Thank you Richard and Sacha for a fantastic stay. We stayed in the Tudor Barn family room which was delightful, really spacious, clean and the amenities provided were an added bonus. Richard and Sacha were both so welcoming and friendly upon arrival and throughout our stay. Really responsive on the app and a pleasure to meet. Hopefully will return one day, thank you again!

Great stay with David & Justine, very welcoming hosts. Great location in the heart of picturesque Duffield with easy walking access to bars, restaurants and amenities. Really appreciated the breakfast provisions which were topped up daily. All in all a lovely weekend visiting family, would happily return in the future.

Had a fantastic stay at Pondon Mill this weekend. We were made to feel so welcome, the breakfast was fantastic. We did establish our dog is scared of cats, but as Barbara suggested we just need to get one of our own to train him. We will definitely be returning. Amazing setting, lovely people. Lorely’s place was the perfect long weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. She and her husband were friendly, flexible, helpful and always so responsive to messages. The home is as beautiful as the photos - such a wonderfully interesting space! Unwinding in front of the fire every evening was on of our favourite things to do. We also fell totally in love with Lulu the cat. She is an outdoor cat and apparently happy to stay away if guests aren’t up for her to be inside, but we simply adored her and loved when she graced us with visits. Cuddly and delightfully chill. Our 4 year old managed the curvy staircase well and thought it was fun to sleep on the pull out. Beds were comfortable and it stayed a good temp all night. Fridge is small and there were limited basic ingredients available so not really set up for a full food shop, but it was fine for a short trip. Shop is only a 5 min drive away and easy enough to grab dinner from every day. Loved our stay - thank you!

Suzanne gave us a very warm welcome to her impeccably clean, spacious airbnb. It has a small kitchen with a microwave which we found useful and is in a good location for visiting Church Stretton and surrounding areas. We would visit again.

Nick & Dipika were great hosts and the accommodation was like a home from home. I loved all the Cottage decorations and the flowers on the table in the kitchen/dining room. In the midst of the current chaos of COVID the attention to cleanliness was greatly appreciated - the hand sanitiser in the lounge and kitchen/diner, masks in the lounge and disinfectant wipes and spray throughput. I felt very safe. I also appreciated the food available for breakfasts as well as fresh milk. A great experience and superb value for money. The next time I am in the area I will definitely return.

Perfect location for all our walks and hikes, beautiful surroundings and soooo much to explore. Andrea was certainly hostess of the mostess,so nice and friendly,felt at ease straight away although have never used Airbnb before! My little boy absolutely loved the whole experience , house,kittens and everything in general,was gutted that on the day we left we weren't coming back "to that nice lady" at night 😆 100% recommend and will be coming back! 💜

We had a great stay here whilst we were hiking In the Peak District. Both Ian & Fiona were super friendly and helped us with the best routes as we had never been here before. The house was stunning, clean & perfect for our stay. We really appreciated all of their help and everything provided. Would really recommend. Thanks Ian & Fiona😊

Steve's property was a great find. It's a perfect location for visiting students at the nearby Universities of Nottingham and Loughborough. The accommodation was well laid out and immaculate. We were welcomed by Steve, who always replied to messages quickly. The breakfast provided was an added bonus. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again when we are next visiting our daughter at university.

She was very kind and always make sure everything is alright. Feels like i am in my home very calm and quiet place without any disturbance. Diana is a lovely host may God bless her abundantly ♥️

We had a lovely one night stay at The Stables whilst visiting for a wedding. Very clean and everything was very comfy. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and Angela was very accommodating!

We had a lovely stay for three nights. Julianne was really welcoming and helpful and our rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was generous and it was great to have access to the dining room to use in the evening (and other times) when we wanted to. The city centre was easily walkable and it was also easy to get out by car to other places that we wanted to visit.

As previous stays, Lyn is a fabulous host, and her breakfast is a real treat. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the shared bathroom is close and in good condition. I would happily recommend staying there if you are in the area.

Ken and Pam are lovely people, great hosts and there house it nice and cosy, I stayed with them multiple times and I didn't regret it.

We had the loveliest stay at Castle Folly in Warwick, made even more special by our amazing hosts! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every little detail had been thoughtfully planned. Julie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—a delicious cake for a birthday celebration, leaving a bottle of prosecco, and even our initials in wood on the windowsill! The breakfast was just as thoughtful—fresh bread, two perfectly placed eggs, and many sweet little treats. Every part of the stay was sprinkled with kindness, from the handwritten notes to the charming knights. We just couldn’t have asked for a better or more generous host. The warmth and hospitality made this one of the most memorable Airbnb experiences we've ever had. If you're looking for a truly magical and unique getaway, this is the place to be!

Jenny couldn't have been more helpful giving us the local places to visit and best places to eat. Jenny kindly let us put our bikes into her garage for safe keeping. The accommodation was excellent with the use of our own bathroom and we were able to use the kitchen when ever we wanted. The pod in the garden was nice to sit and eat an evening meal in. overall a fantastic time with no issues.

Absolutely wonderful hosts and a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Bakewell. The room was lovely and had everything we needed, the breakfast was lovely in the sister venue too and we felt really well looked after. Would 100% book to stay here again on a future visit.

Such a convenient spot to break up our long journey to Scotland, just off the M6. Quiet and close to a lovely pub the Old Hall that is welcoming, dog friendly and good food (and gorgeous inside and out). Tracey was lovely, and having breakfast was a lovely surprise too. Thank you!! Would recommend.

We stayed with our kids over Newyear and it was the perfect spot for us - close to neighbouring friends. Despite the howling storm and winds it was very cosy! we loved the cottage especially the decor and attention to detail. It had everything we needed for our short trip. We would love to come and visit again soon :)

It was brilliant to get to stay with Marianne in her family home. She was very welcoming and friendly and showed us around her home and all of the amenities. Once settled in we made the short walk into the centre of town. We were able to come and go as we pleased. Marianne provided a delightful continental breakfast which was generously sized and set us up very well for the day. We shared stories and it was great to learn about eachother. As someone new to Lancaster, she also gave us some helpful insights into the area. She was a natural host and very sweet and accommodating. Thank you 😊

This is a lovely quiet cottage and the owner of the arb&b is lovely would definitely stay again. Well worth the money
