갑니다. 위치최고구요~ 조용히 잘 쉬고왔습니다!

The accommodation is a small officetel located on the top floor of a 15 story building in the northern part of Suwon overlooking a buzzing street which for me was really relaxing. Also in the afternoon the sun beautifully shines through the window directly on the bed. It is just a 15min walk away from Ajou University where I needed to go. The place has all the amenities needed for a short- or even long-term stay. I was alone and had plenty of space. It will also be big enough for two persons but could get crammed at times. The building was a bit hard to find but that was probably on me for not being familiar with Korean addresses. I recommend inputting the original address in Hangul into Naver Maps.

청결이 너무 좋아서 다음에도 여기를 이용하려구요~!!

The building is located in nice and safe area of Daejeon. Building itself is safe and secure with entrance passcode and number lock on the premise. House is big in size and clean. Well equipped too. Only odd thing was that the initial instruction was not to use 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom when it was advertised as 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. I could've ask why but chose not to since I wasn't intending to use them anyway. However, if 2 travellers needing 2 bedrooms you may want to confirm if it's okay to use 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Overall I loved staying here and I may choose to use this house for my next visit. Thank you.

사진에서 보이는것 보다 가전 및 가재도구가 많고 깨끗합니다. 지하2층까지 주차장이 있어 주차도 편리하고 주변 공원 산책도 가능합니다. 부모님 모시고 내 집처럼 편안하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다.

Hey all 👋 I absolutely recommend you to book this apartment or any other apartment provided by this host Danny. I had a chance to stay in that beautiful apartment for a little more than a month. Everything is the best: the accommodation has all essential stuff for living. The neighborhood is very lovely. There are like 3 or more convenient stores around the apartment and very good supermarket in 10 minutes by walk. Also, there are all needed amenities like gym, drugstores, cafes and all. The place is very calm and quite. Also, Danny put helpful stickers both in English and Korean explaining everything. I also have to mention the kitchen - it had everything even air frier and it is very convenient and I miss it. Danny is amazing host and it was pleasure to communicate. He was very very helpful and helped me to find what I needed all of the time. He responds almost immediately. Also he provided some recommendations. Since I am not local he helped me a lot and explained everything.

천안에 올때마다 이용하는데 사장님도 너무 좋으시고 무엇보다 객실이 너무 마음에 들어요 올때마다 좋은 추억 만들고 가는거같아요 감사합니다 !

회사 출퇴근 때문에 잠시 숙박하였는데 만족하였습니다. 주차 공간도 확보해 주시고 많이 신경 써 주셔서 감사합니다. 조용하고 편한 분위기에 퇴근 후 숙소에서 잘 쉬었습니다.

저의 첫 에어비앤비 숙소였습니다! 가족집에 온것처럼 편안했어요 아이가 정말 꿀잠을 잤다고 합니다 이렇게 신축 건물일줄 생각도 못했는데 넘 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 기회가 되면 다시 또 방문하고 싶습니다^^

사진처럼 아늑하고 따듯한 분위기가 정말 좋은 숙소였습니다. 옥탑 야외 공간과 내부까지 이어져서 생각보다 넓은 느낌에 답답한 부분은 없었습니다. 호스트님께서 친절하게 하나한 설명해주셔서 참 편하게 쉬다갑니다!
