Dianne was great to communicate with. The Condo was immaculately clean. Nice location, easy access to Perdido’s Beautiful Beaches - especially Johnson Beach National Park. Very close to groceries and restaurants. Good Pickleball/Tennis access right across the street. Looking forward to returning next year!

The unit was amazing! Beautiful and spacious and the view can’t be beat. During our stay there was a group of dolphins putting on quite the show out in the bay. That was a highlight of the trip getting to see dolphins while lounging on the balcony! The location is wonderful as well - so many activities right on site and nearby. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Andy was wonderful to work with. There were some maintenance issues that he got on top of and handled. Really appreciate his help especially with a houseful of people at Christmas. Great to work with.

This place was spotlessly clean which is very important to me. The balcony is spacious with a spectacular view. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the gym, there are plenty of amenities in the building and a ton of restaurants close by. The location is perfect. We had more than enough towels, paper products, blankets, linens and kitchen supplies. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful extended family stay for the Christmas holiday. The condo was clean and in a great location to watch the beach or sit, walk play on the beach. We enjoyed our stay in orange beach very much and were able to cook as to not spend lots of time eating out. The weather was a little chilly on the beach but it was still beautiful. Thank you for a great Christmas beach get away.

We loved our stay at sand y sol! The neighborhood was great. The walk to the beach was very manageable even with small kids. There was even a beach wagon to haul stuff to and from the beach. Being able to leave our canopy up all week was a huge plus for our family. We absolutely loved the are and the beach itself was wonderful!

Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. This was my first time ever to Pensacola, unfortunately because of a funeral, but Micah made it feel so comfortable and greeted us when we got there with her sweet fur babies! Her place is absolutely adorable and perfect for all I needed! Her and her husband both go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and makes sure you have all the necessities in case you forget something, which I did! And leave you some treats in a basket for when you need a little snack! And if you’re lucky and you have time, you may can book a massage with her while you’re there! I just loved it and I will definitely be back to visit this summer to enjoy the beach! Thank you Micah!

First and foremost, David is one of the most attentive hosts I’ve stayed with. Always reaching out, and when needed, very responsive. His spot is like being away at a secluded cabin, and you’re still 20 minutes away from the beach. I booked with him because it was pet friendly, and not only was the fenced yard a great selling point, but something he didn’t list was the quiet neighborhood that makes for a good evening walk. Not going to lie, this great review is warranted, but I wish I could keep this little gem to myself.

Highly recommend this cute cottage. My mom, my dog, and I spent the month there. East Hill is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The cottage is close to the dog park, which is by the water and has tennis courts! It’s a short drive from downtown and the Mako Athlete CrossFit gym, where I spent a lot of my time. The shared courthouse was peaceful and very private. Terri and Stuart are very kind hosts. They’re easy to talk to, but also gave us our space. I will be back!

The house was very comfortable and close to our relative's home. Good location for traveling to various spots we wanted to go. For a weekend venture, it was perfect for us snd our pet.

I had a wonderful experience at this delightful place! The check-in process was a breeze. The accommodations were well-stocked and had everything I needed. Plus, the location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The shuttle to the beach/pool was quick and convenient. I loved the golf cart; it added a fun touch to getting around!

Shanna’s place was great! It was close to the DT area that it was only about a 5-10 minute drive anywhere you wanted to go. It was perfect for what we needed

This was the cutest place I have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect. Felt very safe and secure. Beautiful parks within walking distance and a dog park near by. Will definitely be staying again in the near future.

Lee Ann’s place is our new favorite place in Fort Morgan. It’s all you need, and the walk to the beach is perfectly short. The view from the living room and kitchen is great so you can still keep an eye on your stuff if you run in for lunch or a break from the sun. We hope to go back next year.

Great location to Fort Pickins National Park. Very responsive to any questions we had.

It was a very private area and peaceful Pool was clean. Had everything we need in the condo. Was a great place to stay.

This place is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. There were quite a few restaurants and shops well within walking distance. The reserved parking just under the condo was very handy. The upstairs bathroom door wouldn't close but my husband finagled it a bit but it was only a temporary fix. The upstairs bathtub drained extremely slow. Some of the pictures on the listing are a little deceiving, e.g., the kitchen and pool are smaller than they look. This was not an issue for us. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

We rented for our large family, it was a great fit and room for everyone. My kids and grandkids can't wait to come back and asked if we could stay at this house again. walk to the beach was short even with toddlers. Loved that there was beach chairs, umbrella, floaties and tons of sand toys for the kiddos!

Great location- a balance of quiet and privacy with access to downtown Pensacola. Kitchen is fully furnished. Street parking was never a problem, plenty of spaces available. Very seamless experience.

Great place! Big enough for our large group (9) with plenty of room to spread out. Would stay here again! Kitchen had everything you could need to cook thanksgiving dinner, and more. The storage with beach gear provided was amazing. Table fit us all for dinner plus my uncle who we went there to visit. Bedrooms all have balconies! Comfortable and clean. Clear check in and check out instructions. You wont be disappointed. LOCATION PERFECT. Thanks again!

Julie's house is definitely one of the most beautiful in the island. But the added amenities are what make it special: pool, ping pong table, bikes, basketball hoop, board games. It's great for a big family with kids. They're walking distance to the beach (but the sand dunes make it hard, just drive). One thing I didn't expect were the lengthy cleaning instructions that you find once you're there. Which were fine and reasonable (bringing garbage out, washing towels etc). But it would have been nice to have it added to the page description so you know that's what you're getting into before you book. If you have small kids with you, we found a big snake in the backyard, so just be careful. Oh also, bring mosquito spray. They are aggressive at night. I'm glad we chose Julie's home for our family outing. Highly recommend.

Such a great and convient little house to stay in for two people!
