Very nice and clean house. Close to a big SM Mall and also a main road where you can find different markets selling meats, fruits and vegetables, along with little stores, a laundromat, etc. It’s not in a sub-division but still quiet and peaceful outside as it’s not so close to the main road where you will hear any of its noise (I also don’t recall much dog barking or early morning rooster noise). The host Norma was also so nice and pleasant.

Sir Celso’s very accommodating! The place was very cozy, beautiful and home feels. He spent time to tour us around the house to manage our expectations. Very friendly kuya Intoy (caretaker) as well. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your humble abode. Definitely reco this to my friends and family!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our time here! The house was as described and we had many cooked meals. Host was helpful and friendly. Tricycles and jeepneys are accessible outside the subdivision. Thank you for having us. Ashton

Everything was indeed true to the descriptions. We just had a little difficulty with the keyless lock device but all in all our entire stay has been so wonderful. Thank you to our super host for responding so quickly. Will totally recommend JeweLees.

Kim's place was definitely cozy as described. It had almost everything we needed for our short stay in Davao. Kim was also very responsive and was quick when it came to inquiries. Although I would suggest to have bath mats for the bathroom as it would get really wet and messy after showers, as well as condiments such as oil, salt, pepper, garlic, etc for cooking. Other than that, I would recommend this place for those who are looking for a comfortable stay in Davao.

Located close to the airport. Peaceful and private surroundings. Very nice and friendly caretaker kuya Joel. Very big house that is very equipped and the host is very flexible. Thanks for having us and would recommend.

We had a restful stay at La Donna's. beds are comfy great sheets. aircon was acutally very cold, maybe too cold at times but all good. bed arrangements within rooms could assist in alleviating the cold air indrectly to head area of beds. it was very clean and efficient. location was very private, quiet, and extremely cozy. maybe the dog next door could keep it a little more quiet for the two front rooms. very walkable to Vista Mall, but maybe area lacked restaurants to eat other than coffe project and Mandarin Tea house. kitchen could use another stove top if long term stay would cook their own food. but I would use the place again and I am planning on doing so since our project is close by. THe house attendants were very easy to work with and very attentive, maybe include a small bbq set to encourage home cooking for long term stay. Golf courses APo and south pacific is right next door. we enjoyued. thanks La DOnna

This place is highly recommended! Especially for big group of family. Essentials were provided accordingly. The host and co host were very kind and helpful with our queries. Everything was spotless! Our stay was very nice. The apartment is great, a beautiful kitchen with everything you need. The apartmernt is very big. The bedroom is nice. Big terasse with a grill. The internet and Netflix is very fast. 10 minutes ride on the Tricycle going to the market and taxi station. A taxi picked us up and that`s worked out very well. The swimming pool is great and very clear. The host is very friendly and they turn on the light on the pool for us in the night. Thanks to the host - we will come back again. This is the perfect place for you to stay. I will definitely recommend this place. Thanks for everything!

A Perfect Stay! Our stay at Syudad Hardin was absolutely wonderful! The property was spotless and even more beautiful than the photos. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly made us feel at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area – we’ll definitely be back!

The condo consist of two bedrooms, the first room has a queen sized bed and the second room has a bunk bed, necessities such as the kitchen, dinning and living area are fully equipped. The host was very considerate and prepared the necessities for bathing and cleaning. The interior design was refreshing and clean mostly consisting colours of white and beige. I’ll rate the comfortable a complete 10/10. The internet connection was also fast.

My first time to use AirBnb and tried Verdon Parc. Im kinda nervous since the price listed here was lesser knowing it was in the 22nd floor than any other hosts I chatted with. The host is very friendly, kind and proactive with all my queries despite midnight. I expected 1BR as listed but were shocked it was 2 and the place is spacious specially the balcony was a highlight and very clean. Also, we will recommend this to all my friends who already saw my posts in the socmed. Surely, we’ll come back here. ❤️

This listing is central, comfortable, and precisely what I needed during my trip to Davao. Right in the center of the city close to all the key sights, very fast and stable internet that could handle online gaming no problem, kind building staff, and an efficient AC. Bro was very kind and always willing to accommodate my needs. I would absolutely return and greatly recommend this listing to all other travelers!
