the hotel is perfectly situated- infront of serin ayala and magallanes square. The staff are all accomodating and helpful, they even provide us a sketch of the resto that we are looking near alfonso💋 I'm missing blue😍 The friendly hotel dog:)

We really enjoyed our vacation and my parents really liked the place! Ate Aiza, the caretaker was very accommodating also. We were looking forward to this vacation and we really were able to rest and relax in this place. Communicating with the caretaker was a breeze, the location is very accessible and the place was clean as well. Thank you so much. 节后带着爸妈来旅行。阳光沙滩，干净整洁的房间，走十多分钟就有一个大型shoppingmall。里面有各国美食。公寓里自带泳池，人工波浪。小型篮球场。晚上泳池边有音乐酒吧。边吹着海风边喝自制鸡尾酒，非常惬意，下次介绍朋友来。

I had an amazing experience with this host! They were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and seamless. Their communication was great—every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, making the entire process so smooth. Whether it was responding to our queries or offering assistance when needed, their promptness and attentiveness made all the difference. We spent our grandparents 50th anniversary and renewal of vows and New Year in their place and we had the best time of our lives with our family all together the host was accommodating in more ways you could ever imagine. We had a few problems in our stay but the the host helped us and was still very nice and understanding! We will be coming back for sure!!! ❤️‍🔥

Diana’s place and its staff are amazing! Great for family get togethers. The bedrooms, 5 in total, from the design, comfort, are well thought of. The pool is likewise welcoming and nice! Both the indoor and outdoor dining offer homey vibe. The only negative that i can think of is that we only stayed for a night! Overall, our stay was memorable and we are already planning when can we go back to Diana’s place!

We had a great 12-day stay at this spacious studio. The kitchen has a frying pan, plates, and utensils, and towels are provided. A washer is available, which was a big plus for us. It would’ve been nice if basic toiletries (shampoo, body wash) and drinking water were provided, especially for longer stays. However, the price was the best on Airbnb, and the host made check-in and check-out easy. For amenities outside the host’s control: the pool costs 150 PHP per person, even for toddlers, and parking is 250-300 PHP per night, which feels pricey. Overall, a solid, well-priced option!

The Host is responsive and comfortable to speak with before and after the booking, really nice place to stay with and have a place to relax and unwind inside the city. 🥰

Ms. Elenor is great and responsive on my querries. Was able to check-in ealier and Kuya Vic is responsive to text messages as well He was able to get to us immediately upon arrival. The room is clean and newly renovated according to Kuya Vic. Resto has good and delicious food, pricey, but it's how restaurants nowadays. All in all, great place! Satisfied and highly recommended. Super enjoy!

The place was really nice and perfect for a staycation! :) It was clean when we arrived and Sean was very helpful upon check-in. We were able to properly relax and enjoyed the different board games and the PS4 available for us to use. The food in the pantry and drinks in the fridge were a nice touch too!

Super bait na host! Will definitely book again this place! 10/10. Ms. Rofelle is very responsive to all queries and even allowed us to check in early to skip long lines sa lobby. Love also the beach view from the room. 🫶🏻
