We had a smooth and pleasant stay. The host/Zernan Joy quickly responded to queries. The house, basic amenities, were clean. Highly recommended especially for those looking for a rental property near Enchanted Kingdom. Nuvali is also not too far.

I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The house is perfect for hosting a get together for multiple families. The helper stays on site and the only way to access the house is for her to open and close the gates for you. Comfy beds and lots of bathrooms. For the price it would be nice if they provided pool towels and at least shampoo/conditioner/body wash but it’s very clear in the description you should bring your own. If you want to use the hot tub make sure you make that very clear, it wasn’t set-up and it takes at least 12 hours to get hot, the helper unplugged it at night and it never got warm enough to use. Overall it’s a great location and I would go back again.

Veronica is a superb host. Very gracious and responsive to her guests’ concern. Her cozy home indeed a home away from home, fully furnished and peaceful and price is minimal. It is worth recommending to future guests. God willing, we would love to return and stay again in her cozy home sometime in the future. May she be richly blessed 🙏

sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

From Feb 20 to Mar 10, 2025, this Airbnb felt like home. The room was spotless, just like the photos, and the aircon worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable. What stood out was the host’s quick response—when I had an issue with the kitchen faucet, Erin wasted no time. Maintenance arrived and fixed it promptly. I also requested an office chair and bottled water, and both were provided without hesitation. The thoughtful amenities made life easier, and I truly appreciated the seamless experience. This stay wasn’t just about comfort; it was about the little things that made it exceptional—the clean space, the responsive host, and the convenience of well-thought-out details. It was perfect in its own way, and I’d absolutely stay here again. If you’re looking for a place that’s welcoming, comfortable, and well-managed, this is it!

Imelda is a fantastic host. I never ran out of drinking water, she left extra paper towels and toilet paper, and gave me no reasons to complain. She is super-responsive and very hospitable. I would be hard-pressed to find a flaw in her hosting model. I will keep Imelda in my favorites for future visits. I really loved the place. It’s quiet and very convenient to get around places. The parking is nice. The rooms are big enough and clean. The host and co-host are really welcoming and easy to talk to. They even allowed me to do a really late check out. The amenities are prestine

We’ve been here last 2024 and it was good. We really do enjoy the place and we felt like its our home. Easy to locate and very accessible to other places. Very accomodating host, nice and friendly. We definitely want to book again in the near future.

The hosts are very accommodating, i love the vibe of the condo unit, it’s very homey. The place is walkable to landmarks as expected, theres free toiletries, sheets and other stuffs, they have a table and chairs at the balcony wherein we enjoyed while having breakfast/meryenda. Thank you! 💓
