We had one of the most special weeks at this house with the beautiful view surrounding us with our own private swimming pool. Mine was always responsive and made sure we felt at home. we had an unfortunate illness and her niece came and offered us her support and they were very friendly and helpful at all times. This is a stunning Property if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle and be in your own private space out with breathtaking views, and feel like you are in heaven away from everything and anyone . One thing to note though that in case of an emergency the hospital is nearly 1 hour drive away so please bear this in mind. There is a village Doctor also a pharmacy in the small town.

This was a memorable and fantastic vacation. This is a very beautiful and great place to stay. Location is very peaceful, safe and accessible. The host, Ms Şükran was very attentive and responsive. The TV was not working, so she came over with a new smart TV right away and installed it. The pool was very clean and refreshing every day. Highly recommend this, only minutes from Marmaris; but the beach at İçmeler is better; feels like a resort. Thank you Nicholas from USA

Two weeks with a family of 6 were spent in Tuge’s villa. We had a lovely time. The villa is beautiful, well appointed, with comfortable beds, plenty of bed linen, plenty of towels for bath and sunbeds by the pool. The kitchen is well-appointed with all of the equipment, cutlery and crockery necessary. The pool and pool area is superb, we spent almost every day in the pool. It is just the right temperature, and cleaned daily. We intend to return!

First of all the place is extremely nice and newly renovated, it’s got all you need and a nice spa pool if the weathers hot! We were welcomed by Cem who’s Berkes Dad as soon as we drove in, allowed to pick our own eggs from the chicken pen and got plenty of fresh produce for breakfast! If you’re after something nice and private with a local touch this place is definitely the go. Cem was the most hospitable, generous and kind person we have ever met - he gave us local recommendations for food, exploring and beaches, as well as fresh produce from his garden every single day. If you like raki, he is the man for you! You definitely need a car to get here to explore the amazing surrounding beaches and towns - couldn’t recommend this place and the area enough! We will 100% be returning!

The house is located in the old town of Marmaris with a magnificent view of the marina and the sea. The house was very clean and well decorated. The owner responded quickly to my questions and was very helpful. Thank you for everything. I definitely recommend it to everyone. If I come to Marmaris again, I will definitely stay here. Since the house is located in the old town of Marmaris, you need to park your car and walk for 10 minutes because the cars are not allowed to enter to the historical streets.

A wonderful house. The garden and poolside are very enjoyable. A perfect choice for a large group of friends in a peaceful environment. The host Nur is very polite and very helpful. We also thank her for the breakfast treats. The architecture of the house is also magnificent.

5/5 Stars We had an amazing stay at Ayhan’s place! The home was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, supermarkets and Marmaris was a 19 minute drive, making it easy to explore the city. The host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The little personal touches, like taking us on a tour of local immunities and supermarket on our first day was really helpful! The fruit from the trees that you could pick daily really made the stay feel that extra special. The famous Jesus beach was 10 minutes away from the villa, definitely recommend this! It’s a please to go if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be apart of it too! Peace and tranquility at this villa! We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much 😊 See you next year ✈️

Myself and my wife stayed for two nights in October 2024. We found this to be a lovely place to stay - it has a great feeling of calm and peace, with pretty much everything you would need to relax. It's in an incredibly beautiful area and we will definitely come back to visit. We visited Selimiye, Turunç and Marmaris all of which were beautiful towns and the coastal drives are to be treasured. There is absolutely beautiful scenery everywhere. If you have any questions I would recommend contacting the host, the communication was very friendly, quick and helpful!

Amazing villa! Will definitely stay again! Marina , Melissa and captain Markus was extremely helpful! Really enjoyed my stay. The villa is only 10min away from the beach front, within the villa there’s so much to do. I loved it. Definitely recommend others! Thank you.

Cuneyt beyin evinde cok guzel bir tatil gecirdik. Guliz Hanim bize cok yardimci oldu havlularimizi degistirdi haftada bir temizlik yapti cok ilgiliydi. Denize 8 dk mesafe suruyor araba ile. Esinti Beach Restaurant tan denize girdik ve deniz inanilmaz guzeldi cok temizdi. Ev de cok temizdi havuzu da cok keyifliydi manzara ole butunlesince. Biz cok keyif aldik herkese oneririz. So in fear of looking silly but wanting to leave an honest review. We arrived a day early. (dont ask, booking flights and accomadation separately with mutiple people can be confusing) Ehat was kind enough to organise a transfer from Dalaman airport to the appartment, and when we arrived (a day early) his response was fast and very helpful. thankfully no one was at the accomadation and he was able to let us stay a day earlier than booked. he also made a call and orgainised a car to collect us from the airport and met us at the apartment. (above and beyond helpful)

Really enjoyed our stay here. Villa was spacious and private with beautiful outdoor pool and balcony area. Nice area on a quiet street but still very close to local bars and restaurants. Communication was quick and easy check in/out! Thank you :)
