My friends and I came for Spring Break, and even though the weather wasn’t great, we still had a wonderful time. The hot tub and heated pool were wonderful, and Erika and Casey were the best hosts!!! Super understanding and responded very fast.

The house is just as listed. Great location and all the amenities that you need. A little cold for the pool but enjoyed the top floor kitchen and living area. Decks made the mornings a great start. A very peaceful location and would book again without any hesitation.

Great overall place even in the off season. If traveling there at night, it can a little difficult due to how dark it is without much street light. Also, be mindful that there are three flights of stairs. Kitchen and main area is at the top floor. So lots of up and down. To unload, etc. otherwise, the house was fully stocked with all the essentials to live; plenty of cookware, utensils, plates, and drink ware as well as serving trays. Towels were provided, lots of amenities, even a poolside fridge to have your beverages. We held a men’s retreat of 10 people and was able to completely accommodate. Plenty of bathrooms and showers for everyone.

The house looked exactly as described & shown in the pictures! It was absolutely beautiful, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay so much! The host was communicative, nice, & made sure we were settled into the house comfortably. Cannot say enough good things about this Air BnB!!

This home is perfect for an Outer Banks getaway. The home is very clean and exactly as pictured. The easy beach access was huge. The hosts are wonderful, very responsive and flexible. Adverse weather affected our plans and they were extremely understanding and accommodating with our check in. Our whole family enjoyed staying in this house. We would highly recommend and definitely come back.

I would book this place again!! Was very clean and put together and looked just like the pictures. Neighborhood was private and walkable. Beach is less than a 5 minute walk! Highly recommend!!

Lovely new home that's perfect for a small family...well-stocked and comfortable, particularly the beds. Close to stores and beach access. We'll be back. :-)

Had a great week! Awesome little cottage

The whole family had a blast at OBX. The Airbnb is closely located to the beach which was clean, quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed daily walks and sunsets (it was a bit cold and windy). Merely 3 min drive, at Bonnett beach, my son enjoyed daily sand volleyball. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for getting into the place. The beds are comfy and we had great sleep each night. We hope to return to OBX soon.

Beautiful little condo for a long weekend - I was in town for business. This condo community is very quiet in the off season - we hardly saw any other people around. Many stores and shops not open, which we fully expected for the time of year. Good communication from host. The view from the deck and living room is amazing! Thanks for having us!

What a great location! We could walk everywhere we needed to go and we were pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of the rental, the pictures do not do it justice! We would definitely rent this property again in the future.

This condo is beautifully designed (a big reason I chose to rent it), and we felt right at home. The couch is spacious and comfortable to relax on with a good book. The bed is also comfortable. Everything was nice and clean, and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, cleansing wipes, soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. We had one vehicle (with bikes locked onto our bike rack), and it was very convenient to park in the carport. There is an elevator just a few steps away that delivers you right outside the condo door - nice! The stackable washer and dryer in the unit is a plus for a multiple day stay. The view of the boat harbor and the bay was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends. We had a great stay for our trip to the beach. Condo was perfect for our needs, but as clean, and was close to both the beach and a variety of restaurants and shopping options either walking or within a very short drive. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was fantastic. It was very clean and comfortable with beautiful surroundings on the water. It was very quiet and peaceful. The restaurant in the complex was good, and the location is central both to the attractions in Manteo and to day trips around the Outer Banks. I would definitely stay there again!
