Datça Mahallesi : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Ev konumu Datça’nın merkezine çok yakın ve bulması bizim için kolay oldu.Bulunduğu konum itibariyle deniz açık şekilde gören,sessiz sakin ve huzurlu bir ortamı vardı.evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek çoğu eşya bulunmaktaydı. İki çocuklu bir aile olarak gayet rahat ettik. Ev ferah döşenmişti. Evimizin konforundaydı.Datça ya gelinmişse kesinlikle aracınız olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.Ev sahibi ihtiyaç duyduğumuzda hemen dönüş sağladı.Berna hanıma bize unutulmaz bir konaklama imkanı sunduğu için teşekkür ederim.

Kendi evimizde hissettiğimiz harika bir ortam hazırlanmış.ihtiyaçlarımız konusunda hızlı geri dönüş ve her konuda yardımsever güler yüzlü ev sahipleri ile zaman geçirmek keyifliydi.şirin aile işletmesi.herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı ve tertemizdi. Eşim ve iki çocuğumuz ile birlikte 4 kişi rahatça konakladık. Mutfakta ihtiyacımız olan herşey mevcuttu. Evin yapısı da çok kullanışlı idi. Park sorunu yok. Yürüyerek 5-6 dk içinde Datça çarşının içine geliniyor.

Eylül ayında hafif rüzgarlı ama çok güzel bir tatil yaptık . Gerek koyların sakinliği , gerek denizin güzelliği çok memnun kaldık. Ev sahibi de girişte olsun , tatil esnasında olsun her zaman ilgiliydi ve her sorumuza hızlı bir şekilde dönüş yaptı , yardımcı oldu . Tatil programımızı oluşturmamızda ev sahibinin büyük payı vardı , verimli bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladı . Evin bahçesi tamamen bize aitti ve çok rahattık . Ev de tertemizdi . Tavsiye ediyorum düşünmeden rezervasyon yapabilirsiniz . İyi tatillerr

We had a nice stay at Erkan’s house. It’s was lovely and clean. He was very responsive to our needs - the gas ran out when we were there and he came and changed it right away. It’s a short walk to the old town also. Thank you for hosting us!

We recently stayed at Birdy House Otogar Datça. The accommodation was bigger than we expected, it was very clean and well appointed as the photos showed The kitchen contained everything that you would need for cooking pots pans etc. cooking oils and seasonings and much more were supplied. Outside there is a cosy area for eating. There is a SOK and Migros very close and only a 15 minute walk in to the centre of Datça and the beach. Devrim is a very good host who communicates well and replies very quickly to messages, he also left us some welcome treats which was very nice! We enjoyed our stay at Birdy House Otogar and Datça. We have no hesitation in recommending this property and we know where to stay when we next visit Datça. Thank you Devrim, Philip and Oksana.

21-26 ağustos tarihleri arasında konaklamış olduğumuz bu evi çok beğendik ve rahat ettik,her şey zaten çok yeni ve tertemizdi,temizlik konusuna çok önem verenler hiç düşünmeden burayı deneyimleyebilirler,bir ihtiyacımız olduğunda bize yardımcı olan çok tatlış bir teyzemiz ve eşi vardı.Eve ulaşma sürecinde Tahsin Bey iletişimini eksik etmedi. Daha önceden bir kere gelmiş olduğum palamutbükü sahiline araba ile 10 dakika da varyorsunuz ve market ihtiyaçlarınızı alabilirsiniz. Geceleri son derece sessiz ve dingin bu evde ayrıca yıldızları görüp mis kokan doğanın keyfini çıkarabilirsiniz.

Onur Bey'in evinde 4 gece kaldık ve çok memnun ayrıldık. Açıkçası beklentimizden daha iyiydi. Öncelikle evin konumu çok iyi bi yerde en güzel koylara çok rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Gece hayatı önceliğiniz değilse Datça merkezde konaklamaktan çok daha mantıklı. Ev çok temizdi girdiğimizde buzdolabı poşetlerine kadar herşey düşünülmüştü. Teşekkür ederiz.

Sessiz, sakin ve yeşillik içerisinde konaklama imkanı sunuyor. Merkezi bölgeye çok yakın konuma sahip. Tuğba hanım çok yardımsever, kendisine misafirperverliği için teşekkür ederiz. Son olarak kapınızdan ayrılmayan tatlı misafir kediyi beslemeyi unutmayın.

Konaklamamız çok güzeldi. Her konuda yardımcı olan Mustafa beye teşekkür ederiz. Evimizdeymiş gibi rahat hissettiren bir tatil yaşadık. Kesinlikle sonuna kadar güvenebilir ve tercihlerinizde ilk sıraya koyabilirsiniz.

Muzaffer Bey çok yardımsever, ev pırıl pırıl, konumu şahane. Sevgi yolunun hemen üzerinde beş dakikada denize ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Evin yakınında birçok market var. Gürültüsüz, oldukça sakin bir muhitte. İşin en güzeli bahçeye alışkın kediler ve acayip tatlı bir köpek var, arada sizi ziyaret edip plaja kadar eşlik ediyorlar. Çok memnun kaldık :)

Manzara harikaydı. Evden çok zor ayrıldık, zamanımız olsa 1 ay daha kalırdık. Tadı damağımızda kaldı. Mutfakta her şey düşünülmüş ve temizdi. Bu güzel deneyim için çok teşekkür ediyoruz .

I enjoyed my stay here. The home is clean and spacious. It was a great value for me, with all the essential amenities. The location overlooks a village and is above a café that buzzes with activity from around 7:30 a.m. to 10 or 11 p.m. daily. The locals are friendly, and many speak English; even if not, you’re likely to be invited for tea. Muhammed is a great host and I want to thank him for his patience with my many questions and changes to my reservation! Note: There are frequent power outages in the village. Most last only a few seconds or minutes but the one on my 10th day lasted 3.5 hours. Muhammed informed me of the outages in advance of my stay and alhamdullilah, there was no significant impact to my work. You can also use the power at the family beach restaurant if this happens. Mini-buses run ~7 or 8x/day. Thanks again for everything, Muhammed! :)

Harika bir konaklama yaşadık. Ümit hanım sağolsun sürecin her aşamasında hem yakın iletişimiyle, hemde samimiyetiyle seyahatimizi dahada keyifli hale getirdi. Ev müthiş, hem konumu hem tarzı itibariyle çok keyifli tasarlanmış. Temiz, modern. Datça’yı seven herkes için gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

We had a great time in beautiful Servilla. It was a perfect calm home from which to explore the Datca peninsula. We enjoyed the nature and the beautiful views from the spacious house, which even had toys for our son to play with! Having a car is a must, since the house is up in the hills and about 15min drive from the closest beach (hayitbükü). We would love to stay here again (and listen to more tapes on the tape machine). Thank you Servilla for a beautiful holiday!

Directly at Kos Center, very close to nice beaches. Communication was very easy and effective, they accomodated our special wishes. Very big and spacious apartment with 4 different balconies. We were very happy with our stay here.

Anna is echt een uitstekende host, reageert heel snel en is erg behulpzaam. Ik heb Anna helaas niet persoonlijk kunnen ontmoeten, maar alles was perfect in haar woning zoals op de foto’s. Anna had zelfs de moeite genomen om de airco alvast voor ons aan te zetten en wat boodschappen voor ons achter te laten zoals brood, cornflakes, melk, sap etcetc. Alle huishoudelijke spullen waren in het appartement te vinden. Er waren zelf spelletjes aanwezig. Het appartement was super netjes en schoon precies zoals de foto’s. Gewoon perfect. Jammer dat ik er maar 1 nacht verbleef.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous, & modern home. It was impeccably clean, and the location was fantastic, everything we needed was easily accessible. My kids especially loved the park right outside! I can't recommend this place enough. Our host, Michail, went above & beyond to ensure our experience was superb. Thank you for a memorable stay! Loved it.

Na het lezen van de fantastische reviews hadden we hoge verwachtingen en het was zelfs nog beter! We beleefden een fantastisch tijd van aankomst tot vertrek. Vasilis en Manolis ontvingen ons persoonlijk, hartelijk met een rondleiding door het mooie verblijf, een koelkast met lekkers verzorgd door Nia. Er lag zelfs een welkomsgeschenk, zo attent! Het verblijf netjes, knus en alles was voorzien voor een aangenaam verblijf. We sliepen er heerlijk! Stil, airco en de matras was top! Het gezellig terras was perfect om maaltijden te nuttigen. Met sfeerverlichting s’avonds. Maar wat deze plek echt heel bijzonder maakte was de warmte en vriendelijkheid van de familie. Voor de verjaardag van mijn man hadden ze zelfs een verrassing. Ze waren altijd beschikbaar maar gaven ons ook ruimte. De perfecte plek voor wie op zoek is naar rust, griekse gastvrijheid een warm thuis gevoel, goede ligging tussen de locals. Vasilis, Manolis en Nia zitten in ons hart. Tot snel en oprecht bedankt voor alles 🙏🏻 🫶.

Appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort in zona tranquilla. Buon Wi-fi. Grande supermercato vicino. Non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare Eleni di persona ma abbiamo utilizzato la cassetta della chiavi sia per il check-in che il check-out. E’ stato facile trovare l’ alloggio grazie alle indicazioni forniteci. Host molto reattivo e premuroso (ci ha fatto trovare acqua, succhi, vino, biscotti, caffè…) Simpatici gattini all’esterno ad accoglierci. Grazie Eleni per l’accoglienza.

I want to thank the host and co-host for the beautiful stay... the place is in a very peaceful area next to the kos town, i’d say it’s walkable to kos town and it’s the center of the city with its beautiful lambi beach but definitely better if you are renting a car... There’s a supermarket like 5-6 mins walking for your daily needs and a beautiful turkish restaurant like 10 mins walking in the platani square. What i found really nice is the communication with the host and co-host. They were always there for recommendations and advices. The house was really clean with extra towels bed sheets and everything you look for in a vacation house. We definitely recommend Angela’s House for anyone who would a nice, quiet and peaceful stay near kos town with its beautiful surroundings full of trees and farm-like vibes.

We felt very much at home and enjoyed the daily breakfasts on the beautiful and huge balcony with a view on Turkey. We had issues with the toilet which we communicated with the host. They reacted quickly and tried to find a solution for us. I would recommend this flat to anyone who is looking for a private place that is still well attached to Kos City and other sites :)

Anetta’s apartment is located in a calm side street of residential area. It is very clean, with newly renovated bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Minutes away are small markets, with a Kritikos supermarket not far away. Also nearby are the pastry and bakery shop and good restaurants. The beach is approximately 5 minutes walk away down the street. We had great time standing there. Anetta was very helpful, approachable and responded quickly. Highly recommended.
