We really enjoy our stay. The place is so clean and relaxing. Feels like home. Kim is also a great host and very accommodating. She was able to answer all our questions.

The unit was beautifully designed in every corner—definitely felt like a true penthouse! It would have been even better with an aircon in the living room since there’s only one in the bedroom. Having utensils and drinking water available would also make it feel more like home. Other than that, no complaints! The lobby receptionists were friendly, the host was easy to communicate with, and the building has great amenities like a gym, salon, and convenience store right in the lobby.

We enjoyed our stay and we will surely comeback again…the owner was responsive even on late nights and very helpful on all our concerns. Worth all the penny we spent to rent his unit. The unit was very clean and everything you need is available. I must say that our staycation was absolutely perfect 😍 👌 Thank you 🙏

Very clean room, host is very attentive with our needs

It was a great experience and it was very near to Malls and offices. 7/11 is also near. The place was very clean nice water pressure. Has available things you need like in the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything is working well.

The location is great, with easy access to restaurants and a nearby grocery store, which made our stay quite convenient. However, we did experience a minor inconvenience during our stay. The housekeeper had informed us she would need to pick up a ladder from their storage room inside the unit and gave us a specific time for this (1PM) which was okay for us since we were outside. Unfortunately, she arrived much later than expected, around 6pm, and did not knock or wait for us to fully open the door. She just entered the unit while our toddlers were playing in the living room, which raised privacy concerns for us.

Ms. Jessiebel is a great host. She even accommodated our request for early check in without hesitation. We had a great stay in her place. Thank you,Ms. Jessie! Highly recommended.

I found Cath’s place to be very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. She has amenities in her apartment that entertain and help, but do not clutter the place. They are neatly and friendly organized. Cath responds promptly and communicates well sharing valuable informations to her guests. The surrounding of the building is likewise clean and peaceful with kind and respectful staff. I will prefer to stay in Cath’s place again in the future.

The host was very accommodating. Location was peaceful and very accessible with lots of amenities like gym, pool, etc. Most importantly the place was homey and conformable.

I loved the over-all cleanliness of the place. The sheets, linens and towels smelled great, the pillows comfy, and after a stress-filled weekend I had complete rest that fully-recharged me for the flight home. John gave very clear instructions regarding how to get to the place especially for me who was unfamiliar with the area. He was very helpful in answering my questions. The room was an exact match of the photos in the listing. It was small, perfect for 2 people. The room was clean and smelled so good. The host was also responsive to our queries. Thank you Sir Jasper for accommodating us!

Beautiful place.. good foods and convenience store located 5-10 minutes walk away. Peaceful and quiet area. Very secure with the guarded entrance and security all around. We stayed at 4 other accomodations during our 3 weeks holiday and have to say Marian’s place exceeds them all! The free parking was a bonus too. Unit is very neat and tidy. Good amount of bins. The filtered water tank was empty but no big deal. Clean towels provided. Hand-wash, sponges, dish washing liquid, body wash and shampoo all included. This really stood out to me as other accommodations do not provide these and it’s very useful and convenient for travellers to not have to worry about bringing them about everywhere. There’s a unique bidet they have installed on the toilet. Much better than the usual ones on the wall. Marian was also very clear with her check in instructions. Went airport at 8pm and took almost 30 minutes but i guess this is normal anywhere with manila traffic. Regardless I highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. We had a fantastic stay at Idesia City! It’s a peaceful, secure, and spacious place to unwind. The location is easy to find, very clean, and has friendly guards who add to the welcoming vibe. Pool access (7am-5pm, for a 3-hour slot) was a great bonus. The main house is fully equipped with essentials like a stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, utensils, salt, cooking oil, and water. The two bedrooms were comfortable; one has air-conditioning, while an exhaust fan helps cool the other. Linens and towels were provided, and memos on the wall guided us, even with Wi-Fi codes. A couple of minor suggestions: there’s no house number on the gate, so asking the host for more specific directions could help. Also, the keys are mixed with others—labeling the main door key would save some guesswork. Still, we’re giving it 5 stars! The host was responsive, and this affordable stay exceeded expectations. Thanks for a memorable experience 😍

The place is extremely clean and easy to get to. Miss May Ann was easy to talk to and very accommodating. I very much appreciated all the quick reverts. Will definitely stay on her place again.

I stayed for a week and felt completely at home and comfortable. The rate is very reasonable, and the smart lock adds extra convenience, no need to worry about keys. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, making meal preparation easy. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again for my next vacation!

The place is easy to locate. While the house shows some signs of wear and tear, it’s well-equipped and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool! I appreciated the host’s thoughtful touch of having a variety of consumables available for purchase. Overall, we had a great stay.

Our family enjoyed our NYE 2025 in this place. The house was spacious and clean, accurately described by the host. Mhai, the caretaker was also friendly and attentive. Grateful for their service and highly recommended.
