Danube River : locations de vacances dans des tours

I stayed in the tower at Giovanni’s place. It was a serene getaway. The views were great. The town was wonderful. I rented a car, so I was able to use this as my home base. Would definitely stay here again!

Sari worked with us after original contact person passed away unexpectedly. Jody had asked for a tree to help with Christmas atmosphere. Our 2 apartments had centerpieces that were attractive and emanated the smells of Christmas. Both units had trees. The lower one was outside the plate glass window with lights and red balls. The one in the second apartment was in the living area and really set the mood for Christmas for us all. Jody was so excited about seeing the faces of all of us when we saw the tower. I am sure he would not have been disappointed since each of us explored our units. He would have been so pleased. Thank you for all your efforts to make our stay as pleasant as could be under our circumstances. We did enjoy our time in your place.

Mal ganz abgesehen von der absolut überwältigenden Location und Gebäude waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt absolut zufrieden. Es gibt keinen besseren Ort um zu entspannen und die reale Welt ein wenig zu vergessen. Gutes Netz gab es trotzdem. Das beste war die Sauna die einem die Entspannung noch einfacher macht. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen und diese Location unseren Freunden empfehlen!

We did not do this but wish we did: we were arriving by private car from Monte Carlo. Our driver had never been to Cirque Terre. We should have gotten on the train at the most northern village of CT and got off at Verrazza. From there it is an easy walk to the office to check in. We are older, doing a long trip, so hired a private porter to take our bags up to the tower. We are very glad we did that. It is a bit of a climb up steep stone steps. The tower is lovely with incredible views, and a good size outdoor patio. We lucked out with excellent weather to do lots of hiking (need to be in decent shape), and every restaurant/bar had good food and service. We were very happy with our stay in Muin a Ventu.

De 500 jaar oude watertoren was gweldig. Het is een beleving om hier een keer te verblijven. Alles was netjes en schoon zoals beschreven in de omschrijving.

The host Monica was exceptionally welcoming. Showed us around to ensure we knew everything about the tower. She also had fresh pasta and a cake for our arrival! Gave us instructions on the best way to cook it. The tower is beautiful and has been updated in the most complimentary way. From fellow craftsman to craftsman the design and workmanship of the interior is beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. If you love mid evil times this is your place.

Soggiornare in una casa-torre è stata decisamente un’esperienza molto suggestiva, tutto quello che si vede in foto corrisponde alla realtà, che poi è anche più bella dal vivo! Le scale, indubbiamente, ci sono, ma non è così impegnativo farle. La cucina è completa di ogni cosa possa essere necessaria, ed è davvero tutto molto pulito. L’ambiente circostante è molto tranquillo ed è semplice anche trovare il parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. È molto vicina a diversi punti di interesse, nel nostro caso è stato semplicissimo raggiungere la spa Asmana che si trova a circa 10 minuti di auto. La consigliamo a chi ha voglia di soggiornare in un’ambiente diverso dalla “classica” casa. Noi se dovessimo trovarci in zona torneremo sicuramente. Grazie anche all’host Leonardo per la sua disponibilità, e consigliamo anche di provare il suo ristorante che è stato davvero buono!
