Dartford District : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

Lesley is a great host - exactly what Airbnb is all about I think. She is friendly and makes sure you have all you need to have a good stay. It is spotlessly clean with little extras around the place to help you out (tea and biscuits in room for instance). I was only there one night, and had a very busy schedule, but she made everything easy. There are frequent buses to the city centre from just round the corner but given the glorious weather when I was there it was a nice easy walk of about 20 mins into the Centre so I mixed and matched. I would absolutely recommend staying with Lesley if you are in Chelmsford. Thank you Lesley.

Shirley is a lovely and gentle lady. I came to London to settle down and have been staying here for about a month while looking for my next rental. I feel at home with her, especially when we watch TV during dinner time. Haha.

The house was all we needed, the beds were ok, mattress needs an upgrade. Ammenities were really nice and clean. We asked for a fan in the rooms as it was pretty humid, Freddie was more than obliging and when we got Home from a day at the cricket we were greeted by 2 fans for us, very happy. The kitchen and its ammenities were great and all in perfect condition. We were really happy with both Freddie and the property. We will be back.

Lovely stay, me and boyfriend was in the area for Tulleys Farm Shocktober festival, and wanted to make the weekend out of it. We did a hike on Saturday which was beautiful and then ended up in the Fox pub which was so warming and casual, then off to the festival later that evening - all in all a very humble weekend. And staying in this lovely home made it even better!

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

There is a gate to get on the property and we were unable to call Miranda when at the gate due to poor reception. I imagine this was because we are from the US and ATT is our carrier and I suppose England does not have a lot of ATT towers for cellular. We were unable to make phone contact at the gate and drove about 5 or so minutes into town to get good phone coverage and drove back. The house was clean and in a pleasant area. Miranda was most helpful.

Lyn & Gavin were wonderful hosts! Their home was welcoming and beautiful. Both creatives, their space reflects this with great art, decor and personal touches throughout. I stayed in the Garden room, which was set back from the others, which allowed for extra privacy and peacefulness. I slept like a baby. My room was just down the hall from the bathroom, which was well equipped with many amenities and always spotless. Gavin’s sourdough was delicious! I enjoyed it with butter & soft boiled eggs some days and Nutella & bananas on others. The breakfast spread was superb. I’m glad I was able to start my days with a hearty meal before bopping around London. Lyn was so kind to let me borrow her jacket for a chilly day and recommended a spot where I could pick up a quick sweater. All in all — a lovely stay and I’d definitely choose their place again.

The host was very nice, we had a great time! There’s a fried chicken place nearby that’s cheap and good too. Everything is well prepared and is very clean when we checked in. The location is walkable to both the train station and bus station.

This flat was very comfortable for our party of three. The kitchen was well appointed and fully functional. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The location was very convenient to portabello road and it’s many shops and eateries and convenient to bus and tube lines. Check in and out were easy.

Wim was a total pleasure to communicate with and his flat was exactly as described. Wim was proactive with his communication and allowed us to drop off our bags early in the morning to avoid carrying them all day before check in, which was so thoughtful. The flat was comfortable and full of ways to charge our devices, which my teenage boys appreciated. Wim also provided a variety of snacks. The flat was within walking distance of many major attractions and multiple tube stations. It was easy to take the tube from the airport to the flat. The streets are bustling at night but the apartment is quiet. I would for sure stay here again!

Nice flat in a small house in a quiet area, 7min by foot from Clapham Junction (same time by bus). From there you have frequent trains to Victoria or Waterloo station, so good access to public transport. To and from Stansted Airport it was 90min. There are a few restaurants and pubs close by, we very much enjoyed breakfast in the Deli boutique. We didn't meet Fleur in person, but contact was really nice, she answered quickly and made sure we feel well in her flat - which we certainly did!

Fabulous place to stay with everything you could possibly need. We stay here approximately six times a year and we love it. The location is brilliant, five minutes away from family and you are only a short journey to Harlow train station into London. Helen is an amazing host and is always responsive if you have any little queries. Helen is very thoughtful and always puts some breakfast items in the flat too which is a lovely touch. We will continue to visit Helen‘s place, looking forward to our next visit!!

Perfect location. 5 minutes walk to the tube and bus station. 10 minutes to Shopping City, and restaurants. Plenty of space and all equipment and amenities in the flat, and of course a very friendly, and helpful host, who kindly provided some eggs, milk, bread, coffee, and cakes on arrival. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Great place, easy access, clean and comfortable

Our family (2 adults with 3 teenagers) stayed at Jen & Matt’s place for 6 nights in March 2025. It was perfect for us. Lots of space and all the amenities we needed. We were on an early arriving flight and they allowed us early access to the flat, which was a lifesaver for that first day. The flat is in a lovely family-oriented neighbourhood with the beautiful Queen’s Park nearby. It is totally outside of the hustle and bustle of London, but right on the Bakerloo Line which allows super easy access to all the sights. It is also on the Lionness line which takes you directly to Watford Junction where you catch the shuttle to Warner Bros Studios to visit the Harry Potter sets. It couldn’t be better situated in my opinion. Jen & Matt provided milk, eggs, butter, jam, crumpets, tea and coffee to get us started, which was a really nice touch. There is a Tesco Express nearby, so it was easy to buy groceries. I did a load of laundry and everything worked fine. Highly recommend!

L'appartement est très bien situé. Les transports en commun sont prêts. La cuisine offre tout ce qui est nécessaire et tout était très propre. C'était parfait d'avoir une épicerie juste en dessous. Les matelas sont super confortable. Pour notre famille de 4, c'était parfait. Je recommande tout à fait cet appartement

Deborah is extremely warm and hospitable. She tailors fascinating historical stories to your itinerary and shares them with you. She prepares breakfast every morning and her two adorable dogs will enthusiastically greet you when you wake up . Her home is exceptionally beautiful and radiates cozy warmth. Choosing to stay at her place is an absolute must when visiting London – it will undoubtedly make your trip truly unforgettable.

We had a great stay. Lovely place, both the space itself - very cosy and comfortable - and the garden and surrounding area: beautiful, green, and tranquil. Carol and Guy are great hosts, very kind and accomodating, and communicate well. Highly recommended!

Once again we stayed overnight in Arden B&B which is perfectly hosted by Sue. Sue is very kind and does everything to feel you like home. We enjoyed the talks with her very much and we are looking forward to our next stay there. :-) *****

Struttura perfetta per visitare Londra. La camera ed il bagno erano puliti e spaziosi (con armadio grande, televisione, biancheria e asciugacapelli), inoltre il bagno era in camera. La colazione era abbondante e la signora cordiale , scelta ampia (sia dolce che salato) e con alternative per ogni esigenza (latte d’avena, burro vegetale…). La zona è tranquilla e ben servita (alcuni pub e piccoli supermercati), soprattutto molto vicina alla metro (2 minuti a piedi) con cui si arriva in 10 minuti a London Bridge. Unica pecca, se proprio devo trovarla, è la vicinanza di metro e ferrovia, è possibile sentire un pochino di rumore la notte, noi però non abbiamo avuto problemi a dormire!

Patty was a great hostess; we felt very welcome from the moment we stepped through the front door! The accommodation was clean, comfortable with many interesting artefacts in the house and we felt very at home; and we really enjoyed the company of Dave and Madge the dachshunds! The property is very well located for Bookham High Street, some good local shops, cafes and restaurants. Bockett's Farm, Polesden Lacey and Leatherhead were all within 10 minutes' drive which was great - we loved exploring the surrounding area.

Excellent in every way! Our second time here, next time we visit the family, we would continue to stay. Excellent host, excellent room, excellent breakfast. Very friendly with great communication. Thank you once again for the amazing stay and little touches that made it feel like home 😊

Parfait ! Nous avons beaucoup voyagés en airbnb et quand bien même c'est souvent très bien, il est rare que ce soit AUSSI bien, et dans tous les sens. Logement HYPER propre (et je suis maniaque) , accueil VIP par la jolie et douce Valentina qui prend le temps de tout présenter et fait en sorte que l'on se sente SURTOUT à l'aise dès le début. Mot d'ordre "comme chez vous". Le lit, on en parle ? le plus confortable que j'ai pu faire en airbnb. Je dormais presque mieux que chez moi ! L'accès à tout Londres via le métro ou le bus très aisément. Tout à 5 min. English Breakfast délicieux juste en bas du logement. Mais que demander de plus ?! ah si, des hôtes hypers sympas, généreux et humains ? Eh bien c'est chose faite également. Café italien préparé chaque matin par Maurizio, petit déjeuné inclus qui fait du bien pour débuter la journée. Milles merci encore les amis. Je vous souhaite tout le bonheur pour la suite. Soyez heureux. Coeur sur vous.
