Very nice place. Decent size if you are traveling alone and extremely safe if traveling alone. I traveled alone for work and small vacation. Staff was very helpful in the lobby.

Sehr, sehr schöne und großzügige Unterkunft, immer noch neuwertig und wie beschrieben. Pool und Fitnessraum im Clubhaus sind sehr zu empfehlen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Fahrzeit zu den Stränden (obwohl nur 10 Meilen entfernt) dauert allerdings in der Regel über 30 Minuten, da sehr viele Ampeln dazwischen liegen und der Berufsverkehr sehr stark ist. Sicherlich eine Unterkunft, die wir in der Zukunft wieder wählen würden.

Would highly recommend this stay, the food trucks around the corner are great and this is a central spot for downtown Miami, beach purposes, the airport and headed north as well. The house was very sound proof also, I would definitely stay here again.

This place was beautiful! The pool area was amazing and very private. Marco and his co hosts were very responsive and helpful. We needed to use the washer and dryer and he supplied laundry soap for us and also an air mattress for our last night when 2 more guests had to join us as we were leaving for a cruise early the next day. Definitely would recommend this place!

My husband and I flew in to town for the weekend to meet our first grandson that was just born. The place was great! Super clean and perfect for what we needed. (Didn’t spend a ton of time there. Basically slept only). We did have one hiccup with someone that kept banging on our door and kept trying to open it the last night we were there. Apparently there is another unit and it was the guest from there. Either way scared us and made for a sleepless night not knowing that till the next morning when Peter messaged us back. I would just suggest during summer months to request Peter to turn on the a/c unit in the living room before you get in. It was quit warm when we checked in late Friday night and made it hard to sleep in the bedroom since the a/c window unit is only in living room space. It took quite a while to cool the bedroom. Just wanted to let folks know in case they don’t love the heat like we do 🥴 Overall it was a great stay and we’d stay again!

Fantastic place and host! Great area and perfect to with little ones! Pool area is wonderful! And lots of stuff to do around the area. Recommended!

we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

The host was polite and on point.The rental was peaceful the front patio had a relaxing vibe the backyard felt like a mini oasis.The beds and sofa were comfortable.The location is convenient many restaurants near.

This is our second stay here and we absolutely love the area. Anything you could possibly need is within walking distance. The neighborhood is so peaceful and friendly.

The home was exactly as described. Everything was in working order and it was a good location. The house is definitely lived in, and the bathroom could use a fan. But it's a great value, in a safe location. And the backyard is also a nice bonus.

Will always try to come back here when in the area. We were here for 6 weeks for work and the place was amazing as was Nichole. We feel we got so lucky with this accommodation. 10/10. Area is great, walking distance to a bar/restaurant, coffee shop, and Publix. Nichole was beyond responsive and helped us feel at home during our time there. We also had our dog with us and she loved the outdoor space and Nichole's dog became our pups best friend! Thanks for a great stay, Nichole!

Cozy home, really clean, nice deck/porch, in the house there is everything you need, nice location, and very safe.Derek was always online with me, and we would like to go there again.

This stay was everything you could hope for! The space was very clean and well maintained. The hosts were very accommodating and quick in their responses. They provided plenty of amenities tailored to the area that this spot is situated. Smooth and easy from start to finish. They set the standard to what to hope out of your stay! I’ve stated a lot of Airbnb’s, but this one is probably the best! When we arrived, he had a hot pizza from Domino’s waiting for us Ralph didn’t have to, but there was some leftover beers and Diet Coke and waters already cold and in the fridge for us probably from a previous guest or maybe he stuck them themselves. It doesn’t matter. It was awesome. The poor was the perfect temperature The attention to detail and kindness shown from Ralph was the cherry on top We really had a great week here and highly recommend this house

Apt was nice and clean, easy keyless checkin, clear instructions. Nice ocean views from room. Thankfully for tiki bar down below on the beach and calbria restaurant (nice bar) otherwise not much to do in area but go to the beach without a car no or uber.

The best find for a short spring getaway. Easy beach access, lots in walking distance, & clean. Would love to come again or recommend

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby. The owner was incredibly helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
