We had an amazing stay at this cozy Airbnb overlooking the Currituck Sound! The location near the heart of Duck is hard to beat, with easy access to fantastic shops, restaurants, and local coffee shops. The views over the sound are stunning, and the peaceful setting made it a truly relaxing getaway for this time of year. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we were set for a smooth check-in. 10/10 would recommend!

Marius was very responsive and helpful. While I *thought* I would have preferred something closer to the beach, turns out that the various beach accesses between Salvo and Avon are head and shoulders above the more populated areas. Great mini vacation.

This room is a great location to see the Wright Brothers Monument and go to the beach. It is a cute room for a great value,

Sasha was extremely accommodating and kind. We had a great stay and place looked just like pictures! Super easy check in & out, walk to beach and lots of yummy restaurants nearby! Would definitely recommend Sasha’s spot to a friend. Thanks for a great weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed the place. Yes it is smaller than most vacation spots but you know what you’re getting yourself into when you book it. I can’t remember if it specifically said it didn’t have a closet in the description so I didn’t have anywhere to hang the clothes I brought on hangers, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The outdoor shower was great and the hot tub was fabulous. We used our own grill to cook breakfast and dinner a few nights but there was a gas grill if it was needed and a hot plate, that we didn’t end up using. The on demand water heater came in handy and was a nice luxury touch. The king bed was comfy with multiple pillow options (but we also brought our own). Only complaint is the sink in the bathroom. It was so tiny you really couldn’t do anything with it, you could barely wash your hands in it. Overall it was a great house and a fabulous trip. The host was very attentive and communicative.

Very peaceful place to stay for a winter weekend trip to Manteo. Kitchen was well-equipped, furniture was comfortable, and the beds were great. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome stay! The place was clean and cozy. It was just minutes from a quiet beach. The host was very friendly and responded very quickly. We had no issues during our stay. This was a lovely place and It was our first time staying in The Outer Banks!

Our family stayed over the NYE holiday and had a wonderful time. Everyone from the kids to the dogs to the adults enjoyed themselves. The kids loved the shuffle board table and the easy access to the beach. The elevator made it easy for my parents and for those of us who had tons of stuff to move up and down the stairs. There wasn't much counter space in the kitchen and only a couple of people could work on there at a time but we made it work with the use of the bar and other tables. There were 14 of us so we had to prepare a lot! The house was great for our fur babies as well. There were 5 dogs with us and the gated enclosure downstairs was perfect for them. The entryway deck has a latched gate too and the dogs liked sitting out there. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay there again!

It was a wonderful place for our family to gather. The cottage felt like home and Dee had provided all we needed to make our stay perfect.

Great location, very easy boardwalk over the dunes. Great surfing right out front - close to the pier and all the shops and restaurants. The property was very clean and comfortable. Would rent again!

Property was exactly as advertised. It stood out to us that the home was new and when you enter it still had the new home smell. The house is nicely decorated creating the beach feel and all fixtures and components were in great working order. The space was great for 2 adults and 2 young children. The location at the end of the street on a point allowed for a quiet and peaceful stay. We will be back!

James’ condo was in the perfect location for us! If you are visiting Hatteras for Blackbeard’s Revenge (ultramarathon) this is absolutely the place for you! There’s no better location. The finish line (in 2025) was at The Wreck Tiki Bar, which was practically connected via a boardwalk to the condo. For those of you concerned about the noise, we heard cheers from the finish line only a couple of times—nothing to complain about. Our only hiccup: no internet connectivity to TV’s for streaming. We notified James and I’m confident that issue will be fixed immediately. Would stay here every year while visiting for this event! Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at Salty Sunrise. Boon was an incredible host who was quick to respond with any questions we had. Very cozy condo with an excellent view in a great resort community that hosted several events for everyone to enjoy. We look forward to staying at your home again in the future. 5 stars!

Spotless, comfortable with the best hosts. Kitchen had everything we needed and bathrooms had lots of towels and the property was perfectly located in Rodanthe. I cannot say enough about our stay there and we cannot wait to come back! Extra thank you for finding our sons wallet and calling to let us know even before we knew it was missing.

Cathi is a wonderful host. She is very responsive, friendly and helpful. She gave us tons of recommendations and helped with everything we needed. The condo was lovely, clean and comfortable for our family of 4. It was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect. The walk to the beach was short and we were able to go back and forth to the condo quite easily for forgotten items! Lovely, large pool. The amenities of the property were fantastic. We would gladly return and stay here again,

We loved our Christmas stay at Paul and Scot's. The condo is BEAUTIFUL. Even prettier than the pictures. It was a very peaceful and comfortable stay. Scot was very friendly and communicative. Overall an excellent experience.
