Elmer was very kind and helpful as for the home and view the photos do not do it justice we will be coming back very soon and I can not recommend it more. It felt like we were in our own resort with the river view from every window we were literally sitting right on the river the main home was spacious and the kids loved the guest house. My spouse and I stayed the night at the Creekside Cottage it was perfect for us the kitchen was clean and perfect open concept we kayaked, made a fire, roasted marshmallows, then went in and ended the evening with unsolved mysteries we look forward to staying again soon this is our New go to spot for our PA trips. Host was responsive house was very clean and comfortable, more than enough room for a couple or family. It was close to shopping and we had Cracker Barrel for dinner which I highly recommend.

The place is nice and comfortable. It is right by the river and it is very peaceful. Me and the dogs had a very good time. I have to say I had a hiccups during my staying. The cleaning person did not show up the day prior of my arrival, I did communicated to Rachel and she was so nice, caring and the response I received from her was exceptional. It was so nice and easy to communicate with her. Overall everything was great and do recommend this host.

This is our second stay in this house. When we are in the area we will continue to stay here. Cindy is great to work with. She is quick to respond and takes care of things quickly as well. We experienced a snow/ice storm while there and Ralph came out to pretreat the deck, stairs and walkway for our safety.

Can’t say enough good things about the cottage and the hosts. Everything was more than excellent. I requested early check in and Katy and Tom were very accommodating. When I got to the cottage there was a beautiful welcome basket they left for me. I didn’t have to ask them many questions because the instructions were clear and everything in the house was easy to find. I’m booking again soon I was super happy with my stay, the hosts and the amenities . Thank you so much Tom and Kathy ❤️
