This is a good place to stay for group traveleres. In our case it served the purpose for our groyo when 4 children participated in regional Palarong Bicol. The owner was one text away already to address out needs.

Really nice place and easy to find. Has a great view of Mayon Volcano, and the location is close to Kawa Kawa and Cagsawa Ruins. The host was also very patient in waiting for us since we arrived late because of traffic congestion in the Naga area. The place comes with a kitchen, a large parking space, fully air-conditioned rooms, a large balcony, and a roof deck. Wifi was also good. We had a comfortable stay 🙂

This place is such a gem! It is a perfect mix of smart and cozy—simple yet feels so exquisite. It has that charming provincial vibe but with modern touches that make the stay super comfortable. Toiletries? Check. Cooking utensils? All there! We loved that we could cook, which made staying longer way more affordable and homey. The twin room doesn’t have AC, but Freitz was right—it really wasn’t hot at all. One of our favorite spots was the garden—such a peaceful place to enjoy coffee or breakfast in the morning. Honestly, I can go on and on. Nothing but good words for this place! Big thanks to Freitz for welcoming us into your home. Would absolutely love to come back again! 🙏💯🫶

This place is perfect for large groups. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The air conditioners were working well, and there were plenty of comfort rooms that were fully equipped. Although the property is situated after a short, narrow road, getting in and out was a breeze, and it was conveniently located near the main highway. We wish we could have stayed longer because we were captivated by the house’s warm and inviting atmosphere, which felt like it was meant to be lived in. The caretaker was also very pleasant and readily available whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! Thank you!

Ovil's place is perfect for big groups and large families. Kitchen, living, and parking spaces are huge. Bedrooms are also spacious and the place is really quiet. The location is about 20-25mins drive from the city so it's best that you get your groceries and other essentials before heading to this place - although a sari-sari store is available within the vicinity. Wifi is also reliable and the host is very responsive. Overall, we had a great experience staying in Ovil's place and will definitely recommend it. The accomodation is worth the money you paid for.

I can’t express enough how beautiful this place is. So much character and effort into the details that make this private resort a little slice of paradise. It was way better than expected. The photos don’t do the place justice. A really special place to get away and take in the Philippines. The two outdoor showers are a nice touch!The hosts and grounds caretaker are so kind and helpful. You do need to bring your own food and cook for yourself which I love about it and it’s easy to do with two cooking areas with beautiful views. I hope to come back again and again.

We loved our stay here, the place is so quiet and peaceful. The view is captivating. We were able to relax and enjoy. My kids loved the board games and the pool. The caretaker is accommodating as well, she’s always responsive whenever we need something.

The place was beautiful! It was a quiet respite and very private and that was just what we were looking for as we had a few family events during our stay. The host was extremely accommodating regarding the special requests we’ve had to ask. The resident caretaker - Ms. Felisa and Mr. Barry were awesome! Felisa was an amazing cook! We just had to let her know how we want all the fresh produce, seafood and others local products done and she would turn them into masterful culinary creations. For a nominal fee, nothing was too much for her. I’ve been to almost 90 countries and this was the 2nd time I’ve booked accommodations via Airbnb and this place was something special. Do not expect Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton or Aman amenities or ambiance but the place has everything a family would need to have a memorable stay. Will totally go back and book this place over and over again.

This was our second stay at the "Bunker". I can't say enough positive things about the experience. Things are clearly explained and questions promptly answered. Josephine made herself available for any question or issue that we may have had. Small issues...The location is peaceful and short walking distance to stores snd resto. Thoroughly enjoyablle! Very clean and well equipped. Not as spacious as it looked in the picture but comfortable. We had an issue but it was resolved very well. Third floor walk up. If that’s an issue for you, Ask about other units from same owner.

Booked the place since I have to be at the airport by 5am and left my family at the place. The amenities are complete and well-functioning. My family had a smooth checkout and had no issues before they left. The place was spacious enough for a wheelchair, since we travelled with a PWD and it is a big factor for us to find a place that accommodates our needs.
