Laurie was nice. Great communication. The place was conveniently located close to VIR. Located on a beautiful piece of property, but we spent so much time at the track that we did not get to utilize any of the amenities.

The place was beautiful and cozy. Everything was easy to find and the host left easily accessible instructions to all the appliances and lighting

Ms. Michelle hosted my team as we were in town for a tournament and we thoroughly enjoyed the large space with the nice bedrooms, spacious living rooms, and the hot tub. We had access to everything we needed, with Ms. Michelle even getting some extra towels for us. A great stay!

A great place to stay with family or friends! Super comfortable, cozy, clean, and peaceful. Lovely location on the lake, beautiful views. This was my first time using Air bnb and it was amazing. Michael was so helpful along the way and always responded to my messages even late at night. We had a delayed check in and Michael was very accommodating and patient with us and always so friendly. We will be staying there again for sure, and I highly recommend this place! Great first way to start using Air bnb :)

This is a big House. It has one European style living room and traditional one. It is great. the House got everything. We have a team and everyone satisfied with this beautiful House. I think we will stay here if we have next year travel schedule. Farida is nice in communication.

Our stay at Emily's place was great! She was extremely responsive to all our questions. The location is very walkable to Duke's East Campus, which was very convenient for us. The place is clean and has everything we needed for a peaceful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this historic Trinity Park home. It was even more beautiful than in the photos, with elegant historic charm and beautiful furnishings and appliances. Emily, our host, was highly responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning (it was the first hot day of the year, so the units hadn't been turned on properly). However, Emily worked hard to resolve the issues, and by the second day we were cool and comfortable (and the problem likely won't happen again now that it's all figured out). The location is amazing- walking distance to brightleaf square and all things downtown durham, and a longer-but doable - walk to 9th Street and its shops. I would 100% definitely stay there again on my next visit to Durham. Was sad to leave. Thank you, Emily!

Very nice cabin . Stayed a few times . Always clean and tidy

this home was exactly as described. we loved the home and the back yard was so cool and our dogs loved the little trails made up in the back.. my wife called it the enchanted forest. best shower I ever had at a rental. if u have dogs and need a clean, great kitchen, lots of room place to stay. this is it. we were so happy. there is so much more good about this. parking was easy, checkin easy, fully stocked, tons of room, great water pressure. we will definitely be back.

An absolutely beautiful home set in the rolling farmlands. Exactly what we were looking for. Close to the awesome town of Floyd.

Jack was a very responsive host and quick to respond to our questions. The lodge was clean and the bedding smelled freshly washed. The great room was a wonderful place to be together as a family for an early Christmas and making memories. Jack is very accommodating and truly a super host.

Great place for market!

We stayed here during our kids track meet. It was wonderful!!! The house was clean, felt homie, and had everything we needed. It had beautiful surroundings, quite private pool and my kids really enjoyed fishing in the pond! Ryan was very friendly. He answered all our questions ahead of time and gave great suggestions during our stay. Checking in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to town!!

Robert was a great host, and the place was perfect. Looking forward to staying there again the next time I'm in town.

House was great, pretty private, great pool. Lots of space for the family and there were snacks out for us which everyone really enjoyed. Had everything we needed for our stay. The only negative about the house was listed no pets. But there clearly were pets that lived there. Being highly allergic to animals with fur that probably would have not chosen that location. I needed to medicate the whole time. Other than that the home was what we needed.

Absolutely, the price is worth it and even more so for the quality of the people who are the hosts. Highly recommended. 200% recommended. The place and the energy are incredible. The hosts are wonderful people; it's worth staying there. Thank you so much, Jenny and Peter. I'll be back!

I don't have much to add to all the rave reviews here except to say, "ditto" and to express gratitude at the very comfortable king size bed with great pillows. Katie's recommendations are great and we walked to many places for coffee and food. The apartment is lovely, easy to access and felt very secure.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Jody's place! It exceeded my expectations in many ways. It was very easy to find and to get inside. I loved that it was a gated community and that I was able to park my car in the back, which made me feel very safe, since I was coming back by myself very late at night after attending my evening events. It was also very peaceful and quiet at night, I was able to sleep like a baby. The apartment complex has a beautiful inner courtyard with a huge variety of colorful and luscious plants, places to sit and hang out, and a pool, which I didn't use because it was too cold, but I liked looking at it, and imagine how nice it will be when it gets warmer. The whole atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming. The apartment itself had everything that I was looking for and more. I felt right at home. I can highly recommend Jody's place for anyone who wants to hang out downtown Durham near the hustle and bustle, while staying in a quiet neighborhood at the same time

Great location, clean space, great stay overall! Only issue we ran into is that there is only a single gate fob, which made coordination for coming and going difficult with two guests who had different agendas and timelines on our stay
