My family and I love Sarah's place! and she was a great Host! We had everything we needed and more!

Natalie sets the bar for being a super host. Everything we needed for enjoying the beach and outdoors were on the premises. I especially liked having the wheeled beach cart available and the outdoor hot and cold shower. Bicycles as well. Indoors was extremely well furnished as well. Squeaky clean. When I saw this was a property that allowed pets, I said uh-oh. My apprehension was unnecessary, there wasn't a single pet hair and no spots on the uncovered furniture. It didn't have the rough use I expected in a beach cottage. Natalie's tips really made our vacation. The recommended Island Cove Charter was fantastic. We had an amazing day searching for and finding shark teeth fossils. Her restaurant suggestions were great. We had some amazing fresh seafood. Natalie was extremely responsive, whatever questions we had she answered right away. So very helpful and congenial. My only regret was that we had to leave.

I can't say enough good things about our wonderful stay at the treehouse. My husband and I are "in it" with two kids (5 and 3 year old boys) and stressful jobs. Michigan residents, we wanted to get out of the cold for our kindergartener's spring break, but its a little overwhelming planning a trip for this crew. This ended up being the perfect choice! Tyler (host) was super responsive: Like, above and beyond responsive. Before and during our trip it felt like he was a concierge always there to answer questions. And the location was EXACTLY what we were looking for. Safe, secluded, but all amenities close by. The beaches are incredibly gorgeous. There is wildlife everywhere (alligators were frequent visitors from the porch and we also saw grey egrets, turtles, and jumping fish). My (sort of wild) boys had a blast! — both the natural world (beach with pelicans. dolphins, catching crabs) and the kids pool at the club. And we loved the cocktails.Home base was also just wonderful. Thank you

Excellent location to disconnect and spend time close to the beach! The house is really cute and we very much enjoyed our stay.

This home was a perfect space for our family’s (7 adults and two little ones) Christmas vacation. We walked and played on the beach every day and enjoyed sunsets in the evenings. It was easy to spend a day visiting Charleston too.

We were very pleased with this stay! The hosts were friendly and informative, the home was exceptionally clean (one of the cleanest Airbnb locations I’ve stayed in), and the location was beautiful and had easy access to the beach. We’ve unfortunately had some places that were not true to the description or photos, but not the case here at all. The photos were very accurate, and actually, some of the furniture had been upgraded to better or larger pieces since the listing photos were taken. The kitchen has all the essentials and some extra appliances you might want. If you plan to do a lot of cooking though, you’ll likely want to bring a few of your most used items. We had a rainy day or two while we were there and appreciated that there were some games and puzzles provided. We were there for the holidays and were pleasantly surprised to find a small lighted tree. Those kinds of small touches made this such a lovely stay! We would definitely book again if we return to Folly Beach.

We loved this spot! We had 8 girls and there was plenty of room for everyone. Such a cozy little vibe. We loved being so close to the beach and being close to some yummy restaurants. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

We've stayed here a handful of times and definitely plan to be back! Excellent dog friendly property that is walkable to the beach and "just far" enough from center street to be nice and quiet. Absolutely love the outdoor shower! My senior dog loves that the deck out back has just one step to the backyard. He is getting a little too old to walk up and down multiple steps.

Place is beautiful. Has a great view of the driving range and other greens on the golf course. Easily walkable. Owner very attentive and helpful. Had a great stay!

We were a small group of 7 business owners, that came together for a focused retreat, and to enjoy a few days of fun and comeraderie and Can’t say enough good things about our groups experience. Beautiful home, equipped and stocked with everything we needed. Paras and his on-site manager Emily were very responsive to the few questions we had and we would highly recommend this property to anyone with a group seeking a luxurious home in a private, serene setting.

Beautiful house. Well stocked modern kitchen with new appliances. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, coffee etc

Love the location. Nice view of ocean, walking distance to many places to eat, and so close to Charleston. Very happy with the Condo. Would definitely recommend to others.

The surroundings and the environment were gorgeous. There’s nothing like waking up to the ocean view. It was quiet and homey. Very clean. So much to do around the area. There was plenty of space to be comfortable. The beach is big, private and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay in this beautiful townhome! The view is absolutely stunning. We had everything we needed for a terrific visit with family! Comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, WiFi, dvd player and the fabulous balcony chairs. What fun we had! We hope to stay here again!

It was a wonderful and comfortable place to stay in Folly Beach. Close enough to get to Charleston for activities but also relaxing to be near the beach. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for creating a beautiful and welcoming vacation home.

This home was perfect! Loved being beach front and only .5 mi to the restaurants and stores. We enjoyed this beautiful home and property!!

Beautiful condo! Just steps from the pier, restaurants, Bert's market. Furnishings lovely; kitchen fully equipped. Easy checkin and out. Allison very responsive and helpful. Elevator wasn't working when we arrived but repairs were being made.

The location is perfect- just a short walk across the backyard to a beautiful beach. The house accommodated our family reunion (10 people) comfortably. The screen porch overlooking the ocean was a great place for everyone to hang out. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and fun game room on the ground floor.

Very beautiful place. Most beautiful sunrises ever. Only complaint was the communication was not there with the host.

We booked Bob's place a few months earlier than our planned trip. Bob was having some repairs done to his place and was kind enough and proactive enough to contact his nextdoor neighbor, who has an identical home, and we were able to stay next door. Both homes are beautiful and overlook the marsh. Great kitchen and living area with plenty of space. There are two beautiful large porches overlooking the marsh. I would definitely stay with Bob again when we return to Folly Beach.

One of the rare abnb that exceeded expectations. It’s a great beach house that was private, quiet, with lots of outdoor space and an awesome view. We would definitely stay there again.

Trina responded to the need at hand right away and found a solution quickly. She was helpful and understanding. It was very easy to reach her. Great communication! The location is great. Quick access to the beach without the premium price. There is a shower outside to rinse off the sand.
